This provider and the office staff were absolutely wonderful. The doctor did take time to listen, took extra patience and extra care to address my pain and concerns, and was very successful in doing so. The only issue I had was the, at the front desk, and this is several times they have difficulty scheduling different appointments, different doctors, different areas of the hospital. This seems to be the norm, more so than an exception. The scheduling calendars only go out for a month or two, so the girls can't schedule anything farther than that. Or the doctors, you know, they say

Depending on a person's needs I would recommend the staff, but the location, parking, directions can be challenging. I'm an employee and not allowed to use patient parking for appointments, so it always involves more time getting to appointments. I do value the efforts made to give attentive service.
