I am satisfied with my physician and the care she provides; however, it is extremely difficult to get a response to questions, medication refills, or other care related needs outside of scheduled appointments. Leaving messages by phone or through My Chart takes a couple of weeks requiring additional calls or messages for final resolution, which makes dealing with her practice very frustrating.
