The staff, as well as the doctor, front office and back office, everyone was very courteous, very concerned. My only issue with Camp Creek Urgent Care is the wait time. They need more providers and more help.

The check-in kiosk and the front desk were not in sync with each other. I waited for over 2 hours before I was able to pay my co-pay because apparently my information was not in the system even though I checked in.

You could be more helpful on the transparency of billing because I have insurance with Kaiser and because I was taking my kids, I went on and got seen as well. When I asked how much it would be seen to see me, they said $169, but for me to get another bill when I got home was absurd to me when I was very clear about asking, do I have any other payments or any other funds that I need to present during that time? And it was never translated to me that the billing varies because if that was the case, I could have went to my own urgent care instead of going to WellStar. They were very incompassionate about the way the situation was handled. I feel that ?

Dr Salisbury, Ryan, Tikevia and LaDoria were Awesome!! Dr Saulsbury had great bedside manner and treated my symptoms appropriately. I am feeling much better after the injection today received from Tikevia, she gave a great shot!!! I didn't feel a thing!!

The front desk staff did not speak at all. When I walked into the waiting area, a sign directed me to check in at the kiosk. I did so & then took a seat, seeing a screen that showed my place in line. I waited about twenty minutes before being called to the back. No one spoke to me or explained the next steps. This was my first visit, so the first impression was awful. Once I got to the back office, my nerves settled. The nurse and doctor were extremely kind and made the visit very pleasant. They are the reason I will return. Dr. Saulsbury is also hilarious.

The front deck staff don't know her name but she was very pleasant, she made joke's had us laughing you guys need to keep her at all time. Dr Saulsbury hope I spell his name correctly. But he's always pleasant and he'll tell you straight from the heart. He took care me very well as a professional Doctor.

The provider did not have good customer service. He did not look at me while talking, he was somewhat looking away. I felt that he was dismissive as he was listening to my problem. He didnt ask many questions and came in and left out quickly. When he came back into the room, he gave me the writeup and said to followup with the specialist. He didnt try to give me directions on how to leave the facility, he just left the door open.

You could be more helpful on the transparency of billing because I have insurance with Kaiser and because I was taking my kids, I went on and got seen as well. When I asked how much it would be seen to see me, they said $169, but for me to get another bill when I got home was absurd to me when I was very clear about asking, do I have any other payments or any other funds that I need to present during that time? And it was never translated to me that the billing varies because if that was the case, I could have went to my own urgent care instead of going to WellStar.
