front office is really great and I really enjoyed the nursing staff. I think the doctor could have been a little bit more compassionate about certain situations and maybe a little less of a condescending tone when talking about patient care.

The provider and the technician/nurse, Ms. Morales and Ava, were both great and very professional. As someone who works in a hospital, I felt comfortable and safe for the entire visit. Even the kind secretary at the front deserves praise.

I had a high BP reading and I told the NP that I had a stressful morning and I don't like needles which is why my BP was that high. She proceeded to instruct me to lower my sodium intake (I know my sodium intake is already on the lower end). I don't think she was very helpful or listened to my reasoning as to why my BP was higher than usual

My experience at the clinic was very nice, actually. I had no idea about it except until the morning before I went. So I do wish it was more advertised to students. And, yeah, just more advertised to students. But other than that, I love how accessible it is. I love the people who are running it. And I love the practices. It was very welcoming and very easy to access. And I had a good experience. Thank you.
