From the moment I walk into Smyrna Primary Care, it is quite clear that patients come first. The system for checking in clients is efficient and warm. Nurse Abeny took my measurements with care, while keeping me apprised of numbers. Dr. Kyra Harvey's timing was perfect. In fact, Dr. Harvey spent quality time with me. She counseled about my care, updated my prescriptions, and opened the floor for my questions. I left with material for further reading to help alleviate some issues. Checkout was smooth, which included scheduling a follow up visit and my 2027 physical. See you next year!

Hi, I would just like to just reference the fact that Dr. Harvey at times, we have been several times, and Dr. Harvey comes across very terse and abrasive at times, and it almost appears as if she is not enjoying what she is doing. It is important that doctors have a very good bedside manner and also are capable of listening and being able to respond in a way that is not come across as condescending or problematic. And so we just would like for her to really work on that moving forward. Thank you.
