Everything was great! Check in was easy and efficient. The assistant that roomed me and got my vitals was kind and did a great job. I waited for over an hour in an exam room and was never seen and left before ever seeing the doctor. Unfortunately this is typical behavior for this facility as I have been left in an exam room for over an hour in 2 out of my 3 visits to Wellstar in the past 2 years. I will not be returning my business to your facility even though I wanted to be able to walk from work to my doctors office. My appointment was for 945 am and I left the exam room after 11 without being seen and no doctor in sight. I realize we are all very busy but I need a doctor and a practice that is able to stay within at least 30 minutes of an appointment.
