Ms. Potter really done a good job with my surgery and her and her staff really know what they're doing and I would recommend them to anybody that needs surgery done. They really do a good job and take care of their customers.

Great experience w the staff and provider. However I do not like being asked to sign the signature pad for consent or anything else. I want a hard copy to read and sign. Otherwise I'm signing a signature pad for whatever they say the doc is without seeing what I'm actually signing. This applies to any document and the current process, but is not a reflection on the person requesting me to sign. As point of reference, you would not put your signature on a signature pad for a contract when a person is just telling you the subject of the contract, nor if they gave you a hard copy of a contract and then asked you to sign on a signature pad. If they are not connected (all together in one place and viewable) either electronically or in hard copy you really don't know what you are signing.

Dr. Potter was nothing short of amazing. She listened to me, she was kind, she explained the procedure as she did it. Both she, the resident and the nurse (Natasha) put my mind at ease the entire time.
