About Keith Rott, MD
Dr. Rott was introduced to rheumatology at an early age when a sibling was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. He enjoys working with patients to understand their diagnosis and their treatment so they can achieve the best possible outcome. He enjoys staying up to date with the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment of rheumatologic diseases, but still believes in the value of listening to the patient and obtaining a complete history and performing a thorough exam in order to establish the proper diagnosis. He treats a full range of rheumatologic conditions, including all types of inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic autoimmune diseases such as lupus, crystalline arthropathies such as gout, inflammatory muscle diseases, vasculitis, and osteoporosis.
A native of Florida, Dr. Rott has lived in Georgia since moving to Atlanta to attend Emory College. He is board certified in rheumatology. He is a past president of the Georgia Society of Rheumatology and is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. When not in the office, he enjoys reading, any outdoor activity, and spending time with his wife, son, and 2 dogs.

Needed a nexus for V A claim but Dr ROTT did not want to listen to what was needed or didn't want to go over his 10 minutes. I was not asking him to say R A was caused by agent orange exposure but to see what nexus required, but couldn't get that far with him.

I like the doctor, I like the nurse, my review numbers are because no matter what time of day I schedule my appt I don't get seen until at least 30 minutes past my appt time. This visit it was 40 minutes. Don't over schedule the day. Please don't say it's emergencies because it's every visit.

I left feeling like there is no hope to my issue. Felt like the doctor thought I was lying. He said he can't help me. Didn't try to think of other things that could be causing my issues. He asked why I was there like who the hell sent me to him. UGH. I still have an issue and spent $326 dollars for him to be rude.
