I like the fact that the doctor went through my medical history, and she was able to bring everything together and give me good advice and referrals as far as like my health needs. Because prior to meeting her, I felt like I was in limbo. And when I met her, and it's like she had a whole plan prepared for me. And so when she came towards me and she was speaking to me and asking me some questions and then giving me a lot of health advice, I realized that, I said, this doctor, she knows what she's talking about. And they asked me if I wanted to see someone else because they were trying to get an appointment for me. I said, no, I wanna go back

I have had an issue with the online MyChart appointment setup. The front staff was able to help me to get to a place where I still got my appointment submitted. I was still able to be seen. The staff was completely courteous, even though I was coming last minute, even though it was a MyChart appointment that came through, and made sure that I got all my questions answered. I really appreciate being able to be seen. and not turned away like some places would have done.
