Maybe front desk person was having a bad day but was not friendly acted like it was a bother. Even though the wait was long the medical staff WOW. They took excellent care of me. Very caring from the tech doctor X-ray tech. The facility must be great place to work for because they seem to love what they were doing. Just work with front desk.

I was well treated and everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful. The Dr. gave good advice which helped me. I'm sorry but I wasn't feeling well and maybe they told me when to expect test results and I don't remember . You should add an option for people who don't remember.

The reception staff was amazing. They were kind, gracious, confidential. They spoke low when they should. They were understanding and very accommodating. So was the nursing and medical assistant staff and the x-ray technician. The provider was rushed and didn't get the sense that she truly cared about my mom getting better. She did not tell us when to expect our exam, I mean our results from the testing that happened. She was okay. She did her job, but that was it. Thank you.

The physician did not do a physical exam . Did not touch me . I sat in a chair the whole time . Staff did not order the medication that the doctor ordered and the medication was expired so I could not receive it .
