I have had an issue with the online MyChart appointment setup. The front staff was able to help me to get to a place where I still got my appointment submitted. I was still able to be seen. The staff was completely courteous, even though I was coming last minute, even though it was a MyChart appointment that came through, and made sure that I got all my questions answered. I really appreciate being able to be seen. and not turned away like some places would have done.

Have always found Katie the perfect blend of professional yet down to earth and understanding. The only reason I did not mark top scores on everything is because I don't think there is a " perfect provider " just as there is not a " perfect patient " ! Katie is wonderful

My recent visit left me more frustrated with the administrative process than with the care itself. The new self check-in kiosk was cumbersome - poor touch response, confusing navigation, and ultimately redundant since I still had to see the front desk to sign additional forms. Worse, I was asked to sign documents without being able to actually read them, which felt both impractical and unfair. Combined with the clunky signature pad, the tech seemed more like a burden than an improvement. As for the visit, I agreed to have a student present, which I normally don't mind. However, being left alone with the student for part of the exam felt awkward, especially since many of the same steps were repeated by the NP. I value supporting student learning, but in this case it came across as inefficient and uncomfortable. Overall, the medical care was fine, but the administrative processes and visit structure could be improved to make the patient experience smoother and more respectful of time.

The check-in process was unnecessarily redundant. I completed a detailed check-in online, only to repeat the process on a clunky in-office tablet. Then, I had to speak with a receptionist who gave the same scripted warning to every patient. I was also required to sign a separate no-show policy form, which could have easily been included in either of the previous check-in steps. After all that, I was handed a slip of paper that served no purpose-it wasn't referenced or used during my visit, though the information was clearly already in the system. The wait time to see someone was reasonable. However, my interaction with the trainee was disappointing. She was condescending and unfriendly, and when I tried to explain how I typically manage my medication, it felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. She relayed this to the nurse practitioner, who then lectured me on the proper way to take the medication-without any interest in discussing my personal experience or collaborating on a health strategy. No one on the staff seemed interested in a dialogue about my health plan, or even in offering a basic handshake. I've been coming to this practice for over a decade, and since Dr. Bourne's departure, the quality of care and customer experience has rapidly declined. I've had enough, and I'll be moving to a new practice as soon as I can find one.

The front office and checkout staff were very courteous and polite. My experience with Dr. Katie was less than memorable. I do not believe I will go back. I was there for an annual physical. She almost walked out of the room without even discussing my labs with me. I had to ask her as she was leaving if there was anything in my labs that we should discuss. at a point when she said, no, everything looks fine, and that was about it. I really felt like she was uninterested in having a conversation with me about my health and my health history, which is very disappointing for an annual wellness physical, and I will not visit her again.

I was having an allergic reaction and suffering terribly, but I had to go through with the appointment because it would have been my 3rd strike and I would've been banned from the practice. Katie is always wonderful, but it was absolutely horrible experience to be forced to go in such poor health. As a result I would never recommend this practice, especially not to anyone with a disability.

And I heard him throughout telling the patients as they left, goodbye, have a good day. And he did as well to me. And so that was my first good experience is his good customer service. And also the nurse, I can't remember her name, She was very professional and kind and answered some questions before Dr. Katie came in. And I have to say that Katie is very professional and excellent with listening to my needs and helping me, you know, answer questions. So I was very pleased with Katie and the whole staff. My recent visit left me more frustrated with the administrative process than with the care itself. The new self check-in kiosk was cumbersome - poor touch response, confusing navigation, and ultimately redundant since I still had to see the front desk to sign additional forms. Worse, I was asked to sign documents without being able to actually read them, which felt both impractical and unfair. Combined with the clunky signature pad, the tech seemed more like a burden than an improvement. As for the visit, I agreed to have a student present, which I normally don't mind. However, being left alone with the student for part of the exam felt awkward, especially since many of the same steps were repeated by the NP. I value supporting student learning, but in this case it came across as inefficient and uncomfortable. Overall, the medical care was fine, but the administrative processes and visit structure could be improved to make the patient experience smoother and more respectful of time.

Have always found Katie the perfect blend of professional yet down to earth and understanding. The only reason I did not mark top scores on everything is because I don't think there is a " perfect provider " just as there is not a " perfect patient " ! Katie is wonderful

The check-in process was unnecessarily redundant. I completed a detailed check-in online, only to repeat the process on a clunky in-office tablet. Then, I had to speak with a receptionist who gave the same scripted warning to every patient. I was also required to sign a separate no-show policy form, which could have easily been included in either of the previous check-in steps. After all that, I was handed a slip of paper that served no purpose-it wasn't referenced or used during my visit, though the information was clearly already in the system. The wait time to see someone was reasonable. However, my interaction with the trainee was disappointing. She was condescending and unfriendly, and when I tried to explain how I typically manage my medication, it felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. She relayed this to the nurse practitioner, who then lectured me on the proper way to take the medication-without any interest in discussing my personal experience or collaborating on a health strategy. No one on the staff seemed interested in a dialogue about my health plan, or even in offering a basic handshake. I've been coming to this practice for over a decade, and since Dr. Bourne's departure, the quality of care and customer experience has rapidly declined. I've had enough, and I'll be moving to a new practice as soon as I can find one.

The front office and checkout staff were very courteous and polite. My experience with Dr. Katie was less than memorable. I do not believe I will go back. I was there for an annual physical. She almost walked out of the room without even discussing my labs with me. I had to ask her as she was leaving if there was anything in my labs that we should discuss. at a point when she said, no, everything looks fine, and that was about it. I really felt like she was uninterested in having a conversation with me about my health and my health history, which is very disappointing for an annual wellness physical, and I will not visit her again.

I was having an allergic reaction and suffering terribly, but I had to go through with the appointment because it would have been my 3rd strike and I would've been banned from the practice. Katie is always wonderful, but it was absolutely horrible experience to be forced to go in such poor health. As a result I would never recommend this practice, especially not to anyone with a disability.

I have had an issue with the online MyChart appointment setup. The front staff was able to help me to get to a place where I still got my appointment submitted. I was still able to be seen. The staff was completely courteous, even though I was coming last minute, even though it was a MyChart appointment that came through, and made sure that I got all my questions answered. I really appreciate being able to be seen. and not turned away like some places would have done.
