I didn't have to wait a long time. When I was put in the room, Dr. Franco came. He answered all of my questions. He gave me feedback. He fulfilled my prescriptions and I was totally happy with his service and I was happy with the service up front and with the individuals who drew my blood. So it was a great experience.

Yeah, Dr. Franco is very good. I don't like the people at the front. I try to make appointment for the lab and they say supposedly you can do it when the doctor told me it's better. And the other is your system. Your system is so bad. I receive messages all the time to confirm my appointment. I call and confirm my appointment. They call me again. I do it to my chart and confirm appointment and they still don't show anything. That is awful. Your system is awful. You need to update it. Like when you say the message to confirm, press one or two or confirm y to confirm you are coming to the appointment. No be calling your customer every single day. Bye.
