I made an appt online. Once checked in said it would be 49 min. No explanation of why. We actually waited for 2 hours. No one offered explanation at any point or apologized for wait. Dr spent maybe 5 min and only looked at one issue. Had to remind her to check rest of symptoms. This led to realizing child had further issues that needed additional meds. Was dissatisfied with service at this location.

Dr. Booker is one of the best doctors Iv ever seen. I have seen her twice at the urgent care and both times she went above and beyond expectations! She really cares about the patients she sees. I went in to see her because of a migraine and she ran every test needed to make sure it was just a migraine and even made me a appointment with my PCP before I left so that he would adjust my B/P medication. She truly is one of the few doctors left that go above and beyond!!!

Once in my room, I waited at least 30 minutes to be seen and when I was, the Doctors goal was to convince me to not get my X-Ray at Wellstar. She left the room laughing and telling the nurses how she talked me out of it and they should thank her. Unprofessional and rude behavior

This visit was not a good idea . With insurance coverage I was still charged $300 plus. I already had some medication from previous situation to get better. Nothing else was done to make this high payment charges.. Not to mention they left me in the office waiting until it's their time to go home. No proscription or anything else if I get sick again
