I felt that the provider that I saw was not caring enough and did not care to hear and listen to all of our symptoms, discuss possible medication options, and was very dismissive in general of using Tamiflu as a whole. At one point he left the room because of a, quote, emergency call he got from home and was looking at text on his watch and couldn't even comprehend what he was looking at with me. At one point he told me that my sinus passages looked clear and great despite the fact that I had almost no voice, was extremely congested, and my ears were full of fluid. When I restated what he had said to me, he immediately corrected himself and said, no, no, they don't look good. So I was

I really liked the entire staff and the office. The doctor really listened and did all he could to try and get me feeling better

I felt only a partial part of my problems were acknowledged and the rest were dismissed. I expressed that I was feeling dehydrated and the symptoms I've had along side of that, and nothing was done besides saying my pee looked fine. My pee actually did have issues now that I've looked at the test results on my own, and I've gone on to develop a slight yellow tinge on my eyes and skin which means there is probably a dehydration issue and another urgent care visit in my future. Frustrating experience given that this visit took a while, and I should have been listened to.

My only issue was that I spent about 30 minutes in the exam room waiting for the provider after the tech took my vitals. I was pleasantly surprised with how professional the doctor was and how quickly he was able to make a diagnosis and come up with a plan.

I will say that I did not appreciate being at the facility for nearly 2 hours. My main wait time was after the nurse and MAs spoke with me, as well as everything in between. It seemed like every time someone left, I needed to wait 15-20 minutes before someone came by and told me my next steps. However, the doctor was very knowledgeable & I appreciate how much equipment is available at this facility.

I had called explained that I had a stool sample that I wanted them to send to the lab for testing, due to diarrhea and cramps I did not need to see a doctor I felt fine, your front desk told me in order for them to order the tests at the lab I would need to see the doc and then they would order the test. I was very thorough in explaining. I got there, had to pay 220 to have the doc tell me he can not order tests for the stool sample, not even regular bacteria test and not even send it to a lab to test it for cleaning solutions etc. why could your staff not have told me that from the beginning. She could have asked the doc and called me back. There was no one there they were not busy. Instead they took my money for nothing. I would like a refund of the 220 dollars I paid for nothing

I received great care and diagnosis of my problem which is the most important thing. The one negative, and truly strange thing, was the process for calling to set up the CT scan. I was instructed to call a number on the wall in the patient room to arrange my CT scan. While an IV was being put in and blood drawn I was asked over the phone to provide credit card information for the required upfront payment for CT scan. So while one arm is unavailable as a needle is literally being inserted and blood is drawn I am having to use my other arm at the same time to hold my phone, pull out my wallet, get a credit card and read card information out over the phone. And respond to questions in the room by care staff and over the phone by the administrator at the same time. Very weird and a bit frustrating.

I received great care and diagnosis of my problem which is the most important thing. The one negative, and truly strange thing, was the process for calling to set up the CT scan. I was instructed to call a number on the wall in the patient room to arrange my CT scan. While an IV was being put in and blood drawn I was asked over the phone to provide credit card information for the required upfront payment for CT scan. So while one arm is unavailable as a needle is literally being inserted and blood is drawn I am having to use my other arm at the same time to hold my phone, pull out my wallet, get a credit card and read card information out over the phone. And respond to questions in the room by care staff and over the phone by the administrator at the same time. Very weird and a bit frustrating.

I felt only a partial part of my problems were acknowledged and the rest were dismissed. I expressed that I was feeling dehydrated and the symptoms I've had along side of that, and nothing was done besides saying my pee looked fine. My pee actually did have issues now that I've looked at the test results on my own, and I've gone on to develop a slight yellow tinge on my eyes and skin which means there is probably a dehydration issue and another urgent care visit in my future. Frustrating experience given that this visit took a while, and I should have been listened to.

I really liked the entire staff and the office. The doctor really listened and did all he could to try and get me feeling better

I felt that the provider that I saw was not caring enough and did not care to hear and listen to all of our symptoms, discuss possible medication options, and was very dismissive in general of using Tamiflu as a whole. At one point he left the room because of a, quote, emergency call he got from home and was looking at text on his watch and couldn't even comprehend what he was looking at with me. At one point he told me that my sinus passages looked clear and great despite the fact that I had almost no voice, was extremely congested, and my ears were full of fluid. When I restated what he had said to me, he immediately corrected himself and said, no, no, they don't look good. So I was
