I am very grateful for his work. Dr. Franco understands my culture and language, which makes me feel confident in decisions related to my health. Yes, I feel like the provider is very attentive, has a good bedside manner, and he listens and really tries to help. I do feel like the front office staff and the chaos in the waiting room was a little lacking. There was long wait times, not a lot of explanation, standing there without anyone acknowledging you. That's the last few times I've been there, and that was the only thing I could add to it.
