Patience the CMA was so kind and had a calming demeanor that I appreciated. I went into my visit feeling stressed and anxious. I left the office that evening feeling fortunate to have a wonderful medical team that really cares about me and my wellbeing.

I've only had great experiences at this health park. ALL the staff and the environment are top notch and fantastic!!!! Getting through on a phone call is EXTREMELY difficult and I had to call 6-7 times and on hold for 30 minutes and 15 minutes the next call, just to make an appointment. I have not been happy about that!!!

I couldn't get on the virtual appointment through my phone and the app. I had to use my daughter's phone. Same exact phone, but I went through the website.

Front desk - should have offered to schedule my next annual physical. I realized after I left that I had not scheduled so called in the next day to schedule. Also, I was charged a $50 co-pay with my new Oscar insurance, but when my husband went for his physical a few days later, he was not charged a co-pay. Doesn't make sense.. I will call billing department. Still waiting for next steps to address knee pain after X-ray came back normal.
