My only issue was that I spent about 30 minutes in the exam room waiting for the provider after the tech took my vitals. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional the doctor was and how quickly he was able to make a diagnosis and come up with a plan.

I will say that I did not appreciate being at the facility for nearly 2 hours. My main wait time was after the nurse and MAs spoke with me, as well as everything in between. It seemed like every time someone left, I needed to wait 15-20 minutes before someone came by and told me my next steps. However, the doctor was very knowledgeable & I appreciate how much equipment is available at this facility.

I love this Urgent Care Center - Dr. Jethwa is absolutely the best! The nursing team is always so helpful. I recommend this location to colleagues, family and friends any chance I get!

I had called explained that I had a stool sample that I wanted them to send to the lab for testing, due to diarrhea and cramps I did not need to see a doctor I felt fine, your front desk told me in order for them to order the tests at the lab I would need to see the doc and then they would order the test. I was very thorough in explaining. I got there, had to pay 220 to have the doc tell me he can not order tests for the stool sample, not even regular bacteria test and not even send it to a lab to test it for cleaning solutions etc. why could your staff not have told me that from the beginning. She could have asked the doc and called me back. There was no one there they were not busy. Instead they took my money for nothing. I would like a refund of the 220 dollars I paid for nothing

Staff was very efficient and polite, helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and referred us to the emergency room, which is what I needed to have happen.

I received great care and diagnosis of my problem which is the most important thing. The one negative, and truly strange thing, was the process for calling to set up the CT scan. I was instructed to call a number on the wall in the patient room to arrange my CT scan. While an IV was being put in and blood drawn I was asked over the phone to provide credit card information for the required upfront payment for CT scan. So while one arm is unavailable as a needle is literally being inserted and blood is drawn I am having to use my other arm at the same time to hold my phone, pull out my wallet, get a credit card and read card information out over the phone. And respond to questions in the room by care staff and over the phone by the administrator at the same time. Very weird and a bit frustrating.

The medical staff wouldn't let me bring a companion. Every time I've gone, I've gone in with my wife, my daughter, or another family member. Frankly, the care I received wasn't entirely satisfactory.

The questionnaire doesn't ask about the doctor. The support staff was fine. But the Dr. was rude and dismissive. And treated me as if I was a waste of his time. He provided no reassurances.

The wait was extremely long, but the front desk receptionist was very helpful. Nurse was pleasant and got us checked in. She didn't sanitize her hands, neither did the doctor. The MA forgot to get the brace and had to go ask a nurse for hep to get it.

Overall it was a good experience, I was feeling very badly and concerns for my problems were addressed. The wait was extremely long, but the front desk receptionist was very helpful. Nurse was pleasant and got us checked in. She didn't sanitize her hands, neither did the doctor. The MA forgot to get the brace and had to go ask a nurse for hep to get it.

Overall it was a good experience, I was feeling very badly and concerns for my problems were addressed. However, my only complaint was that after going through the CLEAR check-in, the information such as the symptoms I was experiencing did not carry over into the doctor visit and I had to repeat all my symptoms. This was difficult because I had all but lost my voice due to the sore throat illness I was experience so it was frustrating to have to try and speak to list them out when I already input them when checking in. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you all very much for helping me get better!

The medical staff wouldn't let me bring a companion. Every time I've gone, I've gone in with my wife, my daughter, or another family member. Frankly, the care I received wasn't entirely satisfactory.

The questionnaire doesn't ask about the doctor. The support staff was fine. But the Dr. was rude and dismissive. And treated me as if I was a waste of his time. He provided no reassurances.

I received great care and diagnosis of my problem which is the most important thing. The one negative, and truly strange thing, was the process for calling to set up the CT scan. I was instructed to call a number on the wall in the patient room to arrange my CT scan. While an IV was being put in and blood drawn I was asked over the phone to provide credit card information for the required upfront payment for CT scan. So while one arm is unavailable as a needle is literally being inserted and blood is drawn I am having to use my other arm at the same time to hold my phone, pull out my wallet, get a credit card and read card information out over the phone. And respond to questions in the room by care staff and over the phone by the administrator at the same time. Very weird and a bit frustrating.

I had called explained that I had a stool sample that I wanted them to send to the lab for testing, due to diarrhea and cramps I did not need to see a doctor I felt fine, your front desk told me in order for them to order the tests at the lab I would need to see the doc and then they would order the test. I was very thorough in explaining. I got there, had to pay 220 to have the doc tell me he can not order tests for the stool sample, not even regular bacteria test and not even send it to a lab to test it for cleaning solutions etc. why could your staff not have told me that from the beginning. She could have asked the doc and called me back. There was no one there they were not busy. Instead they took my money for nothing. I would like a refund of the 220 dollars I paid for nothing

I will say that I did not appreciate being at the facility for nearly 2 hours. My main wait time was after the nurse and MAs spoke with me, as well as everything in between. It seemed like every time someone left, I needed to wait 15-20 minutes before someone came by and told me my next steps. However, the doctor was very knowledgeable & I appreciate how much equipment is available at this facility.

I love this Urgent Care Center - Dr. Jethwa is absolutely the best! The nursing team is always so helpful. I recommend this location to colleagues, family and friends any chance I get!

My only issue was that I spent about 30 minutes in the exam room waiting for the provider after the tech took my vitals. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional the doctor was and how quickly he was able to make a diagnosis and come up with a plan.
