They do not respond to their patients request either from My Chart or phone messages ,and this is unacceptable. I have had my primary physician send messages to their practice with no response. Not sure what is happening, but something needs to change.

After the appointment I went back to the receptionist to add two meds that I currently take that weren't on the list, was told I would have to wait until the next appointment to add them to my med list because the Dr had already signed off on this appointment and nothing could be changed. Was told I could go on my chart and do it myself, Really?

The front Desk ran super slow and inefficient. After having to wait in line with my sister who has special needs for what felt like 15 min, I was told my appointment was nearly 45 min ago. The appt was set for 11am and somehow it got changed. Then it is an even longer wait to explain your situation, get checked on, and finally be called back. The provider herself was wonderful but going to this office is terrible and long wait times.
