Yes, the staff was awesome. I really wasn't feeling well and they were very attentive. And yeah, they were just, they were really good because I was running late for my appointment and it wasn't an issue or whatever. And my wait wasn't that long either. But the Dr. Saulsbury, he's awesome. He spoke to everybody. You know, I listened to him through the walls and he was speaking to the other patients like they were family, you know, and he was like, I'm going to make sure you get you together where you're going to feel better. And then, you know, and that's how he treated me. And I was just, I have had so many different issues at the doctor's, in the doctor's office. And he was really a bright, don't give up on a situation.

Yes, the entire staff were very pleasant to work with. They're very understanding and receptive. And the provider, you know, was on point. I'm the type of person that I don't like a lot of fluff. So I went in, asked the questions, he answered them. He was very direct, very understanding of my concerns. And he was also reassuring. So thank you.

Dr was extremely courteous an a great listener but

The doctor only spent one minute with me not finishing hearing my issue. He said he wil have the nurse take my pressure again even though she had already taken my pressure and it was fine. He then said he will be right back and he never came back. After sitting in the room for 20mins no one came to take my pressure again. While in the room waiting for him I can hear him and the staff several layghinh out loud and joking around. After awhile went and spoke to the nurse and ask if she will be doing my pressure again she said she were not told too as she thought the doctor were still in the room with me. I told her just checked me out. She went to the doctors office to tell him I am checking out. He never came out to see me. There were no patients at the clinic at that time so there were no excuse for his behavior. This was a disgrace and I will be requesting my co-pay that I paid when I checked in.

I would like to say that I'm very upset that I had to pay $280.80 for the physician to come in the room look in my son's mouth, fill under his neck leave the room and come back in and tell me to take him to Hugh Spalding Children Hospital. He did print out a bunch of information on the hospital, but definitely not $280.80 worth

I made my appt on Zocdoc, I was not aware that they could not see appt when made there. I had made my appt for 12:15. They had other patients waiting so I wasn't able to see a Dr until about 1:00. I was fine and understood. They were great through the whole process.

I have been to this facility a few times under urgent circumstances. The medical and professional staff are knowledgeable, kind, concerned, patient and expedient. I passed another well-known facility to get to this one because I believe in their ability, and I know that they are capable of helping with most issues. Doctor Saulsbury and his staff are wonderful.
