I loved how attentive and informative she was. I felt like she really listened and addressed my concerns. I appreciated how she asked me if I had any questions for her and listened to my suggestions and questions that I had for her. She was very polite and professional as well. She seemed very well informed about the situation that I had going on and went above and beyond to rule out all possibilities. She made me feel comforted and heard when it came to my health and treated me like a person and not just a number. I appreciate her good manners and respectful nature. Overall, I would highly recommend her to others

I was impressed how they listened to what I had to say and didn't make me feel like I shouldn't have come in for this issue that I was having. And they really made me feel like, geez, both her and the lady that she was training, I do believe. So I was really happy about that. I was a little apprehensive about going in, but they really made me feel it. And I really appreciated that.
