Staff, doctors and nurses were all friendly, professional, approachable and knowledgeable. It's very convenient to have imaging, lab, doctor offices and urgent care all in one place!

I called this past Saturday morning to make sure a UTI test could be performed for my 90 year old father. I spoke with Nurse Lindsay Ann-I was so grateful she answered my call! She reassured me that not only could the test be completed; but, should my dad require assistance with providing a urine sample, he could be helped by a staff member. Another nurse walked us back to room and took Dad's vitals, but Lindsay Ann actually took the time to visit with us and make sure Dad was ok. Dr. Jethwa took time to speak with Dad and was very professional. We had a follow up appointment yesterday, Tuesday, 9/22/25 and Nurse Ryan greeted us and took real good care of my dad. Dr. Jethwa met with us again and gave me referrals for a neurologist and wished us well. I am very thankful for the friendliness and professionalism of the staff during both visits! Thank you!

Never realized this place existed even though I've driven past it a hundred times. Poor visibility from the road. But nice place, good people and good care.

I had to go back then to get some ibuprofen for the pain because the injection that the doctor gave me did not help at all, the doctor only spent less than three minutes and he was rushed and he did not care. He didn't seem empathetic to my situation, when I went back the next day, they wanted to charge me again for a new visit Because they said that the doctor that saw me was not in the office and the only way they could give me the ibuprofen was for me to be seen again .

In my opinion front desk should be there to attend the patients. There was no one at front desk. There was a note said I just step away from the front desk and be back shortly which took 28 mins. The MA worked me up and it took another 25-30 mins before I saw the doctor and the provider was only in the room for 5-7 mins. In my eyes when patients go to urgent care they need to bring the patient according to their severity. (problem) I understand whey they are busy but when I went there was only one patient was seeing the doctor before me and I had waited long time to see the doctor for my second degree burn. Thank you.

Their concern for me and my husband reminds me of my childhood when everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff at this facility give me great hope for the future of this community and our nation. I really liked the nurse, front desk and support team that we interacted with during my visit. However, I felt like the doctor was dismissive of what I was experiencing, even though after reading the discharge paperwork I had 6 of the 14 symptoms that were noted as call 911 immediately if the person is displaying these symptoms. Additionally, the doctor mentioned taking a steroid pack at home but it wasn't part of the discharge paperwork. Luckily my sister was with me and remembered to ask the nurse about it before we left.
