We were made to pre-pay charges that we did. We were not informed of any other charges but later the bill got inflated unexpectedly. Nurse was as if she is not listening but only asking us questions robotically. Doctor too was dismissive.

Dr. Buch was extremely professional and caring as well as the whole staff who attended on me.

I was so impressed with the nurse. She really took care of me and understood exactly what was going on with me. And then the doctor that came in, she knew, looked at my records and she said, you need a tetanus shot and explain, you know, how long it's going to take and explain the whole situation, how the cut was. She was great too. So they were both very, very helpful, very professional and very, very nice.

Long wait. Felt ignored for a long time, but once Dr came by, the care was timely. Dr was great and nurse was wonderful and kind.

I'd like to have the images and notes from this visit on my chart. The Dr I had this time wasn't the best at listening to me and then didn't answer the question I was trying to ask. She seemed to be in a hurry and didn't want to spend time with me.

The Doctor was extremely rude as soon as told her why I there the first thing she said to me was " THERE IS NO PAIN PILL THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER" I never asked about meds I wanted a X-Ray I was then told x-rays don't show anything i responded with I'm an medical assistant/RT I do x-rays myself and a x-ray could show a lot so she order my xray which the radiologist that read the x-Ray said "These films are of very poor technique making evaluation quite limited" and because since she never wanted to do the X-ray she wouldn't even do a retake she was at the Dr station talking to someone and said her X-ray was clear like I said she didn't even need it like I couldn't hear her I was just ready to go because the way I treated was totally unnecessary

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind as well as the MA who put me in the exam room were so kind and considerate when I wasn't feeling well.. I appreciate the courtesy The Dr was nice and informative too.

Reserving a time slot is definetly the way to go. Xray results took much longer than expected. Staff called 2x for results and after 1 hour wait MD released me and advised if there was a issue she would contact me. Xray results appeared in mychart over 24 hours after visit. Thankfully xray was negative

The nurse was excellent! She spent lots of time with me. Explaining how to apply a certain kind of bandage and what I should do for my wound. She was the best!

My experience was 100% outstanding, starting with the receptionist and continuing through two nurses and two doctors. They were all caring professionals and very nice people. The main doctor personally texted and eventually telephoned my urologist to discuss my recommended treatments. I couldn't be happier with how this visit went.

The entire staff was great starting with the experienced MA at the front desk to Christina getting vitals to Dr. Buch listening to my daughter with amazing respect and understanding while providing insight and then Svetlana instinctively getting her a blanket and then providing additional care tips as we prepared to leave. Excellent staff!

Dr. Buch was polite and showed concern by asking questions about my symptoms. My blood pressure was very high, she gave me medicine while I was there and also had 3 prescriptions called in to my pharmacy while I was there. Nurse Kim was courteous, friendly and explained things very well!

It was on a Monday . The wait to get seen was very very long. My friend brought me and we were there about 5 hrs! Only 5 were seated when we arrived and checked in. The doctors and nurses were kind. But a too long wait I believe.

Reserving a time slot is definetly the way to go. Xray results took much longer than expected. Staff called 2x for results and after 1 hour wait MD released me and advised if there was a issue she would contact me. Xray results appeared in mychart over 24 hours after visit. Thankfully xray was negative

Long wait. Felt ignored for a long time, but once Dr came by, the care was timely. Dr was great and nurse was wonderful and kind.

I was so impressed with the nurse. She really took care of me and understood exactly what was going on with me. And then the doctor that came in, she knew, looked at my records and she said, you need a tetanus shot and explain, you know, how long it's going to take and explain the whole situation, how the cut was. She was great too. So they were both very, very helpful, very professional and very, very nice.

Dr. Buch was extremely professional and caring as well as the whole staff who attended on me.

We were made to pre-pay charges that we did. We were not informed of any other charges but later the bill got inflated unexpectedly. Nurse was as if she is not listening but only asking us questions robotically. Doctor too was dismissive.
