My wait time was not good. I arrived early(30 min) and my appt was 8:30 but didn't see the dr till 8:45. My time is valuable as well I don't like waiting for 8:30 appt

Everyone is always so friendly at this location. From the moment that you walk in and check in to check out everyone is always smiling and very friendly. This visit I tried to remember names for the survey. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was checked in by Ashley at the front desk, the nurse was Abney who was very attentive and friendly, and I was checked out by Angela who made sure I got both of my future appointments scheduled. And then of course Dr. Harvey who is always amazing and cares not just about my physical health but my mental and emotional health as well!

Dr. Harvey is an amazing doctor. I love her a lot. And the practice is quite well as also. They did a good job of getting me in and getting me out in a timely fashion, while also paying very close attention to my needs and addressing any questions I might have regarding my health. So I would definitely rate the practice a 12 if I could, because Dr. Harvey was just that good.

Yes, Dr. Harvey is my physician and I really do love her mannerisms. She's very relaxed. She's very calm and she listens very well so that she can provide, if not a permanent solution, a temporary solution. So I really do appreciate Dr. Harvey and pray that she doesn't leave the practice of medicine anytime soon because it's so hard to find a decent internal medicine doctor or doctor these days. Thank you for allowing me to speak.

I left my visit with the doctor at 12:15 and had to wait until 1:30 PM for lab work. I do not understand why the lab would be closed during patient visit hours. It was very inconvenient to have to wait almost an hour and a half to get lab work done!
