Everyone was so friend and professional made me feel very welcomed

I am disappointed in this practice. When I call and try to get an appointment, after being up there several times, I cannot get an appointment for several days. There should be somebody there that could take me in on an emergency basis and see me. I don't appreciate the way I was treated by not being put off. I did not get the care I think I need there.

I got a last minute appointment for my second UTI in 6 weeks. Katy was very informative about the problem, and immediately ordered a test. I've received notification via email of the test results, and will probably hear from Katy tomorrow. Great practice - wonderful staff!

I was so impressed with Katherine and her ability to listen so carefully to me and she also remembered some information in my family history and recommended a test that actually she was concerned about and the test actually came back that I needed some specific medicine and I'm grateful that she caught that because of my family history with heart disease.
