Hi, my feedback is that Kirsten Bloomberg, the physician, the midwife, was absolutely wonderful. She listened to me. She was personable. She was attentive. She actually did the care that she put in my chart. She was very helpful. She was lovely. She helped me after my appointment regarding updates to my chart, was very timely with that, very communicative with that. So she was absolutely phenomenal. The office staff, the benefits department, anyone else in the practice besides her has been an absolute awful experience to deal with. I was called, this is just one example, I was called after hours the night before my morning appointment, so around 3:35 the day before my appointment, which was at 11:30, and I was told that I would need a pay.

We came in for a visit expecting a confirmation of pregnancy and that wasn't what we got. It was a very hard visit, but the staff was very kind. The midwife, I believe her name was Kirsten or Kristen. She was incredible. She was so empathetic and kind and knowledgeable and just sweet and genuine.
