Hi, yes. So I think Dr. Franco did a great job. He even stopped and gave me eye contact whenever he was providing information to me or whenever I had a question I wanted to say something. He was very, very much attentive. And the nursing staff was nice. I didn't really have a lot of interaction with them. But yeah, other than that, it would just be the front desk. I just think there's more privacy that's needed at the front desk. But other than that, yeah, everything else was nice. Oh, but the laboratory was, yeah, the lab technician, she was on the phone while taking my lab. She didn't even really say hello. She just told me where to sit. I mean, it was, it was kind of weird.

The nurse was very kind, very thoughtful, very professional. She did everything real good. She took my blood pressure. She talked to me about my situation. And my provider, Dr. Franco, come in. He was very professional, like always. He asked me what's my problem. And he asked me about my situation. I tell him. And I told him what's going on. He always gives me a good feedback. He always there for me. He's very, very professional. And he's a very kind doctor. He's very good for his job. I give him a 10 plus every time. He's a great doctor.

I think they did pretty well. The only thing I wish they would have done was kind of giving me a printout of, you know, what type foods I need to stay away from, that kind of stuff. But overall, I think it was good. I wish they, like I said, I wish they would have gave me a printout of what I really need to kind of stay away from since the blood pressure was a little high at the time. But for that, everything else was good.
