The time of waiting to be seen was minimal! Staff was very kind and professional. Always the best care from this Dr. Yoon. Saw him before at this facility and he is consistent with excellent care.

I took my son around the time they were gonna close at 10pm. He had abdominal pain and gave him tynelol and told me to take to the ER. They didn't even test him for anything and he had a strep throat, so they sent me to the ER to get a strep throat diagnosis. I feel like they just rush me out and sent me to the ER to get me out of there.

I actually just wanted to say thank you to all of the care providers that we encountered. My son had seen the pediatrician earlier in the morning and then had a blood draw. And as we were walking out to go to the car, he started to feel dizzy. I had him sit down in the chair over by the stone wall nearest the lab check-in area. Sorry, not the lab, the imaging check-in area. And within just a few moments, he had passed out and then he started having some seizure-like activity. And once that had calmed down, and I saw that he was outside of that very emergent window, I looked over to the woman who was sitting at the desk. She hadn't noticed what was going on because she was, I think, dealing with another patient. But I asked her to please call for some help. And within just mere moments, we had a ?

The receptionists were very rude and totally unconcerned. They seemed thrilled to inform me that I would be placed BEHIND other patients who came in after me because I didn't complete the CHECK-IN with them. But they never told me to do this until after I went outside to place a call. I thought the kiosk check-in was all that was required, and they did not inform me otherwise until it was too late. The manager, on the other hand, was extremely responsive and handled the situation professionally.

I came in because I was next door getting a scan by my doctor at Emory at American Health Imaging, I believe it is. Anyway, because I'd fallen and fell on my wrist. It was really bothering me. And I had said, well, are y'all open this weekend? And she said, well, actually we are, but if you want to see someone next, we have a doctor. and you'd be the next in line. So I snatched that up. So thank her. I would like to thank the lady at the desk for telling me that because I'm glad I found out sooner than later. So thank you to WellSTAR. I also have two doctors now with WellSTAR. So thank you. Bye.

They did a great job at the WellStar Place. I'm still a little sick, but they tell me what to do, and I feel great, and I will recommend it to anybody. And it's one of my favorite places to go when I'm sick or not sick. Thank you.

Dr Yoon was very personable, & extremely fast to assess I had developed a 'stye' on my right eye. He prescribed an ointment to open a tear duct which had become clogged. His staff was very congenial as well.

This is our favorite urgent care in our area, the staff are always incredible here. This visit was exceptionally great. One of the nurses called me prior to our appointment time and mentioned that we may want to push our time back another hour to wait for a more pediatric focused doctor- which I greatly appreciated. The doc we saw (Dr Yoon) was so kind and thorough with our daughter. When we left she said "mom I like boy doctors the best now". Thank you for caring about patient experience.

We got roomed almost immediately but then sat in the exam room for over 45 minutes without any update from anyone. Dr Yoon was amazing after he arrived but it would have been nice to been checked on by a nurse to update us. My child had a fever for 103 and was not given Tylenol while we waited.

It was almost 10pm when I arrived . They could not run tests because the techs go home around 5pm. They did not provide me with the stitches I needed. They referred me to a hospital so I left with an open wound. The exam room was not clean. There was blood splatter on the wall.

It was very busy and I came in for knee pain. It wasn't an immediate issue so they took care of those first. I waited 45 minutes for the doctor. It's okay but no one checked on me while I was in there. I came out of my room and asked how much longer it would be.

Made an appointment online, which was an hour out. When checking in at kiosk onsite, I was informed of the 1.5 hour delay. It would've been better to take those slots down. I also would've like to know that I could've waited in my car. I got a text saying I would be called back shortly, which was great! But I would've loved to wait in my car rather than along with all the other sick patients, risking additional exposure/sickness. Everything else was great!

Dr Yoon and all staff were excellent. Love this health park when I need them! The phone scheduling my x-ray was very cumbersome. I had just reviewed my personal information and she required to do it all again. Unnecessary. I did not like that aspect which is new since my last visit.

The receptionists were very rude and totally unconcerned. They seemed thrilled to inform me that I would be placed BEHIND other patients who came in after me because I didn't complete the CHECK-IN with them. But they never told me to do this until after I went outside to place a call. I thought the kiosk check-in was all that was required, and they did not inform me otherwise until it was too late. The manager, on the other hand, was extremely responsive and handled the situation professionally.

I came in because I was next door getting a scan by my doctor at Emory at American Health Imaging, I believe it is. Anyway, because I'd fallen and fell on my wrist. It was really bothering me. And I had said, well, are y'all open this weekend? And she said, well, actually we are, but if you want to see someone next, we have a doctor. and you'd be the next in line. So I snatched that up. So thank her. I would like to thank the lady at the desk for telling me that because I'm glad I found out sooner than later. So thank you to WellSTAR. I also have two doctors now with WellSTAR. This is our favorite urgent care in our area, the staff are always incredible here. This visit was exceptionally great. One of the nurses called me prior to our appointment time and mentioned that we may want to push our time back another hour to wait for a more pediatric focused doctor- which I greatly appreciated. The doc we saw (Dr Yoon) was so kind and thorough with our daughter. When we left she said "mom I like boy doctors the best now". Thank you for caring about patient experience.

We got roomed almost immediately but then sat in the exam room for over 45 minutes without any update from anyone. Dr Yoon was amazing after he arrived but it would have been nice to been checked on by a nurse to update us. My child had a fever for 103 and was not given Tylenol while we waited.

It was almost 10pm when I arrived . They could not run tests because the techs go home around 5pm. They did not provide me with the stitches I needed. They referred me to a hospital so I left with an open wound. The exam room was not clean. There was blood splatter on the wall.

Dr Yoon and all staff were excellent. Love this health park when I need them! The phone scheduling my x-ray was very cumbersome. I had just reviewed my personal information and she required to do it all again. Unnecessary. I did not like that aspect which is new since my last visit.

I actually just wanted to say thank you to all of the care providers that we encountered. My son had seen the pediatrician earlier in the morning and then had a blood draw. I took my son around the time they were gonna close at 10pm. He had abdominal pain and gave him tynelol and told me to take to the ER. They didn't even test him for anything and he had a strep throat, so they sent me to the ER to get a strep throat diagnosis. I feel like they just rush me out and sent me to the ER to get me out of there.
