I drove over an hour to make my appointment. I waited almost an hour past my appointment time, and the doctor did not have all of my labs/scans from my primary care doctor. When giving a potential cancer diagnosis and scheduling a surgery, I would have assumed that a doctors office would ensure they had all of the necessary files on hand. Not very confident in the organization of the practice or facilitation of my care.

As soon as I walked in everyone was very welcoming. The nursed that walked me back was very knowledgeable and took her time asking and going over questions with me. Then Dr Fincher was fantastic with his understanding of the type of trauma I experienced in my wreck and had great recommendations to try first. The visit was great and they made me feel comfortable talking about my problems. Everyone I came in contact with spoke and was very polite.
