During sedation, after my procedure, I was on and off awake and can hear comments that weren't very nice. One was, the nurse said I won't know if my bracelet will be missing b/c I'm asleep. Two ladies were talking about how pretty it was. I just feel that all doctors and nurses should speak very professional and respect the body while it is under sedation. They need to treat the patients as if it was their family member. I happen to be very sensitive and aware during sedation and can hear comments sometimes.

This was my first time using the Cherokee Health Park Urgent Care and it's wonderful! The front office staff was cheerful & got me checked in right away. I only waited about five minutes for the nurse to call me back and she was very kind and professional. My biggest rave is about Dr. Joon. He was spectacular, explaining all the options regarding my smashed thumbnail. I choose having the nail drilled to relieve blood &!m pressure although it had been over 22 hours. He numbed my thumb ( hardly felt it) & he ordered an x-ray to make sure nothing was broken; that was fine. I read my magazine while he completed the little hole. Lots of blood came out! Went home with a script for antibiotics & will DEFINITELY use the location again, primarily because of Dr. Joon. He's an amazing physician!!!

I went in for food poisoning & wanted an IV so I wouldn't be dehydrated. I was treated by an Arrogant, Rude, Disrespectfu, Condescending, Dr. Yoon. He basically treated me like I was a drug addict because my Primary doctor is working on getting me a medical Marijuana card due to several on going G. I. Issues & is used for nausea. He was more concerned about painting me as a drug addict than treating for my food poisoning. And just so everyone knows, I Do NOT use drugs & I certainly didn't appreciate his insinuating otherwise! Bad mannered doctor who told me to go to ER for Gall stones Misdiagnosed! FOOD poisoning is what I had! My husband wasn't to happy with him either so we will NOT use this Facility again ? ?

Friendly caring staff. No longer waits, staff keeps you updated. If you issue needs xrays or possible MRI or other processes most times they can be done then, not referred out for days or weeks later. Of course it depends on the time you come to the facilities
