I have to admit that all of my experiences with Wellstar have been very good, however this visit was fantastic. These folks really do make you feel like family. From the minute I walked through the door it was a great experience. I'm old and the ladies at the front desk helped me with the paperwork and working with my phone to retrieve the necessary information. The first lady (nurse) was so kind, helpful and thorough. I was so surprised. Then the doctor came in. She is incredible. Sweet, kind, patient and caring. She is so smart. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed at all. I can't believe that I actually enjoyed going to the doctor. I'm sorry I can't help you improve the experience unless yall start serving lunch. A great experience overall. I am actually looking forward to going back in a month.

Frustrating that the doctor prescribes medicine and my insurance doesn't cover or more information is required and the doctor doesn't coordinate with them to get it covered. Super frustrating

I absolutely love Dr. Rodriques. She is professional, genuine, and truly cares about me as a patient. I like that she doesn't sugar coat anything, she is to the point and even if I don't like to hear all her advice, she's 100% correct and it's what I need to hear.

I have found out that Dr. Rodriques, she was the most nice, caring, kind doctor I ever see and I recommend her highly. And I think I'm going to move my husband to that facility. It's close to our house and doctors pay attention to what we need. That's all I have to say. The staff is really nice. They listen to us. They care about us. Dr. Kadisha R Rodriques was excellent, everything I hope for in a doctor. Very small but annoying, I called about scheduling an x-ray and was told x-rays are walk-in. I asked about hours and was told the Towne Park facility was open until 4pm. I got there only to find out the facility was getting the x-ray equipment replaced. They hadn't done x-rays for weeks and wouldn't be doing them until May. So why give me info to go to Towne Lake?

I was told by the doctors at your hospital that I would need to find a pcp to get the newly prescribed hypertension and digestive medicine refilled. I took the first available appointment with a pcp near me in your system. The provider was nice and seemed attentive, but there was little to no follow thru. The purpose of my visit was to get refills for my current hypertension medicine. We agreed that I would continue the current medicine and add a new one. After the provider left, the nurse brought the discharge papers which did not include a refill order for my current hypertension medicine. I told the nurse and she stated she would send an urgent message to the provider and get the prescription in. I left and finished reading the discharge papers in my car and noticed the digestive meds I was on and we agreed would continue was not on the pharmacy order either. I returned to the office and the desk person agreed to get a notice to the provider. That prescription showed up at the pharmacy later. The hypertension medication still has not got to the pharmacy. That evening I sent the provider a message on My Chart and have not received a response. It is now the weekend and I am out of hypertension medication. I tried calling the office again today and the recording says that you should not leave multiple messages because it will not help, it also says to ask for refills on My Chart but the provider has removed the medication from my current medication list so I can't request a refill online. There is no one to talk to. The provider ordered more lab work and a 4 week follow-up appointment but I went there for refills of an important medication and I did receive it.

I have found out that Dr. Rodriques, she was the most nice, caring, kind doctor I ever see and I recommend her highly. And I think I'm going to move my husband to that facility. It's close to our house and doctors pay attention to what we need. That's all I have to say. The staff is really nice. They listen to us. They care about us. Dr. Kadisha R Rodriques was excellent, everything I hope for in a doctor. Very small but annoying, I called about scheduling an x-ray and was told x-rays are walk-in. I asked about hours and was told the Towne Park facility was open until 4pm. I got there only to find out the facility was getting the x-ray equipment replaced. They hadn't done x-rays for weeks and wouldn't be doing them until May. So why give me info to go to Towne Lake?

I was told by the doctors at your hospital that I would need to find a pcp to get the newly prescribed hypertension and digestive medicine refilled. I took the first available appointment with a pcp near me in your system. The provider was nice and seemed attentive, but there was little to no follow thru. The purpose of my visit was to get refills for my current hypertension medicine. We agreed that I would continue the current medicine and add a new one. After the provider left, the nurse brought the discharge papers which did not include a refill order for my current hypertension medicine. I told the nurse and she stated she would send an urgent message to the provider and get the prescription in. I left and finished reading the discharge papers in my car and noticed the digestive meds I was on and we agreed would continue was not on the pharmacy order either. I returned to the office and the desk person agreed to get a notice to the provider. That prescription showed up at the pharmacy later. The hypertension medication still has not got to the pharmacy. That evening I sent the provider a message on My Chart and have not received a response. It is now the weekend and I am out of hypertension medication. I tried calling the office again today and the recording says that you should not leave multiple messages because it will not help, it also says to ask for refills on My Chart but the provider has removed the medication from my current medication list so I can't request a refill online. There is no one to talk to. The provider ordered more lab work and a 4 week follow-up appointment but I went there for refills of an important medication and I did receive it.

I have to admit that all of my experiences with Wellstar have been very good, however this visit was fantastic. These folks really do make you feel like family. From the minute I walked through the door it was a great experience. I'm old and the ladies at the front desk helped me with the paperwork and working with my phone to retrieve the necessary information. The first lady (nurse) was so kind, helpful and thorough. I was so surprised. Then the doctor came in. She is incredible. Sweet, kind, patient and caring. She is so smart. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed at all. I can't believe that I actually enjoyed going to the doctor. I'm sorry I can't help you improve the experience unless yall start serving lunch. A great experience overall. I am actually looking forward to going back in a month.
