I came in for a bug bite that had been bothering me for about a week, hoping for clarity and guidance. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit dismissed and uncertain about the assessment. The provider seemed hesitant and not fully confident in addressing my concerns, and the explanation given didn't help me understand what was happening. I was prescribed antibiotics and a pain reliever, but I didn't feel that the underlying issue was thoroughly evaluated. While I appreciate the time spent, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not personally recommend this provider based on this visit.

My doctor experience was extremely nice. She's extremely empathetic. In the beginning of the survey, I think I pressed two. I was actually trying to press four. I have no complaints with my experience there. I actually genuinely love going to this doctor's office. They make me feel extremely safe there, well cared for. So it's a 10 out of 10 for me.

The Doctor not my primary dr was very robotic. like she was reading from a script. She did her best to scare me vs making me feel comfortable. She didn't provide options to care just what was told to her. She didn't give me any choices , do what I say!.. What she was saying did not make sense, when she found out I was paying out of pocket her whole attitude changed.
