Everything went well except for the fact when I called to make an appointment, I was told the doctor and the PAs had no appointments for two weeks. I called back two hours later, got a different person in the scheduling department, and I suddenly had an appointment for three days later without any working around any kind of issues or whatever. So there's just inconsistency in appointment scheduling and scheduling appointments is my biggest complaint about the practice as a whole. It's hard to get appointments and going to the doctor, it shouldn't be that hard to get an appointment.

Everyone in the office was fantastic. The initial vitals check was great and the rep was very friendly. Unfortunately, I can find her name, but she was outstanding, caring and quite relaxing. Everyone should have this kind of experience while visiting a doctor. I felt very important AND cared for.
