I found that Dr. Rodie was very professional. You could tell he knew what he was referring to and talking about. Some of the nurses were, I don't know if unorganized was the right way, but it seems like to me they could have been a little more. Of course, part of what got in the way of this visit was I had gotten a ride to that location and the nurse was walking them out of the room and then invited this person back into the room and that's the person who caused the most sidetrack and re-asking questions that had already been answered and she asked me my decision but she ?

Yes, thank you. I was very pleased with my appointment, both with the young lady who took my vitals and gave me my EKG and my meeting with the PA, Jonathan. I felt he was an excellent listener and was really trying to understand the things that I was telling him about my need to not fall in things I've been doing in my life. And also explaining to me some of the potential issues I'd have down the road, but that I was found right now and was approved for my next procedure in the GI. And I was very pleased and satisfied. Thank you.

Yes, the staff at the desk are wonderful, but the nurse or the physician assistant, not the physician assistant, but the person that took the blood pressure, I could not understand her verbally at all, and she was not very friendly, kind of unpleasant.
