I was impressed how they listened to what I had to say and didn't make me feel like I shouldn't have come in for this issue that I was having. And they really made me feel like, geez, both her and the lady that she was training, I do believe. So I was really happy about that. I was a little apprehensive about going in, but they really made me feel it. And I really appreciated that.

My only concern was the time it took for this visit. The waiting in the room time was way to long. I was ready to be there for about 45 minutes at most, but was there for almost one & a half hours. Approximate time actually seeing a staff member was 30 minutes, the rest was just sitting in the exam room waiting. Please work on getting the tie better.

I would like you to understand better when a patient comes to urgent care, there are some tests that need to be done right away, like the blood pressure test for cholesterol. I don't like the way we take people's blood pressure. once but twice I guess so, it's like when the patient asks to take their blood pressure again, we don't want to do that, I don't understand why we have a problem with that.

The doctor was very, very informative. She listened to everything that I had to say. I was very appreciative. I would recommend her to anyone. She's awesome. I have been trying to reach out to get it rescheduled as soon as possible but have gotten no response.
