We had to wait in the waiting room for 1 and 1/2 hours. Then the doctor spent about 10 minutes with us. The commute plus the appointment time was over 3 hours.

Please stop using a centralized operator system in Atlanta. They give generic addresses, incomplete addresses, and often are only looking at the exact information on My Chart. If My Chart couldn't answer the question, or concern, why would you THINK someone reading the SAME information would help. Often the answers are incorrect to boot.
