I do not remember the nurses name but can tell you she was a professional and very nice. Asked alot of questions and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. Dr. Rodriguez seemed really concerned with my health issue. We discussed and he gave me two options, also explained the medication if I chose to start that first depending on when I can see an oncologist. Felt comfortable with the information.

I like my doctor, Dr. Jorge, but what I did not like is that it took two hours for me to be able to see a provider. And there didn't seem to be that many people in the urgent care. It just seemed like you didn't have enough doctors on staff. So that's the reason for my numbers. I actually really like the doctor. He listened, the nursing staff listened, but the wait time was over two hours. That's it.

Please train all medical assistants, techs and/or nurses on the proper way to put a sling on someone. My tech, super nice and very caring, did not know and put it on me backwards. I was in too much pain to correct her. I had my friend it when I exited the facility. I'm not mad about it. It's actually humorous however they still need proper training; the next patient may not be so understanding.

Personally, I disliked the fact I came in unable to walk and left the same way. Despite no fracture to my ankle, no one offered to wrap it or give any sort of boot or cast. Ice was offered though.

The wait time was extreme, however, the care was extraordinary. And I enjoyed being there. However, I'm still having a considerable amount of pain. I haven't spoken with my provider yet, but I'm running out of the medication and still having issues.
