From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable, like I had been a patient there my entire life. The medical assistant and the doctor were awesome today! My only concern is the scheduling process for this office. My reminders asked me to be there at 7:45 when the office doesn't open until 8:00. Also the scheduling process is concerning since the scheduling is completed off site.... I was told that the office does not control the reminders. Perhaps the first appointment should be at 8:15 a.m. thank you!
