I would have preferred to have my radiologist reading print out, which the doctor said they do everything electronically, which is not true because he gave me paperwork with my diagnosis, where to go to a foot and ankle specialist. So I don't think it's feasible to have to do a MyChart just to get a radiologist report. I prefer that since it was read while I was there by a radiologist, the x-ray, I should have got my report at that time. Secondly, when the nurse took my temperature, looked like she took a temperature thing out of a box to insert, but after that, I don't remember what happened. I don't know if it was new, if it should have been covered before it was put in my mouth, or how that works.

I've been there several times, for various reasons & everyone that I've interacted with has always been friendly, helpful, very personable, professional and kind. It's very easy to get appointments here & even with the times that I've been a walk-patient, I've always been seen quickly. Thank you, everyone!

We're VERY Glad to have this Urgent Care in our neighborhood, however, would appreciate having a MEDICAL DOCTOR on site at some point. Why are there No medical doctors assigned to this facility in SE Atlanta? We just don't understand why there are never MD's here. The PA's are thorough and helpful and glad they are aboard and appreciate the good quality PA's we've had for the past 3 years.
