There's a severe lack of patient advocacy at this office. Patients should be allowed to see a different provider at the same office if they were recommended to one in particular by another wellstar staff/or if the patient is no longer comfortable with their original provider. But as said by office management "it's against office policy to allow patients to request or be referred to a different provider within the same office." That's nice for the doctors but it is very unfortunate and uncomfortable for the patients.

Every time I visit whether it's Dr Kimberly or Dr. Kamran they always treat you with respect. Ask you if you have any new problems always professional. The staff nurses are very pilot I look forward to my exams.
