Doctor doesn't do exam/ultrasounds. Things that matter (like long term treatment plans/goals) are not always discussed thoroughly enough while other trivial things are over emphasized at every visit. Success rates of different treatment types and all available options are only touched on briefly at the very first consultation appointment but then nothing else is said about specific treatments/ expected outcomes at further follow ups for ultrasounds/procedures. Different resident/medical students at every visit. Exam rooms are very tiny and become quite crowded when the doctor, a nurse, resident(s), med-student(s), the patient; and the patients partner all pack into this confined area. If I had the means to go somewhere else for treatment, I would do so to avoid having such intimate procedures performed by and in the presence of different people every time. Long wait times - small waiting room. Nurses are mostly nice and helpful. Front desk staff is nice but not very helpful.

The doctors are great. Dr. Jordan, Dr. Brockta, and Dr. Lehman, I've seen each provider and I've seen all the students that come in and the nurses. They're always really great. The scheduling sucks. I had an IUI. I wasn't on the schedule. Every time I come in, there's been multiple times I haven't been on the schedule or it takes upwards of an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. So the front office always has miscommunications with the doctors and nursing staffing team. And I've brought this up multiple times. So just bringing it up again because it continues to be a problem.

The provider did an excellent job in communication with me as the patient. The training members did a wonderful job with gathering the information for the provider prior to our appointment starting. However, the front desk staff needs to do a better job with communicating with other sections within WellSTAR and make sure that authorizations are on file for patients to avoid delays with appointments. Staff needs to seem busier at work and not chatting.

Great experience! Dr. Jordan was attentive and offered explanations for each issue I had. She has an amazing bedside manner and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns with her. The only problem I had was the music in the waiting room was very loud. I was not the only one that commented on the volume. I didn't mention this to the doctor, but wish I had because it was still blaring when I checked out.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Jordan and her team! Everyone was so kind, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jordan took her time explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit. She really helped me understand the steps I need to take on my journey to becoming pregnant, and I left feeling informed, supported, and hopeful. I can't wait to come back for my next appointment! Great experience! Dr. Jordan was attentive and offered explanations for each issue I had. She has an amazing bedside manner and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns with her. The only problem I had was the music in the waiting room was very loud. I was not the only one that commented on the volume. I didn't mention this to the doctor, but wish I had because it was still blaring when I checked out.

All of the staff were so nice! I'm terrible at remembering names, but the woman who took my vitals for Dr. Jordan was GREAT along with the male stupid who took mine and my husbands information. He was so calm, reassuring, and great at explains things. Dr. Jordan made my husband and I feel confident about our journey after we left.

The provider did an excellent job in communication with me as the patient. The training members did a wonderful job with gathering the information for the provider prior to our appointment starting. However, the front desk staff needs to do a better job with communicating with other sections within WellSTAR and make sure that authorizations are on file for patients to avoid delays with appointments. Staff needs to seem busier at work and not chatting.

The doctors are great. Dr. Jordan, Dr. Brockta, and Dr. Lehman, I've seen each provider and I've seen all the students that come in and the nurses. They're always really great. The scheduling sucks. I had an IUI. I wasn't on the schedule. Every time I come in, there's been multiple times I haven't been on the schedule or it takes upwards of an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. So the front office always has miscommunications with the doctors and nursing staffing team. And I've brought this up multiple times. So just bringing it up again because it continues to be a problem.

She's a wealth of knowledge and wonderful mentor to her resident and fellow. It's very hard to find a doctor where you feel more than a number, but I definitely felt that Dr. Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that wasn't the case.

Doctor doesn't do exam/ultrasounds. Things that matter (like long term treatment plans/goals) are not always discussed thoroughly enough while other trivial things are over emphasized at every visit. Success rates of different treatment types and all available options are only touched on briefly at the very first consultation appointment but then nothing else is said about specific treatments/ expected outcomes at further follow ups for ultrasounds/procedures. Different resident/medical students at every visit. Exam rooms are very tiny and become quite crowded when the doctor, a nurse, resident(s), med-student(s), the patient; and the patients partner all pack into this confined area. If I had the means to go somewhere else for treatment, I would do so to avoid having such intimate procedures performed by and in the presence of different people every time. Long wait times - small waiting room. Nurses are mostly nice and helpful. Front desk staff is nice but not very helpful.
