The nurse deserved the Daisy Award because she was chipper even as I was the last patient of the night and she cared about each and everything I had to say and took notes on everything. And I really appreciated her care and she was very, very good at her job. The doctor was amazing and his knowledge on both the holistic side and the pharmaceutical side was great. And I really appreciated him also taking the time to go over everything I had already done and what we were prescribing so that we could get to an end goal of being healed. The front desk representative, I believe her name was Anna. She was very helpful and attentive to my needs and ushered me in very quickly, got me squared away. Also, the attending MD was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Dr. Yoon. I could be incorrect, but he was attentive to my symptoms, advised me what I should do in the future, prescribed the necessary treatment to assist me in overcoming my issue, and advised that he was in the next day should I have any complications or any additional questions. This was the exact care that I sought and actually helped me in my future decisions to go to urgent care. One of the things I hate about urgent care is the waiting, but they were able to get me in and out within about 30 to 35 minutes.

She was very empathetic towards our injured child and went above and beyond by offering a snack and toy for our child who was getting stitches . As soon as doctor came in - he didn't even stay 3 minutes and said I can't do anything go to CHOA. So as an educator on limited funds to pay 224.00 to be told to go somewhere else is ridiculous. Good afternoon. I was quite disturbed when the doctor informed me that the tests that they could do at that facility were inaccurate. I've been to the facility before. I've had x-rays done. I've had a lot of test results for my family done. But this particular visit, he said that the tests were not accurate. He recommended that we see emergency care at Children's Health Care of Atlanta. And so I was somewhat disappointed with that information. I don't understand why you could have tests and then the provider says that they were inaccurate. They weren't even offered for us to have testing there. They said that ?

It came off as if he thought I was there to get muscle relaxers! Which means to me he was not listening when I was telling him that I did not want to do physical therapy because that is something that I could do at home! The nurse deserved the Daisy Award because she was chipper even as I was the last patient of the night and she cared about each and everything I had to say and took notes on everything. And I really appreciated her care and she was very, very good at her job. The doctor was amazing and his knowledge on both the holistic side and the pharmaceutical side was great. And I really appreciated him also taking the time to go over everything I had already done and what we were prescribing so that we could get to an end goal of being healed. I really appreciate this facility and the people.

Dr. Yoon was very uncaring, very inconsiderate towards my bowel issues. He told me he was not a gastroenterologist and that is who I needed to see. I felt very bad when I left that urgent care. He was very unprofessional.
