PA Schulz is awesome. She took time to listen to my concerns and advised accordingly. Super nice and professional. She showed concern and was engaging in conversation. That said, the MA or tech named KiKi was NOT courteous or friendly whatsoever. Did not make eye contact when speaking. She did not make me feel welcome or comfortable at all. Rushed through taking my blood pressure (didn't use the proper cuff). PA Schultz ended up retaking my BP to get an accurate reading. Kiki didn't say anything rude, she just acted like she didn't care to be there or to engage with me at all.

Absolutely love my provider. Because of the high demand of this practice (for which I am one of many of the patients for this disorder), getting an appointment takes forever. The manner in which the scheduling is handled is very poor. I once spent nearly a month just trying to speak to a scheduling coordinator who could actually schedule for this provider because they call back ONE time, and if you miss them, the ball is in your court and it could be 2 days before they call you back. I know there is a separate team that handles this because of the complicated scheduling in this practice, but it is severely understaffed and does not provide good service. I am happy with the practice otherwise.
