This 6 week follow up neurosurgery appt was originally scheduled 4 months after surgery after months of phone calls and emails from me to the office and/or surgeon. These were all documented. I found my way to Orthopedics for this appt, though where on the second floor of the medical office building was NEVER communicated to me. I waited over an hour to see Dr. Vender and only talked to him for around 5 min. Scheduling and communication in this hospital needs to be better.
