I was truly surprised at the rapid visit. Although speedy everyone was through and treated my concern with care. I was even more shocked to hear each staff member thank me. As if I assisted them during their time of need. I will choose Wellstar for my medical needs moving forward. I will advertise the Camp Creek Urgent Care Center to Any and All people I know in that area. As well as Wellstar as a whole at any location. I actually was awaiting this email to Applaud Dr. Reddy and the other medical staff even the cleaning crew for a sanitized clean environment.

My experience is I check in and was Told to have a seat after I waited half hour a lady came in and have a seat about fifteen minutes she was called inside another lady came in and she was called in. I went to the receptionist to find out why people came in and was seen before me she said it was a mistake

The front desk person has no regard for time. She allowed me along with others to sit there for hours before checking us in. She sat there on the phone on a personal call talking about shoes on a resale site while we sat there waiting. I had to go to her to ask my status and she then proceeded to check me in.

The staff at Wellstar in Camp Creek were very warm and kind. They were very attentive to my questions and my needs, and they took the time to answer them. They were not in an extreme rush as the other staff at Wellstar Vinings were. They were not rude like Wellstar Vinings. They were very kind. I could appreciate their bedside manners and their very courteous. I could appreciate that because when you're shaking, you're not feeling well, the last thing you need is a rude staff and rude doctors and waiting three hours like I did at the Vinings Center, Wellstar Vinings. So I can appreciate the service over here at the Camp Creek office.
