They dent assistant was a plus, Explain reason for visit; what procedure were happening; the records have been reviewed from previous caregiver at Wellstar. Was surprise as a LUPA (SLE) patient with cataracts - L/R Eye, office choose to wait to treat them. Over all good visit, Really need new glasses, Not seeing well at all and eyes are very, very-dry.

The hospital looked alot cleaner than it has in the past. There are long waits in optamology, but not too bad---

I was very pleased with my visit. What I was most unhappy with was I had my records from Pennsylvania sent to, I guess it went to medical records. Anyway, they did not get in to upload for the doctor to see and I was very disappointed with medical records or whoever else was responsible with that issue. Otherwise, Dr. Ulrich and his resident were just great and everyone else with the staff.

Yes, I think Dr. Ulrich does an excellent job. I have no problems visiting. He seems to know what he's doing and the staff were very helpful. On your question regarding whether they washed hands, I think that was irrelevant because I didn't need to see that. Whether they did or didn't, that wasn't for my purview. But everything's fine with that doctor. I think he's great and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. So thank you very much. Bye-bye.
