Hello, I just got really frustrated at the woman who called me before the appointment to confirm my medications. It just seemed like she wasn't paying attention at all and was kind of just zoned out like she didn't know what was going on and was unable to understand what I was saying or something. It was just a very odd experience. And if I hadn't already seen the physicians at this office, that probably would have thrown me off enough to not want to go back.

I would like to mention that I am impressed with how much the nurse practioner knows about your medical history before they walk into the room , generally does not happen. I do like the fact they always are willing to listen to what the patient has to say , and you as the patient are heard and not just looked over because not every patient has the same symptoms even if they have the same diagnosis.

My visit felt very rushed. I was in the room by 2:30 and was out the door by 3 o'clock. I barely had 15 to 20 minutes with the provider. I just, it felt very rushed. That's all I have to say. I love the office, love the staff there. She was very kind, very, very kind. And she was helpful, but it felt very rushed through and I did not get to discuss all my concerns. Thank you.
