Dr. Gavrilova-Jordan is a director of the in vitro fertilization service and leads the Fertility Preservation Program at Augusta University. She received her medical degree with distinction in southern Russia. She performed her OB/GYN residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., and later completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C. Dr. Gavrilova-Jordan has received numerous honors, awards and scholarships, and has published multiple research papers.

All of the staff were so nice! I'm terrible at remembering names, but the woman who took my vitals for Dr. Jordan was GREAT along with the male stupid who took mine and my husbands information. He was so calm, reassuring, and great at explains things. Dr. Jordan made my husband and I feel confident about our journey after we left.

Great experience! Dr. Jordan was attentive and offered explanations for each issue I had. She has an amazing bedside manner and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns with her. The only problem I had was the music in the waiting room was very loud. I was not the only one that commented on the volume. I didn't mention this to the doctor, but wish I had because it was still blaring when I checked out.

The provider didn't get on for the appointment, I called the doctors office after waiting a hour. They said they would call me back and try to get in touch with the doctor. I called back around noon that day and was told they would call me today to schedule a new appointment and I haven't heard from them.

Then was not personal and never asked our opinion on the matter at hand. She asked if we wanted to take a photo of a three ring binder as our information to keep and read about. We will never go back to this Doctor... We left so upset.
