When I came, the staff was very great. The time that it took me to see the physician was very, very quick, even my time going back. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Everyone was really kind. My only concern is that when I go, they don't ask to take an, to do a urine sample if someone states that there's a possibility that they're pregnant or even ask, hey, is there a possibility that you're pregnant before they do an x-ray? Because when the x-ray tech came, I did tell her that there's a possibility that I'm pregnant. So she said, well, we'll just have you sign a waiver. I don't think that that's right. I didn't sign the waiver. I asked for a P sample. Thank God I did because I was pregnant.

Got there at 1:30 to get x-ray 3 people ahead of me.. they took me back did BP check and left me in room ..did x-ray around 3:30 and dr came in close to 5:00..many people came in and left while I was still waiting for someone to come in..finally left around 5 pm..my wife around 4:30 asked what was going on..

I originally did not plan to be treated about my injury, but I was encouraged to go. I made the absolute BEST decision! From the front desk, to the MA, to the imaging customer service rep and tech, to Dr. Rodriguez, I received A+ service. It was a very pleasant experience, even through dealing with an injury. Please change the doctor, he is not good fit for urgent care. This is 3rd time, when ever we visit wells star urgent care doctors helping us with the medication. But this doctor is very good in referring to other doctor instead of treating. Then we went to other care provider and they helped us easy treatment, my kid is doing fine now.

This location is minutes away from my home so it is the one I prefer to visit if my family needs to be seen. The staff was great the ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant. However the wait time was completely horrible. We were there because my daughter needed to get a sports physical. We arrived at 5:30 and she was not called to back until after 9:30. Once she was taken to an exam room the physical took maybe only 2o minutes. I think it was terrible that we had to wait 4 hours for an exam that took 20 minutes.

I had a painful injury that made walking difficult. The staff was courteous and made me feel comfortable accepting help, which does not come easy for me. If I am ever injured again I will not hesitate to come in. Thank all of you for the help!

I got everything I needed to get done. The doctor's bedside manner was personable. Don't see that a lot anymore. I felt heard, listened to. He was very thorough, explained everything to me. I was comfortable, not one ounce of discomfort or pain while I was there, even when he was inserting and doing all the drops and things for my eye. I had a hard time understanding the woman I called on the Images phone line. All times quietest were not honored. For instance I had an appointment at 11:30. I was taken to the exam room at that time but had to wait 15 mins for the doctor to show up. The xray technician came to get me on the time quoted. I was told to wait about 20 mins to wait for the doctor to show me the xray. That turned into 25 mins. If appears that the doctor is the one that is late. I like that everyone quotes me times that I will be taken care of.

There was a prolonged wait to get seen by someone, which was expected because the lobby looked a lot busier than normal. However, the service and care I received made it abundantly worth the wait.

I had a painful injury that made walking difficult. The staff was courteous and made me feel comfortable accepting help, which does not come easy for me. If I am ever injured again I will not hesitate to come in. Thank all of you for the help!

Hi, just wanted to say that I am a WellSTAR employee and the service was impeccable from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was on point and I was in and out. I got everything I needed to get done. The doctor's bedside manner was personable. Don't see that a lot anymore. I felt heard, listened to. He was very thorough, explained everything to me. I was comfortable, not one ounce of discomfort or pain while I was there, even when he was inserting and doing all the drops and things for my eye. He made sure I had everything I needed, addressed all my concerns, explained everything very thoroughly, made sure I had everything that I needed and that I was going to receive a proper follow-up. This location is minutes away from my home so it is the one I prefer to visit if my family needs to be seen. The staff was great the ladies at the front desk were extremely pleasant. However the wait time was completely horrible. We were there because my daughter needed to get a sports physical. We arrived at 5:30 and she was not called to back until after 9:30. Once she was taken to an exam room the physical took maybe only 2o minutes. I think it was terrible that we had to wait 4 hours for an exam that took 20 minutes.

Dr. Rodriguez and his team were great! I was in and out in a timely manner, everyone was very friendly and Dr. Rodriguez explained everything that was going on and made sure I understood as well!

Please change the doctor, he is not good fit for urgent care. This is 3rd time, when ever we visit wells star urgent care doctors helping us with the medication. But this doctor is very good in referring to other doctor instead of treating. Then we went to other care provider and they helped us easy treatment, my kid is doing fine now.

I originally did not plan to be treated about my injury, but I was encouraged to go. I made the absolute BEST decision! From the front desk, to the MA, to the imaging customer service rep and tech, to Dr. Rodriguez, I received A+ service. It was a very pleasant experience, even through dealing with an injury. Got there at 1:30 to get x-ray 3 people ahead of me.. they took me back did BP check and left me in room ..did x-ray around 3:30 and dr came in close to 5:00..many people came in and left while I was still waiting for someone to come in..finally left around 5 pm..my wife around 4:30 asked what was going on..

When I came, the staff was very great. The time that it took me to see the physician was very, very quick, even my time going back. The lady at the front desk was very kind. Everyone was really kind. My only concern is that when I go, they don't ask to take an, to do a urine sample if someone states that there's a possibility that they're pregnant or even ask, hey, is there a possibility that you're pregnant before they do an x-ray? Because when the x-ray tech came, I did tell her that there's a possibility that I'm pregnant. So she said, well, we'll just have you sign a waiver. I don't think that that's right. I didn't sign the waiver. I asked for a P sample. Thank God I did because I was pregnant.
