Overall it was a good experience, I was feeling very badly and concerns for my problems were addressed. However, my only complaint was that after going through the CLEAR check-in, the information such as the symptoms I was experiencing did not carry over into the doctor visit and I had to repeat all my symptoms. This was difficult because I had all but lost my voice due to the sore throat illness I was experience so it was frustrating to have to try and speak to list them out when I already input them when checking in. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you all very much for helping me get better!

I am the only person or the 1st person waiting, but the doctor kept me waiting for a very long time while I was in great pain. When the doctor left, he didn't tell me I can go or gave me any instructions, again, he kept me waiting for a very long time, feel like 1 hour. It was quiet and I opened the door. A nurse happened to pass. I asked if I was forgotten. He said he would check. Then I walked to his direction, he was printing instructions and the doctor was sitting in his little cubicle and totally forgot me. This is unacceptable, especially in "urgent care", really?

And then I was very satisfied because after taking my medication, the antibiotics, I started feeling better right away. So thank you, thank you, thank you so much to the 12-star urgent care because they always are so caring and really, really on point. Thank you.

I was prescribed a medication though for five days, a prednisone medication that I'm not sure was appropriate for me because I noticed that it should not be combined with certain medical problems such as high blood pressure and I definitely even tested high blood pressure in there in the office. So, and high cholesterol was also a factor and depression and those were all things that contrainitated with this medication that I was prescribed. I picked up the medication but I am still skeptical about whether I should take it or not since my condition might improve on its own.

I came to have a mass drained which they did not, and it got much worse and I ended up in the emergency room in severe pain the following day.

When the first nurse came in and took all of my vitals and everything, she did not tell me I had to dial a number to set up for my x-rays. So from now on, they should make sure they tell the patient because we waited and waited and then they finally came back in and told me I had to do that.

The one MAJOR problem that we have coming to this facility is that the doors facing the street are not wheelchair accessible from the parking deck. My mom has her Primary Care doctor in this building as well as the Outpatient Lab that we use. Trying to get her wheelchair through those doors is exhausting for me. I have a bad back and she weighs 150 pounds.
