The lady at the front desk was more into her phone than assisting patients. There were two elderly ladies at the kiosk and one needed help. The lady at the desk just watched her struggle and watch us (patients) try to assist the woman. After watching until the lady stumbled through the kiosk and complete it with our help, she then tells me that I can use the iPad after I'd already been there about 15 or more minutes. If they aren't going to help patients, why are they there? As a medical person myself, that was horrible service! Dr. Rodriguez and the guy that I believe was my nurse were WONDERFUL. Dr. Rodriguez was a breath of fresh air that's needed in the medical field. He was thorough, patient, and kind! I definitely needed that level of care and he provided it! Thank you Dr. Jorge O. Rodriguez!

I did not receive any testing in terms of outside testing and I don't know why. I was charged an additional $81 and I've not received a receipt or explanation of those charges. So it would be great if I could get that. Thank you.

There was a delay to get the x-ray done that I didn't initially understand. I waited in the exam room after my vitals were done for 20 to 30 minutes then I received a text about contacting the virtual team to schedule the x-ray, which seemed odd that the staff didn't take care of that like they have in the past.

The whole experience was very seamless. The doctor immediately recognized that we needed to go to the emergency room at Children's Hospital and got us a reservation and all of our paperwork sent over. So our check-in there was very easy.

Shontia was very kind and quick to get me checked in. Stephanie took my vitals and listened to my issues. Maggie and Hallie were very kind taking my xrays. My arm really hurt and they were easy moving me to get the images. Dr Rodriguez was amazing! He knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me. He was able to give me an injection to relieve a bit of the pain until I can get to ortho. Great experience with Wellstar Vinings Urgent Care.

When I came, the staff was very great. The time that it took me to see the physician was very, very quick, even my time going back. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Everyone was really kind. My only concern is that when I go, they don't ask to take an, to do a urine sample if someone states that there's a possibility that they're pregnant or even ask, hey, is there a possibility that you're pregnant before they do an x-ray? Because when the x-ray tech came, I did tell her that there's a possibility that I'm pregnant. So she said, well, we'll just have you sign a waiver. I don't think that that's right. I didn't sign the waiver. I asked for a P sample. Thank God I did because I was pregnant.

Got there at 1:30 to get x-ray 3 people ahead of me.. they took me back did BP check and left me in room ..did x-ray around 3:30 and dr came in close to 5:00..many people came in and left while I was still waiting for someone to come in..finally left around 5 pm..my wife around 4:30 asked what was going on..

Please change the doctor, he is not good fit for urgent care. This is 3rd time, when ever we visit wells star urgent care doctors helping us with the medication. But this doctor is very good in referring to other doctor instead of treating. Then we went to other care provider and they helped us easy treatment, my kid is doing fine now.

This location is minutes away from my home so it is the one I prefer to visit if my family needs to be seen. The staff was great the ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant. However the wait time was completely horrible. We were there because my daughter needed to get a sports physical. We arrived at 5:30 and she was not called to back until after 9:30. Once she was taken to an exam room the physical took maybe only 2o minutes. I think it was terrible that we had to wait 4 hours for an exam that took 20 minutes.

Once she was taken to an exam room the physical took maybe only 2o minutes. I think it was terrible that we had to wait 4 hours for an exam that took 20 minutes.

Please change the doctor, he is not good fit for urgent care. This is 3rd time, when ever we visit wells star urgent care doctors helping us with the medication. But this doctor is very good in referring to other doctor instead of treating. Then we went to other care provider and they helped us easy treatment, my kid is doing fine now.

Got there at 1:30 to get x-ray 3 people ahead of me.. they took me back did BP check and left me in room ..did x-ray around 3:30 and dr came in close to 5:00..many people came in and left while I was still waiting for someone to come in..finally left around 5 pm..my wife around 4:30 asked what was going on..

When I came, the staff was very great. The time that it took me to see the physician was very, very quick, even my time going back. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Everyone was really kind. My only concern is that when I go, they don't ask to take an, to do a urine sample if someone states that there's a possibility that they're pregnant or even ask, hey, is there a possibility that you're pregnant before they do an x-ray? Because when the x-ray tech came, I did tell her that there's a possibility that I'm pregnant. So she said, well, we'll just have you sign a waiver. I don't think that that's right. I didn't sign the waiver. I asked for a P sample. Thank God I did because I was pregnant.

Shontia was very kind and quick to get me checked in. Stephanie took my vitals and listened to my issues. Maggie and Hallie were very kind taking my xrays. My arm really hurt and they were easy moving me to get the images. Dr Rodriguez was amazing! He knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me. He was able to give me an injection to relieve a bit of the pain until I can get to ortho. Great experience with Wellstar Vinings Urgent Care.

The whole experience was very seamless. The doctor immediately recognized that we needed to go to the emergency room at Children's Hospital and got us a reservation and all of our paperwork sent over. So our check-in there was very easy.

There was a delay to get the x-ray done that I didn't initially understand. I waited in the exam room after my vitals were done for 20 to 30 minutes then I received a text about contacting the virtual team to schedule the x-ray, which seemed odd that the staff didn't take care of that like they have in the past.

The lady at the front desk was more into her phone than assisting patients. There were two elderly ladies at the kiosk and one needed help. The lady at the desk just watched her struggle and watch us (patients) try to assist the woman. After watching until the lady stumbled through the kiosk and complete it with our help, she then tells me that I can use the iPad after I'd already been there about 15 or more minutes. If they aren't going to help patients, why are they there? As a medical person myself, that was horrible service! Dr. Rodriguez and the guy that I believe was my nurse were WONDERFUL. Dr. Rodriguez was a breath of fresh air that's needed in the medical field. He was thorough, patient, and kind! I definitely needed that level of care and he provided it! Thank you Dr. Jorge O. Rodriguez!

I did not receive any testing in terms of outside testing and I don't know why. I was charged an additional $81 and I've not received a receipt or explanation of those charges. So it would be great if I could get that. Thank you.
