I just wanted to say that Kim Janflone and WellSTAR practice, I've been going there for about 20 years and she is stupendous. She always takes lots of time with her patients and never feel rushed. She's really fantastic and anybody would be lucky to have her on their team and the staff is excellent. They always get back to me. So well done you. Anyway, and that's why I continue to drive about 30 minutes to get there because I am not in the neighborhood. But Kim is excellent, as is the staff. So thank you.

This visit was the best doctor's visit we have had in many years. Kim was very personable and felt like a friend. She even walked us over to the lab for bloodwork. The MA was also very positive and friendly. They both took time to speak with us as humans and not make us feel like they'd rather we stayed home. I am very happy with this experience. It was also wait-free!

Kimberly makes you feel like you are the only person in the office she is seeing that day. She never makes you feel rushed or your concerns are not important. She addresses all your concerns. Her nurse is so thorough and pleasant. Kimberly is prompt in responding to any online questions I have. I have never been this pleased with a healthcare provider before.

When I discussed a situation regarding my lungs and that I had had three x-rays in the last three months, she was not aware and it was clearly in my chart. That was an area of concern. Also, I was not able to complete my urinalysis as part of my labs because the lab was out of cups. I am waiting to hear from when I can have my urinalysis completed. Thank you.

The front desk staff was not prepared when I asked for copies of whatever it was I needed to sign. It's definitely obvious that they are used to people signing without asking for a copy first. Having to sign something without seeing it in front of you to me I don't trust it. Front desk staff became extremely frustrated.
