Dr. Franco Is The Best Primary Care Doctor I Have Ever Had. He Has Been My Doctor Since 2010

Lab and/or office staff needs to pay more attention to the condition of the bathrooms. The one used for lab patients in the front had no toilet paper and no hand paper! When asked to provide a urine sample, there were dry stains (rings of the container) of previous urine samples on the rolling cart. Lab technicians are not customer service oriented. I specified I was allergic to adhesive tape and was informed "that's all we have". It was never like this before. When I insisted of my allergy, all of a sudden, she found a solution. But they are never courteous. They make you feel like you are bothering them. Previous visit, they skipped my name, and I waited for about an hour before they called me. This is not the Wellstar culture I am used to. Thank you.
