Dr. Martinez took the time to explain my procedure. He left time for questions. He was able to answer all of my questions. He didn't make me feel like I was asking too many questions. He didn't make me feel like he was rushing me. He has the best bedside manner. He listens to you. He shows concern. And just most of all, he gives you the opportunity to be able to ask questions. And I would say that he's an awesome provider and he gives 10 across all fields for me.

I have requested numerous times that I need my admission to be properly coded and it has not been. I was emailed that a response would be sent and contacted and nothing. I need this to happen in order to make payments owed to the hospital.

The front office staff is the nicest I've ever encountered! Dr. Martinez and his PA were top notch. I've been struggling with getting my neuro to listen to my concerns, so I took action and got a referral for a second opinion. My ENT sent me here and I'm so glad he did. I am getting peace of mind and a plan of action- things ive been fighting to get for nearly a year. We discussed my options and a plan to find out exactly what's going on. He actually looked at my CT with me, which my neuro didn't do.

Hey, so the only feedback I have is that it was very hard to find the practice. We were told to go to the green building in level three. However, we went to the hospital side. We did not know there was another building that was also green, level three. So there wasn't an obvious sign-in place from the parking lot. So that's it. Thank you.

I think the feedback survey is a bit too deep for the first visit to this practice. I would like to give some answers quite better, but it's too early in my visit. I've only been to this practice once, and I've not seen the results yet from the visit. I only went for my first initial consultation with the practice in order to give true feedback. Dr. Martinez spent so much time with me. It was obvious that he had reviewed a huge amount of my 20 years of medical records. He explained my vascular conditions in detail with a scan on the computer screen. And discussed my recent TIA. I understand his recommendations in changing some of my medications and ordering a 30 day heart monitor because he made sure that I did understand. He is a top tier, excellent physician. I am so glad that I was referred to him.

I always try to stay within Wellstar as the doctors and staff are so accommodating. MyChart is a great holding place for all of my data and the Wellstar staff can see everything. Dr Martinez was great and I would trust him with my care anytime.

It was a good first meeting. Doctor was personable, and made me feel welcome and comfortable, and eased my mind, was easy and to talk too. Made me feel like he heard what I was saying.
