Hi, we are very grateful for our experience at the Augusta Medical Group on Lake Oconee with Dr. Catherine Wilford. She's been wonderful. She's been seeing my daughter since she was about a year old after Dr. Roberts retired, and we're just so thankful for the staff. The visit was Much More than my granddaughter and I expected it to be! The wait was not long until we were called back for the visit. Although, Dr. Williford and her nurse(s) showed respect to me as my granddaughter grandmother by asking me if I was okay with any treatment they did with or for her; more importantly they all treated my granddaughter with great Respect, kindness and care. They had dialogue with her just like the intelligent sixteen year old she is. Dr.Williford asked her about how she is doing in school and what her interests are. Dr. Williford neither her nurse did not rush through their time with her. That made my granddaughter feel really special because she talked about it in the car after we left the visit. Our check in check out person Ms. Shartresse went above and beyond to help me get my chart set up properly and help me understand how it works. Her interactions with my granddaughter and l was so pleasant. All while She was checking us in and out she had conversation with us like she had known us for a while. Her smile and her tone made us both feel relaxed and welcomed to the practice. Any questions my granddaughter and I asked her she answered us with a smile, a gentle voice and precise answer??? The overall visit was AWESOME!
