The entire Team was friendly and professional from the beginning to end of my visit. The reception desk asked if I would like an Advocate/Chaperone to go back with me. I have never been offered this service anywhere else and was extremely grateful that the center is proactive about patients' comfort level or ability to self advocate. This service alone represents the top tier service I experienced during my visit. The Nurse and Doctor listened, asked questions and thoroughly explained next steps to me. The Doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and did not rush through his assessment or recommendations. And someone followed up with me just to check on my recovery. I don't want to be ill again, but if I do, I know exactly where I am going for non/emergency care. Thank you Wellstar Urgent Care!

Every time I've had to visit this Urgent Care they have always been very courteous. Very prompt at getting me back to an exam room. All the nurses and Doctors are very sympathetic and efficient. All the staff up front in reception are kind, and work quickly to get you checked in, extremely proficient.

Today I received the results of my test through MyChart. However, the notes were not very clear. It just basically said what I already knew from the diagnosis from when I was there the other day. The doctor should be a little bit more clear in the future. Thank you.

I wish Cherokee Health Park had a pharmacy. I had to wait until next day to get my medication. The staff gave me alternative solutions which I appreciate. I just find it odd that the other locations have one and not Cherokee.

Doctor came quickly and go right to it and got me sent out to pick up my medicine. I was there less than an hour. Thank you guys for helping me with my asthma attack. Forever grateful l.

They could've been really frustrated that I walked in so late. My entire experience from check in to check out was excellent.
