Dr. Rodríguez and Kia were excellent in communication, attentiveness, and thoroughness in their means to addressing and resolving my symptoms. They were truly a blessing. There was a prolonged wait to get seen by someone, which was expected because the lobby looked a lot busier than normal. However, the service and care I received made it abundantly worth the wait.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The front staff was helpful and ensured my daughter was comfortable- they even said "goodbye" to her and sent well wishes for a speedy recovery. The nurse helping my daughter listened to both of us and took special care when testing her for strep, covid, and the flu. Dr. Rodriguez was especially caring and ensured we knew exactly what to do to best care for my girl. He was patient and listened as she described how she felt.

Dr Rodriguez was fantastic, he prescribed the correct meds for something I had for 5 weeks and the virtual visit over a week before was a waste of time all I was prescribed was over the counter allergy meds I already had and didn't need, nor did they help

The medical staff, the doctor, and the X-ray technician were all excellent. They helped me with everything and were very courteous. My only suggestion for improvement, in my opinion, is the nurse who attended to me, because he never took my height or weighed me. He didn't do a very good job and wasn't very courteous. He was quite rude. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with the staff. We had to wait too long, in my opinion, on the radiation doctor to read the CT scan. So I would say if you need to improve on anything, it would be the radiation doctor. Maybe getting another one to help him. It just, it took almost two hours for them to get the reading back. So that's all I have to say about that. Other than that, I had a good experience.
