The place overall was crammed. A lot of waiting rooms as well. I had my mom and 1 year old with me and they couldn't come along with me during the appointment. Other than that; the people were nice. And i trusted the doctors with my needs.

The staff was courteous and helpful. There was only a brief wait before I was called to begin the appointment. (This is in great contrast to my experience with most appointments with other specialties. The overall long wait times to be seen has been responsible for my husband moving his healthcare from MCG). He is persistent in trying to have me transfer elsewhere, too!) This comment does not pertain to this eye appointment, but is a serious problem almost across the board in our experience. That and inability to get urgently needed appointments scheduled for months, including getting needed prescriptions for refills! I have such an extensive history with MCG spanning many years. If that was not the case, I, too, would seek healthcare somewhere else like Columbia or Charleston!
