Upon my visit, the women at the front desk were very sufficient, patient, called me back on time. My check in went smoothly. The visit was amazing. My doctor communicated with me. Whenever I had questions, she answered them. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10. I really loved the the doctor's office and I would suggest it to just anyone that wants a good doctor, personable, detailed and feel comfortable. Thank you.

This practice seems to always be short staffed!! It is near impossible to see my primary care physician unless there is a cancellation. If a Wellstar patient has already been seen by urgent care and was total to reach out to her PCP it shouldn't be so difficult I just got lucky there was a same day cancellation

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Krystina Rowe. This was my first time seeing her and I felt like she was very thorough. She went through a lot of my past medical history. She even took the time to pull up notes from a previous medical provider I was seeing through Kaiser and really dug in there to find some of that past history in my records, which I haven't really had other doctors do. So I really appreciated that and that made me feel really good about her. But overall, I really liked her and felt like she was a really good doctor and really took her time with me. So I look forward to going back. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Yes, my experience is always pleasant and professional. I think my biggest feedback is the lab department. I feel like when I go, I can't say I always go 'cause I go like once a year when I need to, but it's always closed. So it is a inconvenience to have to go there and get my physical and then have to go somewhere else to get my lab is drawn. I think that is like my biggest disappointment as why if I wouldn't refer or anything. It's solely because there's not anything on the physician, it's that I feel like the lab department is just always closed. So, it inconveniences me to have to drive somewhere else or take off to do something else. I just wish that would be rectified.

When my last primary care doctor left the practice I was very concerned I'd never have a doctor that good again. Well, was I surprised. Dr Rowe and Misty are a great team. I trust them 1000%. They are thorough, knowledgeable and have helped me through several health issues in a professional and compassionate way that makes me feel that they care about me. Although I am an advocate for my own health, I know Dr Rowe is a very well educated, experienced doctor and up to date on new developments and rely on her to refer me when needed. I greatly appreciate her expertise. Having Misty on her team is an added benefit. Misty knows what she's doing, is responsive and "on the ball". They are also both very pleasant, good bedside manner if that's still a term. Over the years, I have recommended Dr Rowe to several people and will continue to do so. I had my first visit with Dr. Rowe, and I must say-it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Rowe was absolutely amazing: warm, thorough, and attentive. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident and cared for. The office staff was equally pleasant and professional, greeting me with genuine smiles and kindness. From start to finish, I felt valued. I truly believe I'm going to enjoy being a patient of Dr. Rowe!

Yes, my experience is always pleasant and professional. I think my biggest feedback is the lab department. I feel like when I go, I can't say I always go 'cause I go like once a year when I need to, but it's always closed. So it is a inconvenience to have to go there and get my physical and then have to go somewhere else to get my lab is drawn. I think that is like my biggest disappointment as why if I wouldn't refer or anything. It's solely because there's not anything on the physician, it's that I feel like the lab department is just always closed. So, it inconveniences me to have to drive somewhere else or take off to do something else. I just wish that would be rectified.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Krystina Rowe. This was my first time seeing her and I felt like she was very thorough. She went through a lot of my past medical history. She even took the time to pull up notes from a previous medical provider I was seeing through Kaiser and really dug in there to find some of that past history in my records, which I haven't really had other doctors do. So I really appreciated that and that made me feel really good about her. But overall, I really liked her and felt like she was a really good doctor and really took her time with me. This practice seems to always be short staffed!! It is near impossible to see my primary care physician unless there is a cancellation. If a Wellstar patient has already been seen by urgent care and was total to reach out to her PCP it shouldn't be so difficult I just got lucky there was a same day cancellation

Upon my visit, the women at the front desk were very sufficient, patient, called me back on time. My check in went smoothly. The visit was amazing. My doctor communicated with me. Whenever I had questions, she answered them. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10. I really loved the the doctor's office and I would suggest it to just anyone that wants a good doctor, personable, detailed and feel comfortable. Thank you.
