I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment as directed; however, I was not seen more than an hour past my scheduled appt and was not advised about the lateness of being seen!

Long wait. Appointment 3:45. Saw doctor around 5:15. Talked to Doctor approximately 10 minutes, left office. Staff had left, no chance to get follow up. Was told could try calling to make an appointment. No information on decline or progress in last 2 visits. Not worth the trouble to continue since no information about condition. Told 3 years ago she was in stage 2 Demintia. No further information.

I didn't expect this appointment to be so detailed but it most definitely was. Dr Morgan did some tests that confirmed that I was good and have no impairments. I will recommend him to anyone that should need his services.

The checking in and checking out process is extremely frustrating. The information they have on my records is always wrong or incomplete. It seems there is no protocol set for this process. I would basically describe the front office as being dysfunctional to the point that I dread going twice a year from over 2 1/2 hours away. Something needs to be corrected with this process. I have been coming three years and there are new people at the front desk every time I come. It took me over 30 minutes to check in and 40 to 45 minutes to check out. I was told I needed a wristband, but never received one. I had to request a wristband as I was taken back to see the doctor. This is totally unacceptable and a poor reflection on the Wellstar Health System.
