The entire process was incredibly efficient and was probably the best urgent care experience I've had. All of the staff I interacted with were professional and personable and took care to answer my question and discuss my concerns. Dr. Booker had wonderful beside manner and put me at ease, gave me the education I needed about my condition, and delivered fantastic care. I will absolutely recommend this practice and Dr. Booker to friends and family. Thank you!

This was my first time being treated by Dr. Booker. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the condition and treatment in detail. Her approach was very warm and friendly.

There were a couple things that were good and bad about my experience. Something good was the fact in general that you guys were open late. Something bad was that I waited for like literally like an hour and a half to be seen. Something good was that the doctor was very like helpful and enthusiastic. Something bad was that there were like used tissues all over the waiting room floor and the front desk people were obviously like just sitting there, just sitting there and sitting there and never like walked through to like clean them up.

I needed an x-ray and then CT scan at this facility. Even though these were just down the hall, I had to make a telephone call to each of these departments and pay additional deductible to complete my treatment. I had a 1:40 appointment and wasn't asked to come to an exam room until 2:01. Then I was there until 4:30 walking back and forth to the imaging areas. Very inefficient and frustrating.

Okay, so the facility, first of all, the people were great, the medical care was great, y'all did exactly what needed to be done. My only issue was it was an hour and a half wait to get seen. And that wasn't reflected when I looked on the, on the, like the sign up online wait times thing. Yeah don't get me wrong, when I left it said, it's 45 minute wait. But when I got there, it doubled to an hour and a half. And I might have gone to one of y'all's other urgent cares if I had realized it was going to be an hour and a half. But like I said, once y'all got me back, it went great. So, thank you.
