I was told during my telehealth visit that during my tilt table test, the person taking the test observed and heard me say nothing about what I was experiencing, which was patently incorrect. I told them that I felt a ring around the top of my head, and I told them when my vision became less acute, and I explained to them when my vision lost its ability to see color sharply. And none of this was noted in my exam notes for the tilt table test. And I believe I saw the person using a telephone during my exam.

They fully understand my disability/chronic illness and immediately offered alternatives for current meds (for other issues) that might interfere with most pressing medical issues.

Dr. Snapper was the first cardiologist who truly listened to me. After years of living with debilitating symptoms, he allowed me the time and space to fully explain my experience without interruption. He showed genuine compassion, empathy, and understanding, and when he spoke, it was clear he immediately recognized what many providers had been unable to identify for years. His care made me feel seen, heard, and validated as a patient. PA Lakisha also provides exceptional care at every follow-up visit. She consistently takes the time to listen, asks detailed questions about how each medication is affecting me, and thoughtfully adjusts my treatment plan while actively involving me in the decision-making process. She never talks over me or rushes the visit-she truly allows patients to feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, they have made a profound difference in my care experience.

My visit felt very rushed. I was in the room by 2:30 and was out the door by 3 o'clock. I barely had 15 to 20 minutes with the provider. I just, it felt very rushed. That's all I have to say. I love the office, love the staff there. She was very kind, very, very kind. And she was helpful, but it felt very rushed through and I did not get to discuss all my concerns. Thank you.
