EKG and Bp readings were incorrect readings at er were completely different training personnel to do tests did not hook ekg correctly apparently Bp was read incorrectly this is not the time to train will not use urgent care again

I thought my service at the WellStar Clinic was excellent. The people were friendly, they were kind, they were courteous, they listened to my problem and immediately addressed it. I thought they were wonderful, all of them.

Very rarely can one say that it is fun to go to a medical facility. But from the front desk to all in the back, these folks are so nice that i consider it fun to go there. We laugh together! Dr. Lee is great!!

The doctor was very consistent with hand washing when entering or leaving the room. I didn't notice with MA doing this. I suppose I could have missed it.

I like the fact that I had asked for information about a family doctor and a dermatologist and the doctor provided the referral for me and I've already received text messages from the family doctor and the, actually the ear, nose and throat specialist about setting up an appointment.

I came into the facility with very labored breathing. I was taken back within just a few minutes started on a breathing treatment, given a steroid shot just to get started. So I could even have a conversation with the doctor then proceeded to get a Chest x-ray and further treatment. And I'm very satisfied with my experience With not only the facility but the doctor
