My visit was and my questions were adressed, with care. Blood drawn on my last visit had some problem with levels,and were addressed. New blood taken to check levels. Some emprovement has been make.We will work for more. I would like to thank Wellstar for wonderful and careing Doctors.

Whenever my dad visits Dr. Franco in person, he and his staff and wondeful! The only problem we have is getting prescriptions refilled through MyChart now that it is required, rather than allowing CVS Caremark to request refills. Very often we have to send the electronic request twice and a week goes by. A couple of weeks ago, Dr. Franco was away so I had to call and the nurse wasn't very concerned that my dad would run out before he got back. I ask for a covering physician to fulfill the request and she did. This is not the first time we have faced delays so maybe a new protocol for covering MyChart requests is needed.

My entire visit was fine except when it was time to check out. The person that was supposed to check me out was busy holding a conversation with her coworker that was sitting next to her. She put a sign out that says go to the front desk to check out. I think that was very unprofessional of her. I know she could not have been on break because it was early am. Something need to be done about thing's such as this
