Wellstar has always been great to me and my family. The thing I like the most about going in for a visit is they actually listen to me they take time with me and make me feel like they actually care about my health.

EVERYONE we came in contact with showed friendliness, and genuine caring, made us feel comfortable, and they all SMILE!! Katherine Nursr Practitioner is awesome!! Our experience with the lab for our bloodwork however was a horrible experience. Wish we could do a survey for the lab at the Acworth Wellstar Health Park.

Both the nurse (I don't recall her name) and Katherine were very professional and great listeners. I had a good experience and will definitely tell others.

I had an appointment. I was caught in traffic and got there 17 minutes late and they wanted to reschedule me they did they rescheduled me for two hours later I understand that she may have other patients they are waiting to see her but whenever I come and even if I am on time in early, I wait over 30 minutes to be seen. I was 17 minutes late and they wanted to reschedule me I think that is so inconsiderate and showing no care for patients.

The wait to get labwork done is incredibly awful. After my appointment yesterday morning, it was showing a 55 minute wait for bloodwork. I could not stay and wait that long. I will be returning sometime this week to get it done.

I really enjoyed Katherine Williams. I think she did a great job. I felt like she really listened to my problem and she was very, I could tell she deeply concerned about what my issues were and she was very, very responsive and helpful and all of my questions that I had, she answered them well and I just really appreciated her because I was very stressed out about my concerns at the time and she did a really good job informing me and kind of diffusing my stress over my concerns. So she did a really great job and I definitely will be seeing her again.
