It would be nice if Dr. Rowe's office had their lab like they've had in so many years that I have gone. It was a bit confusing to have to get labs done elsewhere. The process was a bit jarring. So it was very nice that they had a lab in the same building as the physical exam.

I had an appointment at 12:45 and I arrived at probably like 12:47 and when I arrived to the practice, the lights were off and there was no one at the front desk. So it kind of made me a little nervous, but eventually, I think about 10 minutes later, the front office person came in and there was another patient with me waiting in order to be greeted and checked in for my appointment. I just thought that was a little odd that I had a 12:45 appointment. However, there was no one at the front desk and the lights were completely off and there was a sign saying out to lunch. So that would be the only thing I could just say about maybe the not so positive experience. However, the provider was great and I definitely enjoyed her, the visit with her.
