If this the lady that removed my catheter, she should get an award! What a positive experience! I was very apprehensive when getting to the examination room...geez, did she relax me fast. She talked to me in such a positive way all my anxiety was gone in seconds and coached me through the process so that I didn't have a care in the world. I just am unable to express what I thought was going to be traumatic, to if I had to do it again and she was the administer it would not have it a second of concern I
