Great customer service from the time I walked in, the receptionist was superb, had a beautiful smile on her face, to the nurse that assisted the doctor. She was fantastic. She was very patient and attentive to what I was saying and had a beautiful smile and just very warm and inviting. Doctor, as usual, Dr. Harvey is superb and has a very interest in her patients and that's very welcoming warning and so just glad to be a patient of Dr. Harvey. Thank you.

I arrived 10 minutes before my 9am appt. and was seen almost 45 minutes later for an appt. that I was told would only take 15 mins. The assistant mentioned she didnt see me when I was seated facing the door but did not apologize for the extended wait. Finally, there was confusion as to the nature of my appt. At my previous appt. I stressed I did not want medicine for weight loss but wanted a nutritional plan. Instead, I was offered a weight loss pill or intermittent fast from 11am-7pm which could have been shared over the phone or at my last visit.
