Katherine was incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything so I felt very comfortable. Her assistant, Precious, was great too! Very patient as my BP was not cooperating, and she had to retake several times.

I want to praise the exceptional care and concern demonstrated by this practice's nurse- Precious. She is a remarkably caring and competent nurse. As a new patient to this practice, I felt at ease and validated. Usually I have "white coat" high BP as most nurses rush in, barely interact, then strap on the BP cuff. Not Precious...she connected with me, listened and this really helped me be calm and my BP was much lower than I expected.

The main concern was the "rough" handling of my left arm for blood work. The technician snapped the tourniquet against my arm and 5 days later I still have a bruise.
