Yes, I've been very pleased with the concerns and questions and care of Dr. Morgan and his staff. I feel very comfortable in his responses and reviewing John's care from his stroke for the past couple of years.

I have to complain about how long we had to wait. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were seen by anybody on the staff and we just had to wait an extremely long time and my husband got very antsy. I really didn't think it was fair that we have to be there 20 minutes early and then we're kept waiting for so long.

The Wellstar Phone system makes connecting with your doctor and nurses difficult. Then when you do leave a message responses are slow. I personally feel the phone answering system to be cumbersome and not customer friendly.

Wait time to see doctor was excessive. Arrive for 3:30 appointment at approximately 3:10. Taken to exam. room at app. 3:20. Completed pre exam at app. 3:35. Waited over one and one half hours (5:35) before seeing first doctor, then app. 45 min. longer to see Dr. Morgan. It would have been appreciated if someone would have let me know of the long wait time. No one popped in just to keep informed.

The prepayment for visits has a bug. When i was checking in on mychart i was asked if i wanted to prepay my visit. I thought it was high but i paid anyway to save time at checkin. When i arrived I asked the receptionist if the amount was correct and she said that i was overbilled. She said she could not correct it because i paid through mychart. She said i needed to call billing. I called and billing was totally confused. I explained what happened and billing said there was nothing they could do.

This was the first appointment with Dr Morgan, He and his staff were absolutely Amazing . My husband and I thought the first appointment would be just basically a Meet and Greet type of appointment thus requiring many more appointments . He did SO much more than that. He is such a friendly, Caring and overall wonderful Physician. We are Blessed to have been referred to him.

She said i needed to call billing. I called and billing was totally confused. I explained what happened and billing said there was nothing they could do.

Wait time to see doctor was excessive. Arrive for 3:30 appointment at approximately 3:10. Taken to exam. room at app. 3:20. Completed pre exam at app. 3:35. Waited over one and one half hours (5:35) before seeing first doctor, then app. 45 min. longer to see Dr. Morgan. It would have been appreciated if someone would have let me know of the long wait time. No one popped in just to keep informed.

We waited too long, as always, and we were not directed to the right location. So we wasted about 30 minutes to go from one location to another. And we wasted another 30 minutes to wait for the assistance. Thank you.

The Wellstar Phone system makes connecting with your doctor and nurses difficult. Then when you do leave a message responses are slow. I personally feel the phone answering system to be cumbersome and not customer friendly.

I have to complain about how long we had to wait. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were seen by anybody on the staff and we just had to wait an extremely long time and my husband got very antsy. I really didn't think it was fair that we have to be there 20 minutes early and then we're kept waiting for so long.
