We've had a great experience with the doctor because she's very patient and kind, and she's a great listener. We also love that they have a translator. We also appreciate that they give us lots of information about everything. And we absolutely love how kind everyone is, from the moment we arrive until after our appointment, including the doctor, and even when we leave. Thank you so much.

You can mostly prove by your receptionist when you first come in not to have attitudes and say that they're not staying past five and be rude with your patients. Thank you.

I've been taking my kids here since they were born and wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies even though they aren't babies anymore.

The wait was extremely long from the time of seeing the doctor. Then waiting after seeing the doctor to waiting on the nurse to come in and give shots was ridiculous!!

Provider was fine. Your front desk staff is incompetent. Your employee was late from their lunch. We were several minutes early for the appointment at 1pm. We were not even called back until 1:13 maybe.

It takes way too long every time I come there. I've only ever seen one or two other patients there at the same time as our visits and it always takes over an hour and a half each time. I have decided that I will probably pay cash to go to another provider in town where I can get in and out in 30 minutes with all the same testing. Dr. Williford is very caring and thorough and I appreciate her but I can't spend that much time! Further, check in and check out is usually unsatisfactory. When I checked in this time, the woman did not even lean around the WALL (not window, a wall) so that I could hear her questions. I had to lean into the check-in space to hear her as I spoke to the back of her head. On another occasion, there was ONE person checking out for several doctors. I left after standing in line for 15 minutes. All of this has taken place since Wellstar took over.
