Dr Potter and staff did an amazing job. On the handwashing question I'm not sure about washing. Possibly used sanitizer. Everything was sterile.

Dr Potter was tremendous, I have not suffered any bleeding, I have not had any pain ..... of any sort. I did not need any sort of pain control , the nurses explanation of my responsibilities when I got home was also wonderful. Even if I had dreamt the whole thing it could not have been any more perfect.

The nurse was very nice and helpful and explained about wound care. Love Dr Potter. She is kind, caring, but clearly an expert. She performed the surgery and before I knew it, we were finished. The students were also very attentive. A well run ship! Thank you a good experience!

Dr Potter and staff were wonderful with me. I made an appointment believing previous skin cancer was resurfacing on my ear. By the time my appointment came the spot had largely disappeared. But, I had them look at it anyway. They were all so good at offering options and allowing me to depart with dignity in tact. Love Them!
