There should be estimates on wait time not just to go back but to be seen by the doctor. Also NPs should be able to do simple tasks to quickly move through well patients.

If this is urgent care, why not be able to at least do X-ray. Don't the suture lacerations? I wasted time going to urgent care instead of ER. Staff friendly and have basic care but I think urgent care should be more than a wasted trip to see a dr. Aren't they qualified to do X-rays , lab tests and suture wounds. If not it is not an urgent care.

Dr. Yoon is absolutely the greatest. He's the best urgent care doctor I've run into thus far. I appreciated his quote-unquote bedside manner. He was matter of fact, yet caring. He was very informational, answered all my questions, and even called me back when I left a message for him to call me two days later. I appreciate his work.

Everyone was very helpful. Not only were they kind to me, they took care of my husband as well. I received a call from the medical staff to ask if I understood the messages on Mychart. Your staff gave me several referrals. The physical therapy office called me before I got home. However, they should give me the opportunity to reach out, if the service is needed.

I was told I have a bladder infection . Feels like I have one for sure along with fever . The culture came back and doctor wrote : " Your recent urine culture sample did not grow any infectious bacteria at this time. Please follow up with your Primary Care Physician. " So do I or not have a bladder infection or not . Or is this just part of the test . I know for a fact I have a bladder infection . It's slowly getting better . When I was being seen . They didn't know it . But I'm so dehydrated is why I couldn't give them a sample . My electrolytes have been low for quiet some time also . I drink water and even use salt , but it won't correct .
