They explained when I had a question, they were great to give clarified feedback. Just all around, I had a really good experience. Doctor doesn't do exam/ultrasounds. Things that matter (like long term treatment plans/goals) are not always discussed thoroughly enough while other trivial things are over emphasized at every visit. Success rates of different treatment types and all available options are only touched on briefly at the very first consultation appointment but then nothing else is said about specific treatments/ expected outcomes at further follow ups for ultrasounds/procedures. Different resident/medical students at every visit. Exam rooms are very tiny and become quite crowded when the doctor, a nurse, resident(s), med-student(s), the patient; and the patients partner all pack into this confined area. If I had the means to go somewhere else for treatment, I would do so to avoid having such intimate procedures performed by and in the presence of different people every time. Long wait times - small waiting room. Nurses are mostly nice and helpful. Front desk staff is nice but not very helpful.

Dr. Jordan and her medical staff are phenomenal! As a patient for the past 12 years, I am always listened to, understood, and given the best, individualized care. The other doctors, nurses and students are always attentive and I appreciate it! I don't trust any other practice! Thank you!

New girl at the front desk was not very friendly. Front desk staff were discussing patients by name and laughing about how they don't answer the phone when certain patients call.

I absolutely love Dr. Jordan. She was my dr when I conceived my son and I wouldn't want anyone else this time around. There's a lot of emotions, confusion, etc when it comes to fertility issues. She's the provider you need to navigate the process.

I was very nervous coming in, I didn't know what to expect. I was crying in the car before walking in and as soon as I stepped inside, the entire team treated me with kindness. No tears were shed at this appointment which is so different then my previous appointments . I felt heard and truly like everyone wanted to help with my issues !

The doctor I saw yesterday was very short, rude and her bedside manner was not great. I left the appointment feeling very uncomfortable, discouraged and defeated with any progress. She was very rough with her information and delivery.

I thought the care was excellent, very thorough, and explained very well. The only thing that was a little jarring is I wasn't expecting that many people to be present in my SIS procedure. Though I know it's for teaching purposes, it's just a heads up would have been, it would have caught me less off guard, but everyone was very professional and yeah, the service was really great.
