There was only one doctor and one male nurse available and so we were there for over two hours. There was extended, waiting time in between each part of the procedure. People that arrived after us were leaving before us. It was frustrating. No one updated my wife who was in the waiting area all that time. At 9:50 PM, my wife asked the nurse who happened to step outside to the desk about me and she was told they were starting to do the sutures.

To many extra charges. I didn't get the full trays to actually what would have told them what was really was going b g on was 750 $ couldn't afford co pay just payed one when walked in door. Hope I make it my lungs still hurt and I can't breathe. Please someone help people who have and pay good money for insurance. Then u rip us off.

If I need to go to an Urgent Care facility and I'm not out of town this is the only place I would go to get care. The staff is always very caring and concerned about me or my husband. We never wait a long time and it's always spotless. Dr Yoon was so professional but very caring and concerned about me. This location always calls in a day or two to see how I am doing. They are great!

Regarding the cleansing of hands, I honestly prefer the staff wash with soap and warm water instead of sanitizer. We all seem to do a better job with that method.
