The medical assistant and the doctor were awesome today! My only concern is the scheduling process for this office. My reminders asked me to be there at 7:45 when the office doesn't open until 8:00. Also the scheduling process is concerning since the scheduling is completed off site.... I was told that the office does not control the reminders. Perhaps the first appointment should be at 8:15 a.m. thank you!

I thought the visit went very well overall. Talking with the doctor, he seemed attentive and professional and gave me answers to my questions. And the nurse, she was very friendly and thorough and seemed to be very knowledgeable herself. And so overall, I thought it was a very worthwhile experience. And so the office staff called and got my C can set up the appointment for that. And anyway, she got it printed out for me. She was very helpful about that. So who could ask for more? I thought it was over really A plus.

I thought Dr. Fincher was outstanding. He was very concerned about my situation, but at the same time, he was not alarming. He had a very calm approach to me having some prostate cancer, and he agreed with the strategy that we talked around, and so I'm very, very happy with him.

Everything was fine until the tests were done. What I saw, or what I disagree with, is that they gave me the answers to the tests, but they didn't schedule an appointment for me as soon as possible because the results weren't very favorable. That's the only observation I have in my favor. They should send me an appointment as soon as possible so I can see the results and get on medication as soon as possible.
