The nurse helping my daughter listened to both of us and took special care when testing her for strep, covid, and the flu. Dr. Rodriguez was especially caring and ensured we knew exactly what to do to best care for my girl. He was patient and listened as she described how she felt.

My only suggestion for improvement, in my opinion, is the nurse who attended to me, because he never took my height or weighed me. He didn't do a very good job and wasn't very courteous. He was quite rude. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with the staff. We had to wait too long, in my opinion, on the radiation doctor to read the CT scan. So I would say if you need to improve on anything, it would be the radiation doctor. Maybe getting another one to help him. It just, it took almost two hours for them to get the reading back. So that's all I have to say about that. Other than that, I had a good experience.
