I made an appointment online and the appointment time was not honored. Don't have people sign up for appointments if it is not going to be honored. The wait is horrendous. You need to have a doctor and a zPA on sight to handle the traffic that comes in there.

Overall quick and smooth urgent care experience . I understand the calm relaxed environment but the music playing on what seemed to be a patient tracking television was not appropriate for a professional setting nor was the singing by staff while I wasn't feeling well. Music was cool but maybe jazz , and not the latest hip hop and R&B with explicit lyrics. Otherwise the people were phenomenal and had a great sense of urgency. My time mattered . Thank you!

The staff was awesome from the beginning, from the receptionist to the person that sent me back and did my triage, to the doctor and when I was leaving out, the staff at the desk on the way out, everyone was excellent. The doctor was excellent, he was knowledgeable straight to the point, took care of me, very excellent professional, the lady that triaged was professional, very nice lady at the front desk, very nice, excellent, they all showed up at getting raises, awesome. I tried to give up primary care, but you guys took care of everything in just one step. I appreciate it.
