The visit went very smoothly from check-in to checkout. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. I arrived at 3:10 and my visit was completed before 4:00 p.m. The visit was not rushed but went smoothly.

I arrived about 10 min early. The check in person was working with a person in front of me and asked for my appt time. She then told me to sign in & sit down. She proceeded to what I initially thought was assist the other person - only it was idle chitchat - nothing about an appt, medical care, etc. She could've just checked me in and sent me on my way and kept on with her personal conversation. She finally called me up two minutes before my appt time and pointed to my next step. No thank you for waiting or anything. I am a retired AU employee with tons of customer service experience. I would never handle a customer or patient in this way. Perhaps some customer service is in order Thanks!

The experience was alright, I just thought having laser surgery on my right eye ,that didn't supposed to lift heavy patients from 200 to 300 pounds while my right eye is healing I'm a Care Partner at wellstar meaning I'm a patient care Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant we have 30 patients on the floors and I will have 15 patients to do and my coworker will have 15 patients.

And so I would definitely recommend Dr. Ehrlich and his team to my family, friends, other colleagues. And he particularly addressed some of my underlying concerns and he reminded me that I needed to ask questions if I had some concerns other than what he had already discussed with me. And then he took extra time to explain that, give me up-to-date answers and overall risks versus benefits. And I think this is very helpful in this time of age. So he's very trust.

The prices are too high for those of us on disability or those on fixed incomes. I have two different doctors for my eyes and it is very hard to keep paying these high co-pays. I have glaucoma and retina issues. I really do not want to find doctors outside because I like both of the dr's I am seeing, Please, Please see what can be done to lower the prices. Thank You so Much.
