This is not my first time coming for care but I have to say the wait was ridiculously long. I made an appointment for noon. I checked in on time but was not called back till 12:50 and waited till 1:40 before I opened the exam door and asked how much longer would it be. No one came in to tell me why the long wait. Was not happy about the very long wait. I know there are a lot of sick people but you need to let the patients know what's going on. Thank you.

I received outstanding and professional care from the nurse and Dr. Yoon. Dr. Yoon listened carefully, examined me for the issues I spoke about, and diagnosed the exacerbated effect of the virus I had contracted on my intermittent asthma. The staff and Dr. Yoon were very efficient and helpful throughout my visit. Thank you!

Well appointment scheduled at 9:30, there was 4 people ahead of us, but the person at desk said we need to sign in at the kiosk, made no effort to get us or any of the other guests checked ln through them, ( which made us check in about 5 minutes later than the appointment and we waited about an hour before we got seen) which we personally think is BS and very, very, poor customer concern/service. Lady at desk, She just sat there doing nothing, but did have plenty of time to talk to another nurse instead of worrying about us getting checked in.
