I love the care we receive from Katie Williams! She listens, discusses care options, thinks out of the box, does not rush you along, I could write a novel on the incredible care we get from Katie! She's THE BEST!

The staff was very friendly and inviting. My only issue and concern is the wait time to take my lab. I sat and waited for almost an hour (54minutes).Something needs to be done about that lab At this location.This weight was ridiculous and everyone in there was sad because the weight was so long. It makes the practice in the hospital looks very bad. You pretty much have to schedule a day to go get a physical and cannot go to work because the weight so long in the lab.

Katie and her nurse and her assistant or tech was fantastic. They addressed all my concerns. They even helped me go ahead and do my pap smear, even though I wasn't sure about it, but we went ahead and did that too on top of the physical. So kudos to them. I applaud them. I think they're fantastic. Thanks.
