The front office workers seemed irritated that I paid with a check. Checks are one of your accepted forms of payment and they should be pleasant when presented with a check. The first interaction can cloud your whole visit so, they need to be pleasant. I was there because I'm sick. I don't need a negative reaction to my form of payment.

When I checked in for my 9am appt my provider was listed as being on time I waited about half an hour until I approached the front desk and then they told me that Katherine was running an hour behind. I overheard that it was an issue with the rooms and the organization of the patients not that the doctors were necessarily running behind. My time is valuable. I would've appreciated a call letting me know not to arrive until 10. I could've rearranged my workday. Again, I am very happy with the care I received. I just think the wait time was excessive.
