I had my annual physical today and this was hands down the best doctor's office experience I've had in a very long time. Kayla Stafford was incredibly kind and understanding and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I never felt rushed or dismissed. A special shoutout to Pam in the lab - she found my vein in literally seconds. I've had issues my entire life with blood draws, and this was by far the easiest and least stressful one I've ever had. Truly an amazing experience all around.

Nurse Practitioner Kayla Stafford has bypassed any other doctor I have ever seen. She is patient, kind, she listens and doesn't dismiss what's happening even when the blood tests don't show the issue she is one who won't give up, she takes time to listen and explain and she has helped me more than anyone. She teaches what to do and she is encouraging and doesn't just give meds but helps understand what the meds do and why. Because of her I now have my whole family going here and everyone loves her. She is amazing. I love the Bridgemill Wellstar location and all the staff there are amazing and make you feel like home.

The front office had me sign an updated no show policy that said, if I was more than 10 minutes late, I would be considered a no show, would be charged a fee, and would not be seen, even though the Wellstar Health System's policy is 15 minutes. This is the providers' decision to go against the system's policy, and, on top of that, Kayla was 45 minutes late to my 3:00 appt and didn't bother to apologize for the wait. So much for PeopleCare. I just started with this office this year, and, so far, they have been unimpressive.

Kayla is the best, she consistently provides wonderful care and really takes her time. It's a rarity these days..will continue going to her for years to come!

Switching to a new practice after almost 40 years due the retirement of my primary care physician made me extremely anxious. On just one visit, the provider and medical group made me feel comfortable about making a change!

Nurse Practitioner Kayla Stafford has bypassed any other doctor I have ever seen. She is patient, kind, she listens and doesn't dismiss what's happening even when the blood tests don't show the issue she is one who won't give up, she takes time to listen and explain and she has helped me more than anyone. She teaches what to do and she is encouraging and doesn't just give meds but helps understand what the meds do and why. Because of her I now have my whole family going here and everyone loves her. She is amazing. I love the Bridgemill Wellstar location and all the staff there are amazing and make you feel like home.

I had my annual physical today and this was hands down the best doctor's office experience I've had in a very long time. Kayla Stafford was incredibly kind and understanding and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I never felt rushed or dismissed. A special shoutout to Pam in the lab - she found my vein in literally seconds. I've had issues my entire life with blood draws, and this was by far the easiest and least stressful one I've ever had. Truly an amazing experience all around.
