Thank you to Dr. Rodriguez, nurse and staff at waiting room! I felt heard! I felt seen! I was sick when I walked in. I was sick when I walked out but knew I would live through this mild asthma/bronchitis attack with the medications and instructions from Dr. Rodriguez.

Someone screwed up my chart with someone else. He was on different drugs then I was and the name on the file was different but no one caught it. I find out when my prescription was not received by my pharmacy!! I called the unit and had toreenter all my data to get the prescription correct and the file correct. I want to know HOW this could happen and not be caught.

I had a very positive experience with the doctor, who was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. That part of my visit was excellent and made me feel well cared for. The only areas I think could be improved were the front desk experience and the wait times. It took about 30 minutes before I was brought back, and then another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. The waiting room wasn't very full, and I also noticed the board on the wall wasn't updated with the correct dates, which gave a slightly disorganized impression. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received from the doctor and staff, but I think with some small improvements at the front desk and in managing wait times, the patient experience could be even better.

It was great. Doc had a great bedside manner and took measures to give me immediate relief. I'm feeling much better as a result of the treatment. I am so thankful that the clinic was open until 10PM. In many cities I would have been stuck going to the ER which would have been a waste of money and healthcare resources.

Dr. Rodriguez appeared to be more interested in me scheduling the CAT scan. I asked for suggestions regarding what foods I should eat or avoid eating in case I had episodes of vomiting and/ or diarrhea and he said he did not know. I left frustrated Well Star frustrated. However, I was able to google , to eat a bland diet and drink liquids. I felt Dr. Was not concerned about my well being after telling him I was going to speak with my primary care doctor. After reading my chart, I noticed an appointment to get the CAT scan had been scheduled. I've seen Dr. Rodriguez for treatment before, but I would prefer not to see him again.

I called to make an appointment. No, I called to make an appointment with your doctors, and they told me they do not take phone calls for people to get an appointment. I had to go there to go and sit till they finally said, we'll show you to a doctor now. But you should be able to call and make an appointment instead of driving all the way to the facility. I was very unhappy because I had to drive over there where I could have made an appointment prior to that.
