Everybody I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Laura, the nurse, could tell I was anxious and was tried to calm me. Dr. Chen explained everything very well. He answered my questions and did so in a way I could understand. He has a great 'bedside' manner.

Dr. Chen explained everything to me and he advised me what he was going to do trying to solve the issues that I'm having and he went over everything with me completely and he's already scheduled an appointment for the next procedure he plans to do with me. I was very happy with him. He explained everything to me in detail and I feel very comfortable in being in Dr. Chen's care and his entire staff was very, very kind and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with Dr. Chen and the entire office. Thank you so much.
