In my opinion, the front desk was extremely professional and very nice, answered all of my questions. The nurse, she was extremely nice, answered all of my questions. Justin was the provider, extraordinary, very nice, seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, very personable, relatable. I enjoyed the visit and the entire staff was actually really good.

I was very disappointed with the follow-up, I received 2 calls from two separate individuals about the same thing that had not communicated with one another and during the phone call I realized the receptionist's did not update my child's address to reflect mine. I also feel like everytime I see Justin he sends me to the ER nothing is done at the urgent care.

Staff members were very nice and thorough. Justin was particularly mindful and a great patient listener. He has a great attitude of wanting to help. He also called to follow-up given there was some confusion regarding test results. Given my past UTI experiences, we were in agreement with how to move forward. His concern and kindness is much appreciated.

I have been using urgent care facility's for past 12 yrs and they are generally very good experiences . This Wellstar facility will stand out as the best I've ever been to . From the lovely receptionist ,to the nurse and then Justin !!! He went above and beyond to be helpful and explain what was most likely going on with me . This will be my go to in the future !!

All the staff was kind, helpful and courteous to my illness. I live a few miles away and needed care quickly. Thank you for a positive visit.

I chose this facility because it opens earlier than most urgent care centers. I was the second person in after they unlocked the doors at 8am. There were a few people that came in after me, possibly one that had scheduled ahead of time. It took 30 minutes for me to even be called back to the triage space! When I was getting checked in I was asked to electronically sign consents and forms but I was never provided what I was signing for. That's unusual and risky. Nurse and PA were great. No complaints about the care. I requested a school excuse for my child. It wasn't included in the discharge paperwork. I called to see if they could email to me since I had not set up my chart. Nope. Had to come pick it up in person. That's irritating since I requested in the first place. I feel like some of the operations of this place need to be tightened up
