Dr. Bollinger attended the University of Wisconsin and completed her medical training at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She achieved her doctorate degree under the mentorship of Drs. Jay and Maureen Neitz in the area of cone photoreceptor cell biology. Dr. Bollinger completed her ophthalmology residency and fellowship in glaucoma at the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute. She then served on staff at the institute as a member of the Glaucoma department. She specializes in screening, diagnosis and management of all forms of adult glaucoma. She performs laser procedures, glaucoma surgery and cataract surgery using state-of-the-art techniques. Dr. Bollinger is the principal investigator of a glaucoma research laboratory directed toward identifying early disease markers for glaucoma and targets for therapeutic intervention. She is the recipient of an American Health Assistance Foundation postdoctoral grant from the Glaucoma Research Foundation.

Not essential but it would be nice to have a somewhat more spacious waiting area (or areas).

The clinical care I thought was very appropriate. The time lapse when I got there from the time I was scheduled till the time I was seen was 45 minutes. That was entirely too long. And the length of time between the different treatments was entirely too long. It should not take three hours to see the physician. Thank you.

I had an appointment with Dr. K. Bollinger. My doctor was very informative and showed concern about my health. Dr. Bollinger was very thorough in examining my eyes, patiently answered all my questions and gave useful suggestions for my eye care. However, the facility's first contact at the reception desk was cold, did not greet, or look up. In her place, a robot would have been better trained. The waiting area was swamped.

Dr. Bollinger was very thorough in examining my eyes, patiently answered all my questions and gave useful suggestions for my eye care. However, the facility's first contact at the reception desk was cold, did not greet, or look up. In her place, a robot would have been better trained. The waiting area was swamped.
