The nurse was wonderful and the Dr. was excellent.

Everyone was wonderful. However, upon leaving was provided with discharge instructions, which I chose to read when I returned home after getting my prescriptions. They were for another patient. I called the facility. They told me to throw them away. So I did not receive my discharge instructions. It was not necessary, but the error was unfortunate.

The people were wonderful. The facility was very clean, new and efficient. I received effective and thorough care for an Urgent Care facility. A follow-up call from a Nurse days later was also an exceptional level of service.

Dr Buch was condescending and borderline rude. Upon being asked clarifying questions, she became irritated and made passive aggressive comments ie "As I've already said", "am I being clear? I feel like I repeat myself and am not being clear" (Sarcastically). Sorry to have bothered her with my concern about my health and wanting to make sure I have all the information I need to feel better.

I spent 4 hours there trying to diagnose my problem, which roughly they did. However my situation wasn't able to be reconciled. They sent me home after discharge suggesting I followup with a surgeon who couldn't see me for several weeks - but hey! I was in agonizing pain. That said, I ended up heading to the ER for an emergency gallbladder removal.

I would say some of the stuff was a little bit, not exactly hard, but it was a little bit invasive. Well, not invasive. How do I say it? There were things that I had to do that, you know, makes person, like make somebody uncomfortable, but the staff did a great job at explaining everything. And there was not a single thing that they did that they did not warn me about or try to something they didn't warn me about or that they didn't handle properly. Everything they did was perfect. Not a single thing was, you know, out of place or I didn't feel at once that they were trying to do anything outside of their means of care or non-malicious. I feel like they did everything perfectly. So yeah, I was happy with it.

I have visited this facility a couple of times the past 2-3 years. I like that appointments are available. I don't like when I have to wait 45 mins+ past appointment time. This visit was only about 20 minutes past time which I find reasonable.
