I wish Wellstar & Peidmont had a better communication network that could better benifit all their patients. Trying to get good, readable scans from one physicity to the other is very poor at best. Dr. Vender needed to see all the x-rays & MRI's done on my back from Peidmont & the results were awful.

I was very disappointed with the wait time for the doctor to come visit. Actually, he was about to leave the building and had not seen me at all. I had sat in the waiting area for over an hour and a half. I think that was totally unacceptable. It was only when a nurse came to check on me to find out had the doctor seen me that they put some urgency of getting someone back there to visit with me. I think that is totally unacceptable and there should be some other way that they should be monitoring patients as they take them back to be seen by the doctor.

I would just love to say that John Vender is a very, very extremely knowledgeable provider and he always explains everything in depth and he, you know, he's not wanting to just jump in and say, hey, we're going to do this without really truly knowing the story and make sure that he, you know, he wants to make sure that he is providing you with the care that is supposed to be for you, you know, not just, you know, a run in the meal, you know, every day treatment for, you know, just anybody. He wants to make sure you are getting what you need. And so I recommend him entirely to everybody, you know, and quite honestly, I'm about to recommend him again to someone else. I've just been having trouble with, you know, some nerve issues. And I mean, there's nobody I would trust more than John Bender. So, yeah.

The nurse was a very kind and professional lady. Dr.Vender has been my surgeon through 5 or 6 operations. He figured out my pain pump had torn my spinal cord inside my body. I will continue to see as long as he will see me. I have trusted him with my life literally. I am so glad I get to Thank all of them. Especially DR. John vender.

The only issue we have is finding our way around the buildup. It might be helpful to color code the floors, so as soon as the elevator doors open, you are close to the correct floor. Could even color code it with the employee scrubs, etc.

Dr Vender was terrific!!! He explained everything to me, answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. Surgery, implant Intrathecal Targeted Pain Pump, went very well. Went home same day. Dr Vender and his staff/team were/are AWESOME!!!!

My visit was perfect from check-in until exit! Dr. Vender is without the most attentive and forthright doctor I've ever seen. I never have any questions after seeing him. He is exceptional! Every hospital employee I passed on the second floor said "Hello." I did notice that much needed repairs had been done to the restrooms which is greatly appreciated. My only "complaint" is related to the information desk in the main lobby. Being that these ladies are the first employees visitors encounter, they could stand to be more pleasant. They were quite short with their answers to several people when asked about "which floor" an office could be found. A little friendliness goes a long way.

I was very disappointed with the wait time for the doctor to come visit. Actually, he was about to leave the building and had not seen me at all. I had sat in the waiting area for over an hour and a half. I think that was totally unacceptable. It was only when a nurse came to check on me to find out had the doctor seen me that they put some urgency of getting someone back there to visit with me. I think that is totally unacceptable and there should be some other way that they should be monitoring patients as they take them back to be seen by the doctor.

I wish Wellstar & Peidmont had a better communication network that could better benifit all their patients. Trying to get good, readable scans from one physicity to the other is very poor at best. Dr. Vender needed to see all the x-rays & MRI's done on my back from Peidmont & the results were awful.
