Dr. Rowe is excellent. She's a great listener, she explains the rationale for her advice in a way that's easy to understand. Her nurse, Misty, is great, too. My only complaint is that it's sometimes difficult to reach the office staff for appointments and prescription follow-ups.

It's wonderful to feel like a valued person rather than a "number" that's rushed through the day to meet quota (as I have felt in other doctor's offices in the past). My husband and I both feel we're in very competent hands with Dr. Rowe and her staff.

My experience with Dr. Rowe was exceptional. She took her time to listen and ask questions. She explained the options for my treatment and allowed me to make the best informed choices. Also, clearly explained what to expect with each treatment and identified next steps and scheduled my follow up appt. My meds and appts were confirmed by text/email before I reached my car to leave. I picked up my meds on my way home. I am prepared with a plan to improved my health. I am very confident of Dr. Rowe's knowledge and care. I trust her and her staff after just one meeting. Diamond, the phlebotomist also gently took my blood and neatly covered the puncture on my arm. Overall exceptional service from all and the office was roomy, cool and clean. Thank you for caring for me.
