In my opinion, the front desk was extremely professional and very nice, answered all of my questions. The nurse, she was extremely nice, answered all of my questions. Justin was the provider, extraordinary, very nice, seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, very personable, relatable. I enjoyed the visit and the entire staff was actually really good.

I was very disappointed with the follow-up, I received 2 calls from two separate individuals about the same thing that had not communicated with one another and during the phone call I realized the receptionist's did not update my child's address to reflect mine. I also feel like everytime I see Justin he sends me to the ER nothing is done at the urgent care.
