Every single staff from the front to the nurses to the doctor to the x-ray specialist to the PT guys. Every single person I came in contact was absolute fantastic A plus plus. The only issue was the amount of time from when I was at the front desk to walking out after CT scan. It was four and a half hours. That was the only problem. Outside of that, everything was fantastic.

The visit was poor at best. The front desk staff is not welcoming and has an arrogant off putting attitude. The experience of having to make a phone call and provide credit card information to the xray group that is part of wellstar in the same building is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. This should be handled by the support staff directly. The doctor never looked closely at or touched the injury. I left wellstar with an x-ray and a bill and good luck with your severe pain. I made an appointment with another provider the next day and received excellence in staff, care, guidance, options, follow up, and medication. Send your staff to Pinnacle Ortopedics to see how a proper customer focused operation is run.
