Dr. Potter and her staff are beyond professional. Everyone I had contact with was caring and efficient and respectable...respectable to each other and to the patients. I totally appreciate everyone's work ethic. I was nervous to have this surgery. It turned out to be a very comfortable experience for me and I thank each one. I also appreciate the follow-up phone call from Jamie today. That doesn't happen too often in my experience.

I am so extremely grateful to have found this office. I am a very scared patient. I don't do well with needles and from the nurse to the surgeons to the front desk staff everyone treated me so kindly and Serge gently and got me through the process!!!!!!
