Whenever my dad visits Dr. Franco in person, he and his staff and wondeful! The only problem we have is getting prescriptions refilled through MyChart now that it is required, rather than allowing CVS Caremark to request refills. Very often we have to send the electronic request twice and a week goes by. A couple of weeks ago, Dr. Franco was away so I had to call and the nurse wasn't very concerned that my dad would run out before he got back. I ask for a covering physician to fulfill the request and she did. This is not the first time we have faced delays so maybe a new protocol for covering MyChart requests is needed.

My entire visit was fine except when it was time to check out. The person that was supposed to check me out was busy holding a conversation with her coworker that was sitting next to her. She put a sign out that says go to the front desk to check out. I think that was very unprofessional of her. I know she could not have been on break because it was early am. Something need to be done about thing's such as this

I filed a complaint today on the ladies in the lab department. They are very unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time this has been going on for a while. I would be surprised if someone tell me they never had any complaints. I should have complained years ago, but I did not take the time to do it but I filed a complaint today. They were very loud laughing joking around when there was about four people waiting over 20 minutes. I had one person in front of me I was the second person there was two people behind me The one lady right behind me went into the lab and asking about how much time it's gonna take for them to start calling people when no one was in there they were just laughing and talking and joking around as always. This has been going on for a long time. As of today I would never give blood again at this location when they finally started calling people and they called the lady in front of me and the lady that complained behind me. They called her second I went in and I said excuse me I should have been second both ladies just started talking to me attacking me at the same time telling me that there was no time on it and I said you are supposed to pull the sticky according to how it was signed which I would have been second and the lady told me where you would be Nancy. I need to finish this lady, she had just sat down after I went back out. I asked for a manager and then they called a fourth person that was waiting and called me last.

I don't know if I can handle the lack of professionalism and respect from the front office of staff. Just downright unacceptable.
