The on-site lab hours do not align with the office practice hours. No patient should have to cut their appt short just to run to get labs done before they close. Then if you don't make it before they close at 3:30 you have to now drive to another facility because you can only get your labs done on the day of your visit at this location.

Everyone at the practice is really amazing and wonderful except Dr. Gaffney. She is very condescending. She doesn't listen once you ask her questions. She jumps on her high horse and she starts talking down on the parents. I do not appreciate that when she talks down on me and she starts to rush you out of the office and doesn't take the time to answer you and she keeps on telling me what would you like me to do, what would you like me to do, as if I'm not allowed to ask questions, as if I'm not allowed to understand what she's telling me to do with my, with the health of my child. This is really make me uncomfortable. But everyone else at the practice is amazing. I like this place, but I don't know, I don't want my child to see her anymore.
