Yeah, I just want to say that I find Karen is phenomenal. She's attentive. She listens to my issues and concerns. I'm a fairly new patient there and it's a complete huge difference from my last provider, so I'm very happy. Thank you.

I was there for my appt at 7:45 and was called back immediately to my exam room. The doctor did not come in to my room until 8:25. Very disappointed in that. Her reason was that the computers were down. They were not down when I checked in. I also was given a new policy on missed appointments. I think that if Wellstar has a new policy on missed appointments, to make their visits better for their patients, they should see their patients on time. 25 minutes to wait to be seen is unacceptable to me when your policy states that 15 minutes late could be a cause to be dismissed as a patient of the practice. I would not even mention this but my being seen late by your doctors at this clinic is more the norm than not. If your doctors are not going to be there to see patients at 8:00 am then don't schedule patients at 8:00. I have been a patient here for more than 30 years. I just felt the need to pass this info along.

Was a bit disappointed. My appointment was for 8:45. I didn't see the NP till about 9:30. I was surprised they would be so far behind so early in the morning.

Very nice, effective, and patient. Next up, Nurse Practitioner Karen Fuller, she was very pleasant. She was calming and easy to talk too. She was a great listener with great bedside manner. She did the exam well. She went over everything effectively. I felt she could be trusted to take great care of me today and the future. Great vibes! Next up, the lady that drew my blood. Very pleasant and efficient. One stick and done! I left there today feeling great about the great customer care. Looking forward to my next visit.

1. was seen 45 minutes after appt time. 2. was not advised this appt needed fasting labs 3. appt time was 1:30pm, if I had been fasting, labs would have been drawn after not eating all day.... unreasonable 4. Lab was closed !!!!!!!, so IF I had been fasting, it would have been for naught. 5. In the urine sample bathroom, on the toilet paper dispenser, one side was empty, the other had less that 1/16 inch of paper 6.Basically an UNSAT experience, but that is nothing new at this facility.
