I was very nervous about this procedure going in, but they explained everything, even the amount of pain I'd experienced when receiving a numbing shot. They explained everything very clearly and I was very, very happy with that.

Staff and Dr. Potter and her assistants were extremely proficient, knowledgeable. Dr. Potter is top 10 my book. She's an excellent, excellent doctor, knows exactly what she's doing, and really puts her patients at ease. I couldn't be happier with her. And also those that were with her were very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable.

I did not notice if hands were washed before and after leaving the room. Counting the interns there were 5 people in and out. I felt very well cared for. The entire experience was excellent including all of the staff we dealt with. My husband and I were impressed with the facility and the people.

Kathryn is a very wonderful dermatologist. She listens and she is very thorough with her exams, and I would certainly recommend her to any friend or family member. In fact, most of my family is already going to either Catherine or Lauren George at the same facility. So, anyway, Kathryn is great. Thank you.

I thought the doctor and the nurse were fantastic and the doctor gave me really good options. And the only complaint I have is about the practice takes me all the time about the appointment and that's what I'm really teased off about.

Excellent experience! Dr. Potter and her staff were perfect in every way. The MOHS surgery is not my favorite way to spend a morning, but Dr. Potter and staff made it as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend AU's dermatology clinic to any and everyone. Thank you!
