I want to praise the exceptional care and concern demonstrated by this practice's nurse- Precious. She is a remarkably caring and competent nurse. As a new patient to this practice, I felt at ease and validated. Usually I have "white coat" high BP as most nurses rush in, barely interact, then strap on the BP cuff. Not Precious...she connected with me, listened and this really helped me be calm and my BP was much lower than I expected.

I've only had great experiences at this health park. ALL the staff and the environment are top notch and fantastic!!!! Getting through on a phone call is EXTREMELY difficult and I had to call 6-7 times and on hold for 30 minutes and 15 minutes the next call, just to make an appointment. I have not been happy about that!!!
