I was nervous and a little frightened, the doctor was very knowledgeable explained everything exactly, all nurses very helpful and kind and made me feel to be important . Had a 11am appointment and was not called back until 11;50 and did not see triage nurse till 12:10. Patients who signed in 30 minutes after me were taken before me. Everyone was very kind and very nice but I believe I should have received something stronger for my pain. Was told I didn't have infection but next day I was prescribed antibiotics for bacterial infection- conflicting information.

It would depend on the illness. I feel like I wasted a $40 co-pay to be told that it the itch continues I should go see a sick doctor who know more than they know about what might be going on. It was clear the doctor didn't have a clue of what might be causing me to itch and said to use Benadryl and cortisone. The doctor even said "I really don't deal with this often, so you would be better going to your dermatologist". So I wasted my money and a claim to my insurance, so I'll ask MANY more questions for some illnesses before paying for urgent care services. I wish I would have skipped the urgent care and just went to my dermatologist.

Everyone was wonderful. However, upon leaving was provided with discharge instructions, which I chose to read when I returned home after getting my prescriptions. They were for another patient. I called the facility. They told me to throw them away. So I did not receive my discharge instructions. It was not necessary, but the error was unfortunate.

Dr Buch was condescending and borderline rude. Upon being asked clarifying questions, she became irritated and made passive aggressive comments ie "As I've already said", "am I being clear? I feel like I repeat myself and am not being clear" (Sarcastically). Sorry to have bothered her with my concern about my health and wanting to make sure I have all the information I need to feel better.

I called the facility. They told me to throw them away. So I did not receive my discharge instructions. It was not necessary, but the error was unfortunate.
