It takes entirely too long for this office to: Return messages Process prior authorizations Follow up with info on denied prior authorizations. It has now been 2 months since I've been able to fill my scripts and 8 days since a visit where I was told the info would be sent to insurance the same day. I even drove 45 minutes to visit the office since they weren't responding to requests via email and was told they would process it today. They also said to expect a 3 week turn around time for PA. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous to the health and wellbeing of your patients.

It was probably the most intensive first Doctor/Medical visit I've ever experienced. Katie Miller was AMAZING. So MUCH was covered, calmly and informatively. I also was gifted with getting to meet my new Psychologist, Dr. Anderson. She was off the chart reassuring and warm. I look forward to my future appointments with both. From the moment I entered the facility I noticed things were different. Everything is here in house. I've relocated from Los Angeles to Marietta 4 months ago. The transition has been met with many trying obstacles, especially health insurance. But with this practice, and after my WONDERFUL first visit, I look forward to my journey. A++

I waited over an hour to see this provider. Then she forgot to transmit my RX to CVS. I had to call the on call dr after hours to get my RX approved. Then I had to wait at CVS. A very frustrating experience overall.
