Doctor show no interest and it was very disappointing after waiting one hour and thirty minutes to be seen. I will not be returning to your facility after this experience.

Dr. Yoon was very patient and attentive to our child. He did not rush us and we enjoyed him as our child's Dr. The medical assistant that evening was also amazing , I wish I had gotten her name. She was very empathetic towards our injured child and went above and beyond by offering a snack and toy for our child who was getting stitches . We left very impresssed and lucky to have had an awesome experience despite the cause of going to urgent care.

I was very disappointed with the fact that I told the front office staff why we were here , they said the doctor could help , and then asked for 224.00. As soon as doctor came in - he didn't even stay 3 minutes and said I can't do anything go to CHOA. So as an educator on limited funds to pay 224.00 to be told to go somewhere else is ridiculous. So disappointed .

Good afternoon. I was quite disturbed when the doctor informed me that the tests that they could do at that facility were inaccurate. I've been to the facility before. I've had x-rays done. I've had a lot of test results for my family done. But this particular visit, he said that the tests were not accurate. He recommended that we see emergency care at Children's Health Care of Atlanta. And so I was somewhat disappointed with that information. I don't understand why you could have tests and then the provider says that they were inaccurate. They weren't even offered for us to have testing there. They said that ?

I would say that my experience was not that great! Never was I offered x-rays or any other alternative to seeing what my back pain was about! It came off as if he thought I was there to get muscle relaxers! I had advised him on previous occasions that I did not want Physical Therapy but yet when I got home, I got a phone call about Physical Therapy! Which means to me he was not listening when I was telling him that I did not want to do physical therapy because that is something that I could do at home! There seem to be no concern about why I had back pain, but all he kept in writing was what makes it worse is sitting for long periods of time or laying down! Not once did he try to do x-rays or order an MRI to see why my back was hurting and in the end, the final option was for him to give me a steroid shot! I was confused as to why that seemed to be hard for him to offer. If that was something that was gonna help from the Beginning.

Getting to the doctor seemed like a long wait, but the care I received from the doctor and the imaging staff were excellent. The imaging result came back to the doctor almost immediately (very impressive). The doctor's diagnosis, resulting prescriptions and instructions were pretty clear, but what ever he did tell me were printed out on the summary I received upon leaving. Great experience overall.

It was really expensive. My co-pay was expensive. I have insurance, I have a job, I make good money, but it was still expensive for me, so I can only imagine how expensive this would be for someone in a less fortunate position than me. That's it. Care should not be this expensive.

It would help if you guys had in the system what pharmacies except which insurance because that would have saved me hours of running around to three to three pharmacies trying to fill a prescription in the evening and then I had to come back up to the facility to get the prescriptions on the paper prescriptions and I was given paper prescriptions for one of the prescriptions which was the eardrops and then not the paper prescription for the amoxicillin.

Hello, the doctor that my daughter saw while at WellSTAR was very nice, very friendly, very explanatory, and very patient with my daughter and myself and answered our questions very thoroughly and was also helpful with considering preventative measures and ensuring that, you know, trying to help us ensure that she was not get any sicker or any more ill. So he had some good recommendations. So we even received a call from another specialist that he recommended to see if they, excuse me, if we needed to make another appointment with the specialist. So I thought that that was very nice and showed that they moved forward our action.

This is not my first time coming for care but I have to say the wait was ridiculously long. I made an appointment for noon. I checked in on time but was not called back till 12:50 and waited till 1:40 before I opened the exam door and asked how much longer would it be. No one came in to tell me why the long wait. Was not happy about the very long wait. I know there are a lot of sick people but you need to let the patients know what's going on. Thank you.

I had a great experience with at the office. I was seen within everything was finished and seen by a doctor within less than an hour, so that was amazing. The only challenge came in was filling the prescription. It would help if you guys had in the system what pharmacies except which insurance because that would have saved me hours of running around to three to three pharmacies trying to fill a prescription in the evening and then I had to come back up to the facility to get the prescriptions on the paper prescriptions and I was given paper prescriptions for one of the prescriptions which was the eardrops and then not the paper prescription for the amoxicillin.

It was really expensive. My co-pay was expensive. I have insurance, I have a job, I make good money, but it was still expensive for me, so I can only imagine how expensive this would be for someone in a less fortunate position than me. That's it. Care should not be this expensive.

This was the most pleasant experience! I felt heard and like the staff really cared about my health! Everyone was so prompt and efficient and I left out feeling good about the experience!

I would say that my experience was not that great! Never was I offered x-rays or any other alternative to seeing what my back pain was about! It came off as if he thought I was there to get muscle relaxers! I had advised him on previous occasions that I did not want Physical Therapy but yet when I got home, I got a phone call about Physical Therapy! Which means to me he was not listening when I was telling him that I did not want to do physical therapy because that is something that I could do at home! There seem to be no concern about why I had back pain, but all he kept in writing was what makes it worse is sitting for long periods of time or laying down! Not once did he try to do x-rays or order an MRI to see why my back was hurting and in the end, the final option was for him to give me a steroid shot! I was confused as to why that seemed to be hard for him to offer. If that was something that was gonna help from the Beginning.

Getting to the doctor seemed like a long wait, but the care I received from the doctor and the imaging staff were excellent. The imaging result came back to the doctor almost immediately (very impressive). The doctor's diagnosis, resulting prescriptions and instructions were pretty clear, but what ever he did tell me were printed out on the summary I received upon leaving. Great experience overall.

Good afternoon. I was quite disturbed when the doctor informed me that the tests that they could do at that facility were inaccurate. I've been to the facility before. I've had x-rays done. I've had a lot of test results for my family done. But this particular visit, he said that the tests were not accurate. He recommended that we see emergency care at Children's Health Care of Atlanta. And so I was somewhat disappointed with that information. I don't understand why you could have tests and then the provider says that they were inaccurate. They weren't even offered for us to have testing there. They said that ?

I was very disappointed with the fact that I told the front office staff why we were here , they said the doctor could help , and then asked for 224.00. As soon as doctor came in - he didn't even stay 3 minutes and said I can't do anything go to CHOA. So as an educator on limited funds to pay 224.00 to be told to go somewhere else is ridiculous. So disappointed .

Dr. Yoon was very patient and attentive to our child. He did not rush us and we enjoyed him as our child's Dr. The medical assistant that evening was also amazing , I wish I had gotten her name. She was very empathetic towards our injured child and went above and beyond by offering a snack and toy for our child who was getting stitches . We left very impresssed and lucky to have had an awesome experience despite the cause of going to urgent care.
