As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Ulrich provides for a wide spectrum of eye care extending from the need for glasses and care of dry eyes to cataract surgery, early diabetic eye disease and medical glaucoma. His clinical care includes diagnosis and management of cataracts, refractive error, glaucoma, diseases of the anterior segment and diabetic retinopathy screening. Cataract surgery is chief among his clinical interests. He leads the residency program at Augusta University and is involved in research in the diabetic retinopathy screening arena. He has provided ophthalmology services internationally, traveling to Mombasa, Kenya, and Hauna Village, Papua New Guinea.

I think the check-in process needs to be better because when people have eight o'clock appointments and they only have one person, two people up front, that's not good. And also, if there's a charge for a service outside of the recommended services, like a refraction-free fee, I think the customer needs to know in advance, not when they come back to pick up their prescription or when they pick up their prescription, they're asked for $50. Thank you.
