Because prior to meeting her, I felt like I was in limbo. And when I met her, and it's like she had a whole plan prepared for me. And so when she came towards me and she was speaking to me and asking me some questions and then giving me a lot of health advice, I realized that, I said, this doctor, she knows what she's talking about. And they asked me if I wanted to see someone else because they were trying to get an appointment for me. I said, no, I wanna go back

I have had an issue with the online MyChart appointment setup. The front staff was able to help me to get to a place where I still got my appointment submitted. I was still able to be seen. The staff was completely courteous, even though I was coming last minute, even though it was a MyChart appointment that came through, and made sure that I got all my questions answered. I really appreciate being able to be seen. and not turned away like some places would have done.
