I was quite impressed how efficient everyone was

When I arrived it was due to a accident at work. However I sat for an hour before I found out someone from my job would have to come and pay before I could be seen. The front desk didnt even call my place of employment till I had already sat there for along time. Had anyone known that was going to be a problem someone could of came sooner and I wouldnt of had to be pushed off.

The attending physician wrote a prescription to treat a single outbreak of cold sores (two tablets). I suppose I am supposed to visit urgent care again if a second outbreak occurs. This seems rather silly.

Everyone was so helpful and courteous throughout my whole visit. I'm not sure I've had a more pleasant experience at an urgent care despite having a fractured arm. I would highly recommend this urgent care for anyone.

I was impressed with how clean it was. Though disappointed on how long it took to be seen. I had an appointment and there was only one patient waiting to be seen and perhaps others in the back but I waited at least 30 mins. but could have been longer. No one said anything to me. Then waited again for a while once they took my vitals for the Dr. to come in.

I could barely walk a nurse came outside and put me in a wheelchair she didn't work in the urgent care I was so relieved and touched by the way she went out of her way the check in nurses at the front desk my nurses my doctor my xray nurses treated me like royalty I was having such a terrible time and so scared and everyone was so awesome thank you for all you do I have been with wellstar for 20 years and will never go anywhere else thank you again

Waiting was too long after going back. For instance my wound was supposed to soak for 5 minutes and it was over 30 minutes before someone came back. 2.5 hours was too long. My only complaint
