It was great and they treating me nice and they was very friendly and everyone was smiling the atmosphere just felt great and yes I would recommend others to go there because they will greet you with a smile on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 10

My only issue with the service was no one verified that the record they had was me. And the automated system never called me for an appointment. I got a letter for the appointment, and then it canceled me without talking to me either. That was very disappointing. That was my only complaint.

The front office staff went out of their way to assist me in getting my VA benefits handled. I was truly pleased with their service. Dr Fincher was also an extremely friendly and knowledgeable doctor. I can't say enough nice things about the staff here.

Dr Fincher really listens AND hears what I have to say about my kidneys. He is up front and does not sugar coat things which is very admirable. He definitely cares about the financial stability of me as a PT as well. That is top of the line health care.
