The provder was rushed and had not read my son's chart prior to walking in. He was not informed of his existing conditions which had impact on what was goingnon and treatment. He was a but dismisive that we had been in the room waiting for over an hour. I was so uncomfortable with my experience I took my child to the pediatrician for a second opinion. Our nurse was kind and very friendly.

We went to urgent care at two different locations this particular weekend with both of our children. Each time there is no one at the front desk and it was the same physician that took care of us. The doctor was less than thrilled to be there you could tell and it was very obvious that he was uncomfortable with pediatric patients.

The nurse was very attentive. Seemed concerned about my breathing condition. She had a very pleasant personal presentation, my doctor was very professional, did what I felt was a thorough examination, and prescribed medications that, at this point, have lessened my symptoms.

I felt that the provider that I saw was not caring enough and did not care to hear and listen to all of our symptoms, discuss possible medication options, and was very dismissive in general of using Tamiflu as a whole. At one point he left the room because of a, quote, emergency call he got from home and was looking at text on his watch and couldn't even comprehend what he was looking at with me. At one point he told me that my sinus passages looked clear and great despite the fact that I had almost no voice, was extremely congested, and my ears were full of fluid. When I restated what he had said to me, he immediately corrected himself and said, no, no, they don't look good. So I was

I felt only a partial part of my problems were acknowledged and the rest were dismissed. I expressed that I was feeling dehydrated and the symptoms I've had along side of that, and nothing was done besides saying my pee looked fine. My pee actually did have issues now that I've looked at the test results on my own, and I've gone on to develop a slight yellow tinge on my eyes and skin which means there is probably a dehydration issue and another urgent care visit in my future. Frustrating experience given that this visit took a while, and I should have been listened to.
