Great visit! It was my birthday and the team member checking me in made sure to say happy birthday. The other team members heard and all said happy birthday. No one wants to be at the doctor on birthday, but the team was sure to make me feel special with the wishes for good day!! ! And Dr Drake is wonderful. A great provider!

Honestly, probably the worst front office experience I've had at a doctor's office. Medical assistant who took my vitals was not pleasant. And seeing the doctor was basically 5 minutes. I will advise others to go to a different practice.

I had 2 appointments today. First was x-ray and then with Doctor Drake. I waited for an hour and half before getting x-ray. Dr. DRAKE did not rush me. I am not certain, but seems the imaging was dividing patients and I was lost in the shuffle. In addition, they were training new staff in imaging which took even longer. Never have I waited this long!!

So far things have gone fairly well but we are going to have to go in again to adjust the area involved but, I have had no pain and Dr. Drake thinks he will improve my problem.
