I like when I first came in the building how I was instructed what to do. I like that it didn't take long for me to be served, to receive a doctor. Everyone in the office was super nice, and they got to the problem, and they told me what was wrong with me. And that doctor over there is always super kind, super nice, and always explains things very well. I might not be talking clearly because I don't feel real good, but I just want you to know that they did a great, great, great service, and I'm healing. I'm getting better, and I just want to tell that staff over on Camp Creek, Camario, that they did a great job, and they are appreciated, and I thank them. That's it.

I thought when a person sign in they are in the queue. But after an eta of 2 hours when I signed, I walk to counter to ask where I was after 4 hours. She said oh I need to put you in the Queue ? Really !

The front desk responded to my concern about aVailability of care and gave clear checkin for walk-ins instructions. Dr. Saulsbury and his assistant cool, and collected with the large crowd. I was given help to resolve acute infection.

They Were Amazing $ The Provider Was Extremely Knowledgeable & Empathetic! He Showed Major Care & Compassion Towards My Issues & Concerns. He Got Me Together Quickly After Going To Grady 3-4 Times & They Could Not Figure Out Why I Was Experiencing The Horrible Pain I Was Feeling From 2 My Wisdom Teeth Extraction Sites That Grady Oral Surgery Center Did It..

It was just for a pimple that appeared on my eye, they charged 5000 from my insurance and I had to pay another $200. They tell you an hour and then they attend to you an hour later. That's all I can say from my experience.

The overall visit was ok. I felt that everyone was very attentive besides the doctor. I was aware that he was the only doctor but you still have to take time with patients to make them feel comfortable and not rushed. I know he was only in my room for about 30- 45 seconds if that. For example, he asked me what was going on with me. I got a couple words out and was cut off to ask me to open my mouth and stick my tongue out. He didn't look in my mouth so I didn't know the purpose of asking me. After he skipped over that he checked my ears then told me I had a sinus infection and what meds he prescribed. I felt like he could have been more professional and make patients feel more at ease instead of feeling rushed. Also, a flu/covid and strep test was done and I wasn't told results so I assumed they were all negative.
