My son had an xray and the provider thought everything looked ok... this was before the radiologist read the xray. When we arrived home, I looked on My Chart and saw that the xray was read and that my son did have a fracture. I made several attempts to contact the urgent care desk to speak with a provider about next steps. On my first call, the operator advised me to take my son to the ER. On the second call, I was transferred to imaging. On the third attempt, I was told I would be transferred to the urgent care front desk, but the phone rang repeatedly with no answer. Ultimately, the physician did follow up with me regarding the results and plan of care, which I appreciated. I have no concerns with the medical care provided. However, the difficulty in reaching the urgent care desk was frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number to the urgent care front desk to improve communication in situations like this. I felt like the operator advising an ER visit instead of transferring my call to the urgent care front desk, was inappropriate since we just left urgent care. I felt like my request was being ignored. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Arrived early 1236pm, waited over 45 minutes for physician. Understand physician could be busy with another patient, but, after BP and questions, I was ghosted....

I really like that I receive a printout summary of my visit before leaving the clinic. Having to go into a portal when returning home from a doctors office visit and printing my own summary is a pain. So glad you all do things the way you do - very patient oriented.

The staff and the doctor were very helpful. Their diagnosis seems to be correct and the prescription and referral for physical therapy has already helped a great deal.

I had to have a CAT scan with contrast and the x-ray technician was excellent. However, I was told by the nursing staff and her and the x-ray technician that it would be about an hour. And then the doctor came in and said it would be about an hour. And it was an hour and 45 minutes to get the results. And that part helped to aggravate the entire process.

I was pleased with the doctor however I went in with some pain in my lower abdomen and after getting a CT scan it was told that my appendix which was the main concern wasn't visible in the scan I do not feel good about that portion of the visit. Some staff could have been more personable.

The doctor was really sit down and listen, which was good. But the nurse, I felt rushed by the nurse. They didn't give me a moment as soon as they came in the room. It was just rush, rush, rush. But the doctor did listen. I think that I didn't have any like, hey, if you don't get any better, what to do next, because I believe it was two days later, I had to go back to the doctor, to the minute clinic, and then my symptoms were worse and I was giving additional medicine. So I just think that all the needs were not met at this time of visiting. Overall, everyone was nice at the location.

The provder was rushed and had not read my son's chart prior to walking in. He was not informed of his existing conditions which had impact on what was goingnon and treatment. He was a but dismisive that we had been in the room waiting for over an hour. I was so uncomfortable with my experience I took my child to the pediatrician for a second opinion. Our nurse was kind and very friendly.

The provder was rushed and had not read my son's chart prior to walking in. He was not informed of his existing conditions which had impact on what was goingnon and treatment. The doctor was really sit down and listen, which was good. But the nurse, I felt rushed by the nurse. They didn't give me a moment as soon as they came in the room. It was just rush, rush, rush. But the doctor did listen. I think that I didn't have any like, hey, if you don't get any better, what to do next, because I believe it was two days later, I had to go back to the doctor, to the minute clinic, and then my symptoms were worse and I was giving additional medicine. So I just think that all the needs were not met at this time of visiting. Overall, everyone was nice at the location.

I was pleased with the doctor however I went in with some pain in my lower abdomen and after getting a CT scan it was told that my appendix which was the main concern wasn't visible in the scan I do not feel good about that portion of the visit. Some staff could have been more personable.

I had to have a CAT scan with contrast and the x-ray technician was excellent. However, I was told by the nursing staff and her and the x-ray technician that it would be about an hour. And then the doctor came in and said it would be about an hour. And it was an hour and 45 minutes to get the results. And that part helped to aggravate the entire process.

I really like that I receive a printout summary of my visit before leaving the clinic. Having to go into a portal when returning home from a doctors office visit and printing my own summary is a pain. So glad you all do things the way you do - very patient oriented.

My son had an xray and the provider thought everything looked ok... this was before the radiologist read the xray. When we arrived home, I looked on My Chart and saw that the xray was read and that my son did have a fracture. I made several attempts to contact the urgent care desk to speak with a provider about next steps. On my first call, the operator advised me to take my son to the ER. On the second call, I was transferred to imaging. On the third attempt, I was told I would be transferred to the urgent care front desk, but the phone rang repeatedly with no answer. Ultimately, the physician did follow up with me regarding the results and plan of care, which I appreciated. I have no concerns with the medical care provided. However, the difficulty in reaching the urgent care desk was frustrating, especially given the nature of the situation. It would be helpful to have a direct phone number to the urgent care front desk to improve communication in situations like this. I felt like the operator advising an ER visit instead of transferring my call to the urgent care front desk, was inappropriate since we just left urgent care. I felt like my request was being ignored. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
