Everyone at the practice is really amazing and wonderful except Dr. Gaffney. She is very condescending. She doesn't listen once you ask her questions. She jumps on her high horse and she starts talking down on the parents. I do not appreciate that when she talks down on me and she starts to rush you out of the office and doesn't take the time to answer you and she keeps on telling me what would you like me to do, what would you like me to do, as if I'm not allowed to ask questions, as if I'm not allowed to understand what she's telling me to do with my, with the health of my child. This is really make me uncomfortable. But everyone else at the practice is amazing. I like this place, but I don't know, I don't want my child to see her anymore.

Yes, we absolutely love Kristen. We trust her infinitely. My daughter really, she prefers to go to Kristen over anyone else. Never a fight to get her to go to the doctor when she's going to see Miss Kristen. The medical assistant, Sierra, was fantastic, very, very, very patient, really enjoyed working with her. And Chastity was also incredible. Both ladies were very patient with my daughter who has a fear of doctors. And Kristen, like I said, has helped my daughter become more willing to go, and she's taken great care in making sure that my daughter is comfortable, as well as Sierra and Chastity on our most recent visit, absolutely fantastic. And yes, I really appreciate the practice, we love it, we'll continue to go.

wanted to wait a week for my daughter's shot and I understand they have the routine schedule but I wanted to wait because she had a runny nose and normally that's an indicator of her getting sick so I wanted to wait for her shot. I was told by multiple people including the provider that she had to get shots today no matter what even though she sounded fine. What's this? Thursday she now has a fever of 101.1 So I am okay with the fact that I had to be dismissed as a client of this practice due to me choosing to withhold my daughter's shot. And I got the dismiss letter saying that she had to wait. If she didn't get her shots within 30 days, then our contract with the provider would be void. And us being able to see the provider would be void,
