Kaushang Gandhi MD received his Bachelors in Medicine/Surgery at Medical College of Baroda, India. He completed his residency at New York Medical College and his cardiology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. Yes, Dr. Gandhi is one of the best doctors that I've ever encountered through WellSTAR. He's compassionate and I can tell his spirit is genuine. He actually cares about his patients and he makes you feel like family and like he cares about your overall health. He went through, well, he went with me through an experience when my son passed away and both of us, well, me and my two children are all patients of his and my son passed away and Dr. Gandhi, he took time out of his schedule to call me personally and he just was like, he's an excellent person. He's a great overall human being and I hope you guys have more doctors, hire more doctors like him. Thank you.

Session with Dr Gandhi was extremely rushed (~5 or 6 mins), impersonal, with a lack of sensitivity. My attempt to ask questions to better understand causal factors and concerns were quickly answered and somewhat dismissive. Clearly, not the quality of care expected.

Hi, the staff was very, very kind. My father has Alzheimer's and it was our first time there. They just showed a lot of kindness and compassion. And Josie did the, I think, the EKG and was just as sweet as she can be. And I really like the doctor. He had a fabulous bedside manner, very personable. And that's what I look for, you know, whether I'm going to the grocery store, a doctor, shopping, whatever. I look for customer service and friendliness. And this practice has it. Thank you.
