Dr. Lee is the kindest doctor I have met. She explained things in an intelligent way but in a manner a normal person can understand. She made my son feel comfortable and he is scared of doctors so that is amazing. We will definitely come back to this location. We also did not wait at all which was super helpful for my son's anxiety. I know it won't always be that way but it was so great.

I was never informed of my test results. My chart indicated the results were back, but there was not any information in the notes. I was told by the doctor, that I would receive a call no matter the results. I never received a call.

The kiosk self check in takes way too long. Also, the wait time of over 2 hours to see a provider was ridiculous. After I was taken to a room, I was in there for 2 more hours. The doctor and staff were very nice, but left me by myself without knowing why. I was told to call to schedule an x-ray and they said I had to give a credit card. I asked what the cost was, to know which card to put it on... but was told they couldn't tell me the cost and it all depends on how much insurance will pay out. That sounds like a gross, fraudulent way of doing business with patients. Charge everyone the same price for an x-ray and be honest, not shady about it.
