I didn't like how i was early and the reception told me I was an hour early and I had to wait a hour and maybe 25 minutes after to find out she check me in and then checked me back out. So the nurse said she seen when I was check in and wondered why I was checked back out. It was my first time there and I was unhappy but I was glad to see my doctor because she moved her and know I come 45 minutes to see her again.

Dr. Hensarling and her student and the staff were so great at listening and wanting to understand my symptoms and come to a plan effectively to ease my symptoms. A woman with diminishing hormones doesn't feel like herself. It's a natural progression. They made me feel safe enough to verbalize my concerns and what I was saying mattered. That sticks with you. For a provider to treat you like they don't mind listening and don't make you feel uncomfortable or rushed is such a blessing. Highly recommend.

It was an AMAZING experience. I came all the way from Tallassee, AL and it was worth it! I was in and out in under and hour. I used to wait 1.5 hours to get to intake at my old practice. I loved the service, facility, and Dr. Hensarling is always the best!

Dr. Hensarling listened to my needs and desires. I had 2 c sections and I expressed my desire to try vbac as long as it is safe. Dr. Hensarling agreed to my request and I didn't feel any opposition unlike some of the providers nowadays.
