It would be nice to not have to pay for an office visit for a stent removal. This should be part of the procedure cost. I was told I could have pulled it out myself. Had I known I would be charged for an office visit, I would have done it myself.

Did everything they could to assist my husband with dementia. Great practice!

These people were great. But when i originally had the catheter put in it was not explained to me that i could also get a. Bigger bag for better night sleeping. We had to make another trip to obtain the night bag in order to have a better sleep night

My main concern was setting up appointments for weekly visits. I was unable to do so for one week, and I understand this is extremely important to have continuity. Thank you. Goodbye.

Not sure why this visit had to be in person and not a phone conversation. I spent 5 minutes to see if I was doing ok. I know follow up is important but the time to get there and wait was not worth what was done. Everyone's time is important and for this visit it could have been handled over the phone in my opinion. Although I go to this practice monthly, this was my first time seeing this provider who asked me lots of questions in order to understand my condition. She handled the changing of my Supra-Pubic catheter efficiently and painlessly.
