While Dr. Morgan is excellent, his staff doesn't always get things done in a timely fashion. Dr. Morgan told us he was sending a lab order to the outpatient lab and we went there for the blood work. The order never came through and the lab closed for the day the next day when we called to check, the lab had still not received the order. Efforts to reach the doctors office have been difficult at best. The Wellstar communication system is not user-friendly and usually ends up in a dead end. The print out of our visit that we received at checkout, had incorrect information about prescriptions, but claimed to be accurate as of yesterday's date. While we think very highly of Dr. Morgan, the Wellstar organization appears to be very poorly run and we would not recommend it to anyone.

I have to complain about how long we had to wait. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were seen by anybody on the staff and we just had to wait an extremely long time and my husband got very antsy. I really didn't think it was fair that we have to be there 20 minutes early and then we're kept waiting for so long.

Wait time to see doctor was excessive. Arrive for 3:30 appointment at approximately 3:10. Taken to exam. room at app. 3:20. Completed pre exam at app. 3:35. Waited over one and one half hours (5:35) before seeing first doctor, then app. 45 min. longer to see Dr. Morgan. It would have been appreciated if someone would have let me know of the long wait time. No one popped in just to keep informed.

The prepayment for visits has a bug. When i was checking in on mychart i was asked if i wanted to prepay my visit. I thought it was high but i paid anyway to save time at checkin. When i arrived I asked the receptionist if the amount was correct and she said that i was overbilled. She said she could not correct it because i paid through mychart. She said i needed to call billing. I called and billing was totally confused. I explained what happened and billing said there was nothing they could do.
