I was thoroughly impressed with the politeness of the staff. From the first phone call to make my first appointment, I could tell this office and staff were going to be very pleasant. Front office staff were so kind and helpful. The triage nurse as well as the lab technician were both so kind and personable. Dr. Hensarling listened attentively to my heath concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the plan going forward. My visit notes were documented quickly and I was able to go back and see in great detail everything we talked about. Excellent experience!!
