Yes, the wait time was very, very long, and I think it was at least two and a half hours to almost three hours, and then I only saw the doctor for three or four minutes, so I was disappointed with the wait time.

Please train all medical assistants, techs and/or nurses on the proper way to put a sling on someone. My tech, super nice and very caring, did not know and put it on me backwards. I was in too much pain to correct her. I had my friend it when I exited the facility. I'm not mad about it. It's actually humorous however they still need proper training; the next patient may not be so understanding.

Personally, I disliked the fact I came in unable to walk and left the same way. Despite no fracture to my ankle, no one offered to wrap it or give any sort of boot or cast. Ice was offered though.

This was the first time I had been to the urgent care area of the Vinings Wellstar. I was impressed.

The wait time was extreme, however, the care was extraordinary. And I enjoyed being there. However, I'm still having a considerable amount of pain. I haven't spoken with my provider yet, but I'm running out of the medication and still having issues.

Jorge O Rodriguez, DO was extremely caring and professional. After the x-rays were performed, he showed me the multiple causes of my issues on the imaging. He is a good explainer using terminology I could understand.

Everything was great and professional, starting from the reception at the front desk, to the nurse that walked me back, to the doctor. He was excellent, on point, thorough, and I really appreciate everything they said and did for me. And I do recommend this place to everyone I know. Have a blessed day.

All of the staff were wonderful. Dr. Rodriguez was beyond helpful and took great care of my daughter. His knowledge and experience calmed my nerves. He gave me a plan for follow up beyond urgent care and took the time to listen to our situation.

The front desk clerk did not set proper expectations of the wait time. When I arrived and checked in, I was told that there was only one patient ahead of us since we made an appointment. After over an hour wait and about 6-8 patients, I asked the clerk why the wait is not what she stated. The clerk became visibly agitated and asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor immediately tried to dismiss my frustration. I then explained to her that her team needs to set proper expectations for patients. I was only going off of her clerk's statement that we were next in line. The wait time was also unacceptable for those making appointments. The online portal should not provide appointment times that aren't truly available.

I had a great experience at this facility. The lady at the front desk was very thorough, she made my check in quick and simple. The doctor's assistant (nurse) checked all of my preliminary vitals & prepared me for the doctor, she was very friendly. The doctor listened to my symptoms, he examined my eyes, nose, throat & breathing, went over my test results & advised me on taking prescriptions he ordered for me. He gave me a printout explaining my diagnosis, the symptoms & expected results. He offered me a work excuse, gave me directions to the pharmacy & wished me a good day.

He was so thorough that after examining me, he ordered an x-ray to be sure pneumonia hadn't started. I was diagnosed with flu and bronchitis. After the diagnosis Dr Rodriquez asked if I had any questions and even escorted me to the door. I can honestly say that I am 80 years old and have been to many physicians. Having said that, I have never been to a better doctor than Dr Rodriquez. If he was in private practice, I would leave my present practice and go to Dr. Rodriquez. He is the model for Medical Schools in this country. Wellstar is very blessed to have Dr. Rodriquez and should recognize that.

The staff at Wellstar East Cobb has consistently been exceptional, courteous, professional, and always attentive. My mother has never had a negative experience there. They are not only efficient in their care, but they also create a welcoming and supportive environment.

I have visited 4or5 times over the past 3 years and I will have to say EVERY time I was very pleased with the staff and the service received. Everyone is so nice and attentive. ( very rare these days!)

Dr. Jorge Rodriquez was AMAZING. He was very professional, great listener, asked numerous questions, asked what symptoms were bothering the most, and then proceeded to tell me what he was going to do. He was so thorough that after examining me, he ordered an x-ray to be sure pneumonia hadn't started. I was diagnosed with flu and bronchitis. After the diagnosis Dr Rodriquez asked if I had any questions and even escorted me to the door. I can honestly say that I am 80 years old and have been to many physicians. Having said that, I have never been to a better doctor than Dr Rodriquez. If he was in private practice, I would leave my present practice and go to Dr. Rodriquez. He is the model for Medical Schools in this country. Wellstar is very blessed to have Dr. Rodriquez and should recognize that.

I was there for two and a half hours. I received no indication from the staff in terms of when I would be seen by the doctor. I was just sitting in a room for over an hour with no updates from the staff.

I had a great experience at this facility. The lady at the front desk was very thorough, she made my check in quick and simple. The doctor's assistant (nurse) checked all of my preliminary vitals & prepared me for the doctor, she was very friendly. The doctor listened to my symptoms, he examined my eyes, nose, throat & breathing, went over my test results & advised me on taking prescriptions he ordered for me. He gave me a printout explaining my diagnosis, the symptoms & expected results. He offered me a work excuse, gave me directions to the pharmacy & wished me a good day.

The front desk clerk did not set proper expectations of the wait time. When I arrived and checked in, I was told that there was only one patient ahead of us since we made an appointment. After over an hour wait and about 6-8 patients, I asked the clerk why the wait is not what she stated. The clerk became visibly agitated and asked if I wanted to speak to her supervisor. The supervisor immediately tried to dismiss my frustration. I then explained to her that her team needs to set proper expectations for patients. I was only going off of her clerk's statement that we were next in line. The wait time was also unacceptable for those making appointments. The online portal should not provide appointment times that aren't truly available.

All of the staff were wonderful. Dr. Rodriguez was beyond helpful and took great care of my daughter. His knowledge and experience calmed my nerves. He gave me a plan for follow up beyond urgent care and took the time to listen to our situation.

Everything was great and professional, starting from the reception at the front desk, to the nurse that walked me back, to the doctor. He was excellent, on point, thorough, and I really appreciate everything they said and did for me. And I do recommend this place to everyone I know. Have a blessed day.

Jorge O Rodriguez, DO was extremely caring and professional. After the x-rays were performed, he showed me the multiple causes of my issues on the imaging. He is a good explainer using terminology I could understand.

Personally, I disliked the fact I came in unable to walk and left the same way. Despite no fracture to my ankle, no one offered to wrap it or give any sort of boot or cast. Ice was offered though.

Please train all medical assistants, techs and/or nurses on the proper way to put a sling on someone. My tech, super nice and very caring, did not know and put it on me backwards. I was in too much pain to correct her. I had my friend it when I exited the facility. I'm not mad about it. It's actually humorous however they still need proper training; the next patient may not be so understanding.

The wait time was extreme, however, the care was extraordinary. And I enjoyed being there. However, I'm still having a considerable amount of pain. I haven't spoken with my provider yet, but I'm running out of the medication and still having issues.

Yes, the wait time was very, very long, and I think it was at least two and a half hours to almost three hours, and then I only saw the doctor for three or four minutes, so I was disappointed with the wait time.
