Yes, urgent care at Cherokee Health Park is always courteous. That's on, that's the location in Holly Springs. And the front office is always very courteous, very helpful, getting me checked in and getting me in the queue. Second, the medical professionals from the doctors to the nurse practitioners to the medical assistants are all highly capable and proficient and efficient in delivering services to me every time I've been there. So they get a 10 out of 10 for their quality of service from me. So thank you for calling and asking me to share my experience. Thank you.

Everyone was kind and courteous and professional. I wasn't even in the door when the receptionist took my information. I sat down. I did not wait not even a moment before I was called back. Everyone was kind. I would truly recommend this health park to all my families and friends. Thank you.

The experience was rather frustrating. I got back to the room and then waited for almost 35 minutes. When the provider came in, he dismissed what I was instructed to tell him and then left the room. I was then moved to a procedure room where they drained the cyst in my wrist, but he told me that I wouldn't have any major improvement even after the procedure. I also could very clearly hear the conversations in the rooms on either side of the room I was in.

We use this facility for our urgent or immediate needs! Friendly, timely and excellent care! An odd arrangement which must relate to billing requires patient to contact the X-Ray dept independent of the urgent care staff! It does expedites the process for the patient! Our Ins requires an additional copay! Again managed care today!

This Urgent Care Facility is the absolute best in Georgia. They care and make sure you understand the treatment they provide. There were also KSU students observing and helping in the treatment and had the upmost respect. Love this facility!

Dr. Krunal Jethwa did not have a good bedside manner........period!! The nurse that returned my call that evening to tell me my prescriptions were not called in, because of equipment failure, was very curt, and short in her answering my questions. I was not told that the prescriptions were not called in when I left. I have never received written prescriptions, on my many visits to this facility. So I was not sure what I was supposed to do. Thank you.

The only thing that I would mention is that the assistant that brought us the discharge papers was rushing us to leave the room. My husband and I thought the same thing, "she really wanted us out of there."

I felt like the doctor was not completely present, At the end of assessment he was distracted on his phone with no explanation. I let him know that I felt tightness with breathing unable to take deep breath. Had to return 2 days later for CXR and dx pneumonia.

The doctor who saw me was quite rude, took a long time to attend to me, and was even discourteous to the interpreter. I don't speak English, and I understand that this may have affected communication a bit, but I've had better experiences with other doctors who also didn't speak the same language. Honestly, I left very dissatisfied with the doctor who treated me; the rest of the staff was fine.

My son had an xray and the provider thought everything looked ok... this was before the radiologist read the xray. When we arrived home, I looked on My Chart and saw that the xray was read and that my son did have a fracture. I made several attempts to contact the urgent care desk to speak with a provider about next steps. On my first call, the operator advised me to take my son to the ER. On the second call, I was transferred to imaging. On the third attempt, I was told I would be transferred to the urgent care front desk, but the phone rang repeatedly with no answer. Ultimately, the physician did follow up with me regarding the results and plan of care, which I appreciated. I have no concerns with the medical care provided. However, the difficulty in reaching the urgent care desk was frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number to the urgent care front desk to improve communication in situations like this. I felt like the operator advising an ER visit instead of transferring my call to the urgent care front desk, was inappropriate since we just left urgent care. I felt like my request was being ignored. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I really like that I receive a printout summary of my visit before leaving the clinic. Having to go into a portal when returning home from a doctors office visit and printing my own summary is a pain. So glad you all do things the way you do - very patient oriented.

My son had an xray and the provider thought everything looked ok... this was before the radiologist read the xray. However, the difficulty in reaching the urgent care desk was frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number to the urgent care front desk to improve communication in situations like this. I don't speak English, and I understand that this may have affected communication a bit, but I've had better experiences with other doctors who also didn't speak the same language. Honestly, I left very dissatisfied with the doctor who treated me; the rest of the staff was fine.

I felt like the doctor was not completely present, At the end of assessment he was distracted on his phone with no explanation. I let him know that I felt tightness with breathing unable to take deep breath. Had to return 2 days later for CXR and dx pneumonia.

I wasn't able to walk and could have used assistance to get to the x-ray machine but didn't receive any or an offer to help.

The only thing that I would mention is that the assistant that brought us the discharge papers was rushing us to leave the room. My husband and I thought the same thing, "she really wanted us out of there."

Excellent services from front desk to intake person to X-ray Tech. The doctor was exceptional and medication he prescribed was so helpful. He knew exactly what I needed. Very impressed. Best treatment I've had. They actually listened and didn't rush me out or talk over me.

Dr. Krunal Jethwa did not have a good bedside manner........period!! The nurse that returned my call that evening to tell me my prescriptions were not called in, because of equipment failure, was very curt, and short in her answering my questions. I was not told that the prescriptions were not called in when I left. I have never received written prescriptions, on my many visits to this facility. So I was not sure what I was supposed to do. Thank you.

This Urgent Care Facility is the absolute best in Georgia. They care and make sure you understand the treatment they provide. There were also KSU students observing and helping in the treatment and had the upmost respect. Love this facility!

We use this facility for our urgent or immediate needs! Friendly, timely and excellent care! An odd arrangement which must relate to billing requires patient to contact the X-Ray dept independent of the urgent care staff! It does expedites the process for the patient! Our Ins requires an additional copay! Again managed care today!

The experience was rather frustrating. I got back to the room and then waited for almost 35 minutes. When the provider came in, he dismissed what I was instructed to tell him and then left the room. I was then moved to a procedure room where they drained the cyst in my wrist, but he told me that I wouldn't have any major improvement even after the procedure. I also could very clearly hear the conversations in the rooms on either side of the room I was in.

Yes, urgent care at Cherokee Health Park is always courteous. That's on, that's the location in Holly Springs. And the front office is always very courteous, very helpful, getting me checked in and getting me in the queue. Second, the medical professionals from the doctors to the nurse practitioners to the medical assistants are all highly capable and proficient and efficient in delivering services to me every time I've been there.
