Staff wore gloves at all times. Did not see them wash & dry hands before entering the room i was in. Receptionist was not knowledgeable in questions that I asked her such as was there a number i could call to have my records straighten out. She was hesitant to say. Was told to look on app.

I had a 12:40 appointment but didn't see the provider until 3:15. Why make appointment if you gonna sit for hours to be seen only stayed because I was feeling bad and didn't want to drive to the hospital.

The woman at the front office behind the desk was rude, extremely disrespectful, and unprofessional. She talked on the phone loudly the entire time to a personal friend. I this was the case because she was discussing a bad date and losing her car insurance. She never greeted me or even made eye contact during my 45 min wait. I checked in and did everything thru the app. She should 100% BE FIRED!!!!

Since I have been discharged I have been calling back to the urgent care as one of my medications was missing that I asked for and I have yet to get anyone on the phone nor does it give you the option to leave a message. I should not have to come back up there to get this resolved and I am ill. If no one is going to answer then I should at least be able leave a message. This is what is making my experience not so great to have to drive back up there to get something done.
