Hi, so I do love coming to this urgent care. They get you in, they, you know, see about your concerns. The only thing that I did dislike was when I was asking the provider about certain medications or certain things. Since that I was right there in his presence at that moment, he asked, he told me that I was asking for too much. And that just kind of ticked me off because if I'm going through this right now, this is what I need it. I don't need it later on. Or I didn't need it when I had my primary care, you know, follow-up or physical. So that's the only thing, issue that I had of him telling me that I was asking for too much. And then he strictly just ignored what I was asking for and didn't prescribe it to me. And it was something dealing with my

Dr. Saulsbury seemed to be in a rush. He ordered an xray of the underside and side of my forearm not the top where the injury and knot are. He gave me a prescription for prednisone which according to the paperwork from the pharmacy is for arthritis and breathing issues. I didn't ask for any medication. I wasn't satisfied with the level of care and I'm still in pain with my swollen arm.

Really well was the nurse, she gave me some shots in my hips and I didn't feel any pain at all. And Dr. Saulsbury, the medicine he prescribed, it worked very well and he examined me thoroughly and I appreciate him so much. Whenever I go in, he's there. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate him so much. And all the staff is real sweet and nice to me too.
