What was done really well is Dr. Harvey actually took some time to understand my personal journey and that was really good. A lot of new doctors, especially being that she's new to me, just start off with what's the problem. She asked me some personal, well she asked me if I wanted to open up and just share my personal journey with her and which I did, which creates trust in a short amount of time. The one thing that I think we could focus on is I had a few things that I wanted to talk about but only got to talk about about three of them and I still had one outstanding. I'll definitely bring that to my next session but it kind of felt rushed at the end so just very closing and asking if everything was addressed before exiting and going to the next thing on the list as it relates to closing me out is important. So thanks. I really enjoyed Dr. Harvey and ?

I realize this is not a provider issue, but I wish the doctors had the chance to spend the time with the patients they'd like to, but I realize this is an insurance thing. So I really appreciate the doctors trying the best they can with being basically like a cattle call, being pushed to see massive amounts of patients rather than spend time. So I do appreciate the doctors and the staff. It just sucks that our country doesn't believe in healthcare.

I had made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. and when I got there, they told me that they did not have me on the schedule. However, they did work me in and I was glad as I had to have someone take me there this time. I hate to inconvenience other people for me.
