Dr. Rowe, Misty and the whole Vinings team are always professional, kind, courteous and efficient! My appointment was right on time and was thorough but still done in a timely fashion! I felt heard and cared for as a patient! The only thing that would have made it better would be if the in house lab was still open. That was so convenient in the past to have my labs drawn at the same vs having to go and wait at a different location. I hope they are able to provide this service in house again in the future.

My doctor's visit with Dr. Rowe was informative as always. Everyone in the office was exceptionally nice as well. My only, somewhat, complaint is that there is no longer a lab in the office. I had to leave the doctor and go to another lab facility which I waited for almost an hour to be seen. Other than no lab, I am satisfied with my experience.

Great experience from start to finish. However, one thing that needs to be re-opened in the office is the lab, which is very convenient, opposed to driving a distance, the same day, without an appointment, and hoping you can be seen that day before going to work. Yes, the waiting game! If the lab gets re-opened in the office, it would eliminate that step, as well as having to make an appointment for bloodwork at another location, as well as another trip. Please put people before profits!
