I waited for over an hour in an exam room and was never seen and left before ever seeing the doctor. Unfortunately this is typical behavior for this facility as I have been left in an exam room for over an hour in 2 out of my 3 visits to Wellstar in the past 2 years. I will not be returning my business to your facility even though I wanted to be able to walk from work to my doctors office. My appointment was for 945 am and I left the exam room after 11 without being seen and no doctor in sight. I realize we are all very busy but I need a doctor and a practice that is able to stay within at least 30 minutes of an appointment.

Dr. Dahl-Smith has been my doctor for almost two decades. She is wonderful, smart, caring, and very, very attentive. Her staff also generally are amazing and helpful. I would and have recommended Dr. Dahl-Smith to many friends. I wish it were easier to get an appointment with her.

The only reason I rated a 9 and not 10 is because it's hard to get appointments, they are so busy. Everyone introduced themselves and was very kind. Dr Dahl-Smith is an outstanding provider. I can honestly say absolutely nothing could have been improved on.

Check was not good at all. There were 2 employees sitting with no one to help while I waited to be checked in. Finally one called me to the window. She was very slow, and had to get assistance with adding my supplementary insurance (which I've had for years) and should have been in the account already. The other girl seemed puzzled too. Then when she needed to print something, she figured out the copier was out of paper. The other girl lazily wheeled over in her chair and extremely slowly added paper to both copier drawers. She never left the chair to get the paper or load the copier. If she had, she could have done it 10 x faster. Meanwhile, the nurse had been waiting for a while, to take me back to the exam room! The check in staff were somewhat friendly but clearly uniniterested in doing their jobs.

I think my provider is an amazing physician. I am still on the fence about Wellstar as an organization. Things are getting better after the Epic changeover, but billing is still an issue. The front desk at family medicine was a much better experience this time. Thank you for working everyday to take care of our community.

I had a very good experience from check-in to the nurse triage to the actual provider and the med student or resident that was with Dr. Dahl-Smith. Everything was good, great, exceptional. She did a great job. I can't wait to see her again. I feel very lucky to have her as my provider.

Everything went well, the tech that did my mammogram and bone density test was great. However, overall I am no longer happy with Wellstar as I used to be. Although I got the appointment for these imaging the next day after I called. Lately it has taken me anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months to get seen. And the 6 week leadtime was for physical therapy. Which seems excessive lead time. And when I go to a new practice I see PAs rather than physicians. I feel like they don't have an adequate amount of physicians.
