The only improvement I could suggest is a list on a board of where you are in the line to see the doctor and move to the back, after going through triage, like they have at the lab blood draw. Otherwise, as in my case, even with an appointment, I had to wait well over an hour and did not know when I would be seen. Everything else was excellent!!!!

Very long wait time to be seen despite having a schedule appointment. Once seen also had to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor after intake/vitals were collected.

I created an appointment online at 2:55pm for 4:20pm. I arrived at the time I was told to, 4:05pm, and still waited over an hour and a half to be seen (around 5:45pm). Had I known I'd have the same wait as a walk-in, I would have just went in instead of creating an online appointment and waiting at home first.

The nursing team was amazing. However, I can't say the same for the doctor on staff. He lacked empathy and asked questions in an inappropriate manner. It wasn't what he asked-it was how he asked them. I left knowing I would never return due to the lack of professionalism and empathy.

I was very pleased with the care and expertise of those at this location. Very kind too. We were waiting a very long time and one of the nurses brought us water and crackers. We had been there a couple of hours which was to be expected as it was a Saturday. We were thirsty and hungry and this was perfect. Thanks.

I made an appt on my chart for my appt. When I arrived to the Urgent care I was told at the desk that there was a two hour wait. I replied even w an appt? . The employee w an attitude responded Yes they are backed up, they said 2 hours. I went back in there this morning ( no one at the front desk for 5 min or more) until same employee at the desk came out from the back , seemed busy and annoyed again w the same short attitude w the patients at the counter. What good does an appt do and a sign on your walls stating Next time, hold your place in line at Wellstar.org/eastcobb healthpark if we still wait two hours to be seen?

Dr. Jethwa is possibly the best doctor I've ever seen at an urgent care. Extremely patient with my questions and willing to over explain everything very clearly to help with my anxiety about everything going on. Clearly very confident and knowledgable in his diagnosis which was also comfortable. Given the circumstances, was very happy to have him as a doctor for the day.
