I'd just like to say I decided to switch to a new primary care doctor after seeing some of the views that other patients left. And, I mean, the schedule was backed up and it was kind of hard to find an appointment. But once I visited the location and I went to my appointment and I met the doctor, I completely understand why. It was an exceptional experience from the front desk to the lab work. I mean, everyone was professional. Very thorough, explained everything. It was a very different experience than I have received at other locations, and I will definitely be sticking with this primary care doctor. Dr. Rowe was exceptional. I appreciate, I mean, just knowledgeable. I felt like she looked at my profile before I got there. She looked at my medical record before I arrived, and just, she seemed to care. I wasn't just a number or just a person. She asked questions that were particular to me,

Upon checking in the front desk staff member was talking on her cellphone. She proceeded to stay on the phone while checking me in. I thought that was very rude and inappropriate/ unprofessional to be holding a conversation with the phone up to her ear the entire time she checked me in.

I get text and email notices of charges from Wellstar prior to my office visit and after. I have had serious pain weeks prior to this office visit, thus the quick x-ray the same day at two Wellstar facilities. I am unable to walk due to strained hip pain. Therefore, this is not the time to call again and again regarding the fees or financial issues, it seems to never stop, in terms of financial questions or issues on my bills with Wellstar. When I try to submit the information needed for the Financial Assistance Program, it will not go in/through. I do not know what else to do.

It was a very different experience than I have received at other locations, and I will definitely be sticking with this primary care doctor. Dr. Rowe was exceptional.
