Need more doctors on site. Had to wait way too long in excruciating pain to see the Doctor. Way Way too long a wait time. Once I received the steroid injection my pain was diminidhed

Dr Jorge Rodriguez was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and worked with me until we figured out what the problem was, rather than dismissing me as having a common cold. I'm very grateful and hope I see him again if I ever have to visit urgent care again.

Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing professional. Not only was his in facility care top notch he actually followed up with a personal phone call to me 4 days after my facility visit. Let me repeat that. He actually called me at home to check on me. He's a one of a kind doctor! Thank you!

Dr. Did Not explain anything! Did not waste any time getting out of the room. Was given three prescriptions but answered none of my questions because he left in a rush.

The provider that I saw was very efficient, very personable. He answered my questions. He listened and I was seen quickly, but I had to wait about four hours. I did register online for an appointment at 2:25, and I didn't leave there until after 6:10.

I do not remember the nurses name but can tell you she was a professional and very nice. Asked alot of questions and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. Dr. Rodriguez seemed really concerned with my health issue. We discussed and he gave me two options, also explained the medication if I chose to start that first depending on when I can see an oncologist. Felt comfortable with the information.

I like my doctor, Dr. Jorge, but what I did not like is that it took two hours for me to be able to see a provider. And there didn't seem to be that many people in the urgent care. It just seemed like you didn't have enough doctors on staff. So that's the reason for my numbers. I actually really like the doctor. He listened, the nursing staff listened, but the wait time was over two hours. That's it.

Yes, the wait time was very, very long, and I think it was at least two and a half hours to almost three hours, and then I only saw the doctor for three or four minutes, so I was disappointed with the wait time.
