The only issue we have is finding our way around the buildup. It might be helpful to color code the floors, so as soon as the elevator doors open, you are close to the correct floor. Could even color code it with the employee scrubs, etc.

Hi, yes, Dr. John Vender and every single person from the check-in desk all the way to the check-out desk did an amazing and excellent job. They are all top-notch people and top-notch individuals that put their best foot forward in every single aspect. So I don't see anywhere they could improve. Dr Vender was terrific!!! He explained everything to me, answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. Surgery, implant Intrathecal Targeted Pain Pump, went very well. Went home same day. Dr Vender and his staff/team were/are AWESOME!!!!

My visit was perfect from check-in until exit! Dr. Vender is without the most attentive and forthright doctor I've ever seen. I never have any questions after seeing him. He is exceptional! Every hospital employee I passed on the second floor said "Hello." I did notice that much needed repairs had been done to the restrooms which is greatly appreciated. My only "complaint" is related to the information desk in the main lobby. Being that these ladies are the first employees visitors encounter, they could stand to be more pleasant. They were quite short with their answers to several people when asked about "which floor" an office could be found. A little friendliness goes a long way.

I told him at my appointment that my wife and I had just talked about how grateful we were for him after having been with two other neurosurgeons, who were good doctors, but had not given me the needed solution to my specific issue like Dr. Vender has. He takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I have and never makes our appointments feel rushed.

My records from my doctor, my referring doctor, were not at the WellSTAR Clinic when I had my appointment with Dr. Vender. Not my MRI nor my MRI report. And I had two sets of those and they had been sent well in advance and they were not available for my appointment, which was very disappointing. And so I think that that needs to be handled better. Thank you.

Yes, Dr. Vender is the consummate professional. I was extremely pleased with his evaluation. The only glitch was the computer program trying to get the MRI results, but he said he would follow up on that with me and I'm sure he will. So, yes, I highly recommend him and appreciate all of his assistance. Thank you.

They were supposed to take part of my nerve out to send to the Mayo Clinic for a biopsy. I'm going there March 3rd. They couldn't do my operation because y'all's computer system was down or something, and they postponed it, and I'm yet to get a call back to get my nerve part done so it could be sent to the Mayo Clinic. So I go there on March the 3rd, and I'm supposed to have it done this week, and I still don't have a call back on if it's going to get done or not.

I had a surgical recommendation, but I was not about to make a decision, regarding surgery, until I had spoken with Dr. Vender. I wholeheartedly trust him with my neurosurgical care. He has a way of giving you not so good news that doesn't make you feel devastated when you leave an appointment. From my first encounter with him in 2015 until this week, he is still giving patients 3 options to help them make the best decision. He sees the patient and not just the charts, pictures, and numbers. He is an absolute jewel. He truly cares and remembers unique things about his patients years later.

Dr. Vender's nurse who helped me into the exam room that day was absolutely amazing. Very, very nice nurse. Dr. Vender is very smart and intelligent. I would be having some complicated surgery with him and I do trust his abilities. The location of the practice was very hard to find. Google did not bring me to your address. It would be great when you send out the packet if you can send out just clear-cut instructions. And that's it.

They were supposed to take part of my nerve out to send to the Mayo Clinic for a biopsy. I'm going there March 3rd. They couldn't do my operation because y'all's computer system was down or something, and they postponed it, and I'm yet to get a call back to get my nerve part done so it could be sent to the Mayo Clinic. So I go there on March the 3rd, and I'm supposed to have it done this week, and I still don't have a call back on if it's going to get done or not.

Every hospital employee I passed on the second floor said "Hello." I did notice that much needed repairs had been done to the restrooms which is greatly appreciated. My only "complaint" is related to the information desk in the main lobby. Being that these ladies are the first employees visitors encounter, they could stand to be more pleasant. They were quite short with their answers to several people when asked about "which floor" an office could be found. A little friendliness goes a long way.

Dr Vender was terrific!!! He explained everything to me, answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. Surgery, implant Intrathecal Targeted Pain Pump, went very well. Went home same day. Dr Vender and his staff/team were/are AWESOME!!!!

Hi, yes, Dr. John Vender and every single person from the check-in desk all the way to the check-out desk did an amazing and excellent job. They are all top-notch people and top-notch individuals that put their best foot forward in every single aspect. So I don't see anywhere they could improve. The only issue we have is finding our way around the buildup. It might be helpful to color code the floors, so as soon as the elevator doors open, you are close to the correct floor. Could even color code it with the employee scrubs, etc.
